They were lacking employees to ride all of the rides- BUT the employees that were there worked super hard to try and be there to operate what people wanted to ride. Overall a decent place. They really should put some money into it. But I'm sure covid is hitting them as well financially. My family had fun and thats all I wanted. :)

The staff here was very nice, friendly and helpful. This used to be a very nice and well maintained park. It is showing it age. The outside buildings are in disrepair. The mini golf courses used to be beautiful, it is now a mess. The course holes are in pretty good shape though. The fountains don't work at all and the course accent lighting is gone. The waterfall features, which were beautiful, now don't work and smells bad. All the water features needs cleaned. The go carts are fun but the track needs some serious work in several parts. I am sure the last couple years have been really tough, it is just sad to see the park going down hill.

Awful experience here. We took a 3 year old and bought the wrist band for the unlimited rides, mini golf and go karts. Only 3 of the rides were working with one person out there operating them, so we spent 30 mins out there to ride just 2 rides. Went over to the go karts, stood for 15 minutes and not one person in sight to help us there. Website advertises bumper boats(they don’t even exist). Go in side to try to have a little fun on the arcades. More than half are out of service. Then half of the ones that are working either steal your coins or don’t spit out tickets. Took my daughter to the bathroom to find 2 stalls with caution tape up another with blood all over the seat then another with water all over the floor and seat. So We thought we’ll just end our night with mini golf, (what could go wrong with that)at this point it’s dark. There is no lighting throughout the course and we were swarmed by mosquitoes. Don’t waste your money or your child’s hopes of having a good time! All star: you are robbing people this place should be shut down until it has better management to run it!

If I can give them zero stars I would, because I use to work here too and my experience here was horrible everyone would be waiting in line at the ticket office while the mangers are hanging out in the back, just in case y'all wanted to know where the mangers were when everyone was waiting in line waiting to get they tokens . Me and my sister would always do all the work with no help there's only 2 of us it's impossible to help everyone all at once when everyone is coming at you with different complaints . Also the manger is disrespectful and rude and hung up in our face when we was tryna talk to him over the phone. I recommend you go somewhere else with good customer service and a better environment. Please do not waste your money here.

Where do i start with this painful trip to what used to be a fun place. Well the equipped outside, like the Tilt-a-whirl, the Octopus and other rides were "closed" but we soon found out the lazy employees were inside chilling. It was low 90s today so, i guess the snowflake staff must have been melting. Then after a Karen we met complained, a whole herd of employees came out to open the rides. Then my kid got stuck halfway on the gokart track, as the attendant just sat there, we had to yell to get his attention. See picture below...You're famous now snowflake. That was outside. Then we came inside to win some tickets. The skeeball machine broke while we were playing it. Several machines took your tokens but gave no service back. The machines that count your tickets are a scam. We'd put in 100 and get a ticket for 83. At one point we input 6, it just took them and gave nothing. So we decided to take a video. We input 6 more it gave a ticket for 2. So we made the ticket booth count them by hand. They had a sign that said no cussing at the beginning when you walk in, now i know why.

We had a pretty terrible experience here for our son's birthday party. The whole place was extremely dirty, with overflowing trash cans and dirty tables that no one ever touched. At least half of the amusement park rides were out of commission. No employees seemed to know what was going on, even though we had booked a birthday package on the website, and getting the food that was provided in the package was nearly impossible. I am sure that this place used to be really cool, but it is rough now.

The kiddie rides, about seven of them, of which only about 50% were in working condition, were all manned by one person. To ride anything you had to follow the majority because that's the ride the employee would go to. The really small train was off it's track, the swing ride wasn't operational, the little roller coaster the attendant said wouldn't make it up the hill earlier, but she loaned it up and tried again... ....and it didn't climb the hill of course. Everyone unloaded and the group moved to another one that was working. All the paint was faded, parts of the rides were missing, like the majority of the little helicopter blades, all but two I think. The arcade was the best part, though it's filled mostly with games which gives tickets, which you turn in for prizes from rows of cheap Chinese merchandise. I didn't make it over to the big rides, but heard the merry-go-round wasn't working and the slide was in dis-repair... What does it take to keep a slide working? All of the staff seemed pissed to be there again and moved like zombies, and no, not the fast kind the very slow kind which had already lost both legs. All in all, I can't imagine the place is around much longer with the same ownership.

My kids and I really enjoy coming here the westside has a better arcade for sure and the go carts go pretty fast here, also had laser tag and rock wall, golf driving range and a batting cage!! The east location had there track down for repairs the day we came. But there carnival rides worked and a better miniature golf course for sure provided lots of shade! All in all they both have good things and was a great time would recommend either one. I rate it 5 stars!

The employees were so kind to my 4 year old. There weren't enough to staff the rides but the park was slow and he had his own personal ride operator who ran the rides he wanted next. Owners should do some basic maintenance (paint, pieces missing). Whi ever trained the staff, great job.

Due to staffing issues which unfortunately is not their fault you had to wait for the attendance to open rides they had one for the go-karts and one for everything else so as lines would build up he'd have to wait for the ride he was already running to dwindle down before he can move on to the next ride. Same thing inside you went to the concession stands and two employees are standing back in the back on their phones while another one was running around trying to do everything and couldn't keep up with the line. We did have a good time riding the go-karts and other rides but you have to remember no staff short staff sometimes means you're not going to have that great of an experience.

I paid $50 for 2 kids to have 2 hours of unlimited attractions. There was only one ride running besides go-carts. I had my child's birthday party there 3 weeks ago and the place is run by teenagers. The adult wouldn't even answer my question, she walked off and told one of the teenagers to come answer my question. I had to ask for everything that came with booking a party through them. None of the trash cans in the party room had trash bags. Which is fine, you can still throw stuff away. It just shows how lazy the workers are. I wasn't going to write a review, but 2 unsatisfactory visits AND Google wanting me to review, well, how could I not? If you're just wanting to play in the arcade, go for it! If you're wanting to enjoy the outside fun, don't waste your money.

Just there for the arcade this day. Brought a couple of guys with. Some games out of order. When a game took some of our tokens they refunded them. They had time crisis 5 which is a great game! Staff was a touch slow. There were 5 of them behind the counter when I came to the other side of the desk and it took them a minute to ask what I needed. But overall a good visit.

Excellent place to have a birthday. Dtaff is friendly and observant, as well as very patient and accommodating. The two we had today for a birthday party were incredibly pleasing to work with. The downfall however, is that there is no money going back into the business. It seems very run down and lacking a ton of maintenence all around. Carpet, lighting, machines, go-carts, the track, everything seemed run down and old. There were over 5 or 6 games out of order, on top of the ones that kept taking tokens and not allowing you to play, as well as some never spitting out tickets you won, however, the staff made up for this. This whole place needs a face lift, and some money put into it. Overall though, great party and tons of fun to still be had.

Do not go here!!! Want to leave zero stars but it won't let me! We did a birthday party package that was unlimited but 3 rides were broken and they had 4 staff outside. 2 at go karts and 1 at the roller coaster and 1 at tilt a whirl. That was all we were able to do as we couldn't get/find any other help to ride anything else. At least 10 arcade games were broken, the pizza was delayed, we didn't get other things promised to the birthday kid and didn't even get the option to do bumper cars-broken or no staff. Then when I tried to contact this place to ask for a refund of the difference between the party that was promised and the bare minimum that I received I was denied do to the party being completed. So apparently if you go and aren't happy you need to hunt down one of their five staff members and complain until you get a refund, doesn't matter if your kids are ready to go since they are extremely disappointed. Also another review mentioned it being run down and that is completely true. Pretty sure they haven't done any work to this place since it opened.

Seems like this place is getting worn out. Fun place. Some fun games inside. The rides were not running when I was there it seems. The minigolf is mediocre. Lots of shallow holes. Lots of messed up portions where stone or masonry has fallen apart or been worn. This caused our ball to get stuck in several different windmills and houses. This really messes up the game (or as some people thought - adds an extra challenge ;)) The green fabric itself was in good shape though, so not the worst mini golf course, but wish it was in better shape. They do have 2 18 holes courses which is impressive I thought. Overall - good but not amazing.

Paid a lot of money for all day passes. This place was once great, but has been slowly going downhill...just getting old and behind on maintenance. Today though...Mini Golf was great! Somewhat getting old, but decently maintained. But Adult Go-Karts...jeeze...track has two pretty significant busted blocks of concrete...tires on my Kart was flat and some are so governed to so slow it makes them a hazard on the track. All the kart/boat attractions had some vehicles unavailable...it's just slowly getting sad. The staff are good, seems like they're trying at least... The Arcade looks good overall and all the games looked on/working. We didn't do arcade today, but it's always been fine. If you're coming for Karts...try somewhere else for a bit, they need a lot of work there.

It was fun for my family and I. I wish the go-kart track was smoother.

It has potential to be awesome. What is working and running is good, but there is a severe lack in maintenance. Most rides were not working, the mini golf course is falling apart, the driving range has 10% of its netting left making it unusable. This place was great years ago, now it is beginning to look like Joyland did before they shut down. Hopefully the owners take notice. They could be making a lot more profit, but they gotta put in the money and effort.

We celebrated my grandson's birthday playing miniature golf! They have 2 different courses and both were lots of fun. It's pretty too with lots of trees for shade to help with the heat of summer! There were tables inside and outside for our cupcakes and they also have food and drinks available! Reasonably priced too!

My son and I needed a fun break to enjoy. We decided to go play miniature golf. We had a great time full of laughter. The staff was polite and the place was clean. The course is a bit run down.

I was at All Star Adventures for a birthday party. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Even the trash cans were filthy. Various games were not operating correctly. Some of them were taking tokens and spitting them back out. Then there were games not paying tickets when you win. The positive aspect was, there were employees who would service the games when a complaint was made. At least this time they had enough employees to operate the rides. Last year I also attended a birthday party there. My grandchildren waited for an employee to rotate from ride to ride in order to operate them. The best part of this visit were the employees. The hostess in charge of my Goddaughters party was polite, professional, and very helpful. She continually made sure we had everything we needed. All the other employees I observed stayed busy. I didn't notice one standing around. The young lady working the prize counter was extremely patient, which is a plus. We know how anxious kids can be when cashing in there prize tickets. Also, the ticket counters were operating on point. I may have seen one out of order. Wish I could say that for the games. Overall don't let your children be deprived one one of the joyous days of their life; regardless of my opinion All-star Adventures was very busy this day. The unclean facility and bad pizza didn't seem to bother the children.

I took some of my new family members from out of town to All Star sports, along with 2 young kids ages 2 and 4. The ticket menu was a very difficult to navigate and understand but we did finally set ornamental package for a full day pass for each one of the kids. But the kids side of the park once we got over there, doubt that more than half of the rides were broken and inapproprible. So we only have, like, 3 rides to choose from. All day long for the kids. Nobody bothered to tell us this. As we were trying to purchase tickets, the attendants at the rides. We're only about 50% attentive.
