Sunday early afternoon / 01:00-03:30 PM visit. We came here for a birthday party scheduled event. Our host arrived and the facility did not show a scheduled birthday and mentioned the manager didn’t put it on the schedule. They staff set up the birthday party event and left. We never saw anyone come after that. They didn’t provide the host with everything included in the party. We had terrible service even when hundreds of dollars were spent, but we did try to make the best of it. Multiple machines took our the coins and trying to track down a staff member or to even get a staff member’s attention (as they are helping other guests) was very inconvenient. Finally, the last draw was the air hockey table. It was missing the puck and when I went to the staff member, the staff member stated “kick the metal part one each side a couple of times and if nothing comes out, come back and we will get someone to help.” I attempted this and nothing came out. I came back and the response was “we are getting someone to fix it.” No sign was placed on the machine. No staff member came. Multiple people tried to use the machine. I notified the handful of groups that went to try to use the machines and notified them. They thanked me, but I eventually had to leave. This is terrible service.

They changed how they do the arcade games, most games before were 2-5 tokens, well they entirely removed the token system and went to cards. The games are now either 2.9 credits or 5.8. Which cause problems when you have 2.8 credits. Why not an even number? There seemed to be a lot less games, and everything was broken either it was 'out of order' or it would take your credits. This happened to me twice and both times it was incredibly difficult to get them back. It seemed like only one person knew how to put points back on the card. My family and I also tried to go on the go-karts and there wasn't a worker over there and the line got pretty long before someone got out of line and got a worker. My family and I had a very bad time there.

My son had a great time, so did I. My only complaint is that it seemed like some of the team members were kind of lazy. My son needed help with sraps on the go cart and they seemed as though they couldn't be bothered, same with Lazer tag. There seemed to be more concern with talking with other co-workers than attending to customer needs. But hey, they're all kids so what do you expect.

We had a lot of fun! The facility was clean and everyone was friendly. The ONLY issue we encountered was that we purchased a wristband for the kiddie karts, when we went out there there wasn't anyone working them. They told us who we needed to find... and it was the guy who sold us the wristband! Lol. I figured he could've put it together that if we bought them we would need to use them! Lol. But all-in-all, not a big deal and we had a great experience.

Staff is really unfriendly! Not enough staff working. I had to go to several times to the main building to have staff paged to come work the attractions. Some staff is working multiple attractions. They hardly speak and are not interactive with the kids. When kids are on the rides/ go carts. Some Staff are playing on their phones the entire time. We had Gabby at the end (at Laser Tag) and she was an absolute sweetheart. Need more of her! Kids had fun Website is hard to understand pricing! Called during business hours no answer. Left message and no return call. Don’t waste your money!

Good times with the Wichita Thunder team and staff. We road the go-karts and had some fun in the private room celebrating the end of the year. Would definitely go back to enjoy the other events and attractions. I haven't seen Tyler for a while and he always made this place amazing. I hope Tyler is still managing the place. The staff was friendly. Cheers

Great place for the whole family. The Inside is clean and tidy and most of the employees are friendly! Would highly recommend coming here and checking out the mini golf, I personally think it's the best in Wichita!

You are correct. Google popped this up instead of the place I thought it was. Sorry for the review. I'll go put it where it belongs. I upped your star rating to 5 though I was not there. I had entered this review into wrong location. And a 2 star review wasn't fair.

Games are half broken in the arcade. Didn't do anything else due to the cold weather, but there are far better places for the kids to play games. Definitely way below average experience there. Was refunded credits back, but the 5 staff chit-chatting around the ticket desk didn't seem bothered by the amount of credits the broken machines were chewing up. You might do ok at the driving range or go carts, but stay away from the arcade.

This is definitely a place to check out if you're looking to have a little fun. They have plenty of arcade games to choose from and other activities you could do. I will say not all the batting cages worked when I went and the mini golf course is basically just the same hole over and over again but definitely still a cool place to check out.

Fun place to spend time with your family or friends. Friendly staff. Video game machines are constantly breaking down, running out of tickets or not working properly. With much patience, the staff will usually resolve the issue. Updated: Machines still break consistently. They have upgraded the machines to a game card system instead of tokens. The bumper boats were fun.

A few years ago, I came to this location—enjoyed playing through the awesome mini golf course and took a few laps around the go kart course. If you have kids, this is a great place to host a birthday party. A true gem in West Wichita!

This was a fun place for my son, but the staff was rude and unfriendly. Mostly young kids working here, but you could tell they definitely don't like their jobs. This made the experience kind of a downer in some aspects. In one of the photos is the prize my son won.

Not just for kids. We enjoy coming here. We're newly retired and like fun, local things to do. Like mini golf on a nice day. The arcade is fun too. Staff has always been friendly when we've been there. Go & enjoy.

We played mini golf, bumper boats and go carts. We had a blast. Staff was so great. Very friendly. We will go back for sure. We went to one NW Wichita.

This is a great place if your going just to go-kart or play golf. Alot of the game machines don't work, and the laser tag jackets are all broken. They had 3 working jackets out of about 25. And there were 4 of us so it wasn't a good experience. For the amount of money they make they should really consider fixing the games and laser tag jackets to keep people coming.

Lots of fun for the family! I did However order a pretzel I waited for quite awhile I finally got up to the counter and realized there was one siting there. I asked if it was mine. Everyone looked confused including me because they asked my name so they could call when the order was ready. They finally said it was mine. Got back to the table and it was still completely frozen. They took it back and made me a half frozen pretzel. I get its not a food joint but the people working concession clearly need better training.

Expensive as heck. Most of the arcade games were broken down. Nice service, though. UPDATE: In my review, I mentioned how expensive it is to visit your business. And it is. I mentioned that many (maybe even most) of the video games were broken during my visit (Labor day 2022) And it was. Your reply to my online review was just incorrect and a bit ridiculous. You DO have at ton of broken machines at the west location. You know it, and I know it. Perhaps issuing an apology, instead of hinting that your customers are being dishonest, may be the way to go. I will not return to either location and will probably recommend the same coarse of action to family and friends.

Great place to take your kids. We had a blast! They have go-kart track, mini golf, laser tag, driving range, rock climbing, and a big arcade area with food and drinks. This was our first time there but we plan on going back. Definitely recommend. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

  • 5/5 Joshua S. 8 months ago on Google
My kids and I really enjoy coming here the westside has a better arcade for sure and the go carts go pretty fast here, also had laser tag and rock wall, golf driving range and a batting cage!! The east location had there track down for repairs the day we came. But there carnival rides worked and a better miniature golf course for sure provided lots of shade! All in all they both have good things and was a great time would recommend either one. My kids and I loved both places I rate it 5 stars!

It's decent... the mini golf course is pretty much garbage, which was our only goal. It was very poorly maintained with branches and leaves everywhere and it was falling apart. Almost hard to believe they charge 10 dollars for it. The employees don't care about anything, which is understandable since they're just high school kids. Don't have high expectations, and you'll be fine.

Good place to bring kids fun environment and a great place to hold a birthday party. Games are at times lack good upkeep and can stay broken or damaged but overall there is still plenty to do from Lazer tag, rock climbing, batting cages, arcade games mini golf, go carts, boats, and a driving range. The facilities are kept clean and the food isn't tremendously overpriced.

Clean. Ok staffed. Lots to do. We paid extra for unlimited 3 hrs. Put put is kinda basic. But it was fun.

Came on Father’s Day to let the kids ride the boats with their dad’s and grandpa. We were told it was closed. When asked what the hours were they said usually 1-8pm. We arrived just before 7:30. It was fairly busy as it was Fathers Day and families were spending time together. They were unapologetic and did not care we had 5 crying children.

This place is okay but pricey. You can go on Groupon and get the 5 feature deal for less than half the price if you buy it direct from all star. You just walk in and show them your proof of purchase and they hand you the wrist bands. Laser quest is a joke and my gun broke twice in the 8 minutes that the game lasts. Go karts are really the only decent thing. Video games are okay, mini golf course is boring enough my family always wants to quit before finishing.

Of course, we chose to go on a night when a huge rainstorm rolled in but we got most of the outdoor stuff done before it started pouring down rain. They even let us go play mini golf in the pouring down rain which was fun but not a good idea lol. Overall as far as the interactive things such as laser tag goes. The lazer tag didn't even work on most of our vests so basically we could shoot someone all we wanted but you'd never "hit" them because the guns were messed up. The arcade games were fun I guess. Probably more fun for people the correct age group though. If you have smaller children they would live this place

There was a issue with the cards when it came to the tickets on it and the staff didn't really help to make my daughter happy about how many tickets she had the first time she scanned it to the next time she did after using all of her credits they told her she had a high amount at first and then the next she didn't and she didn't get any prizes the first time

Place is amazing especially for a first job and coming with your family, never enjoyed working and coming back 30 minutes later with a group of friends. The service is amazing and thank you to all the people who work hard there, I appreciate you.
