We spent almost three years here before we found our new house! Everyone was always friendly. I never felt unsafe. We’ve made some forever friends while living here that always helped out when I needed it ❤️

I lived here for 2.5 years and loved it!! The staff was always great and the maintenance was always super quick to fix anything and everything. Everyone from staff to other residents were always very friendly. The only reason I left was due to rate increase, which couldn’t be helped and is understandable, but it was high enough that I felt that it no longer matched the value of what I was paying. Highly recommend though! I always felt very safe! It’s nice and quiet too. The location couldn’t be any better either!!

I am grateful to our wonderful managers and maintenance staff at Huntington Park for their professionalism, kindness and courteous assistance. Dave and Kenny are always quick to repair plumbing, heating, a/c, and keep our property clean and well-maintained. Huntington Park is a safe, quiet and lovely community to make friends, take walks around nearby lakes and live peacefully.

This maintenance request concerned my health and the workers came right away. Very helpful! The messages left on the phone are not checked regularly, so you have to keep calling until you get to a real person.

I enjoyed living in this gated, quiet complex. I loved the pool and covered patio area near the pool. I’m just sorry my apartment wasn’t renovated while I was as living there! I would move back if my situation changes.

i’m moving in monday and could not be happier with how easy this process was compared to other complexes. they understood my situation, took time to listen, and showed genuine interest in helping me. i can not wait to move in! HIGHLY suggest this complex! shout out to kathryn, you rock!!

Fantastic apartment complex. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Ken and David are excellent and timely with any maintenance issue. Grounds are kept up and really it's like living in a park.

I loved living here! It was a quiet apartment, with some nice people! I met 2 neighbors that I loved interacting with and made me feel safe knowing who was around me. This was my first apartment and it was awesome! Very nice staff and quiet, safe area, takes care of any problems quickly and efficiently! Love it!

Great, quite, and very peaceful community. The maintenance staff David and Ken are awesome and so dependable (hard to find that now) and Alyssa in the office is always so kind and helpful. I loved living here so much, from the pool, to the staff, and even my neighbors there!

I have been here since middle of June. Twice I have needed maintenance assistance (nothing major) but work was always done in a timely and efficient manner. Very happy with service I receive!

Air Conditionier went out on the hottest day of the year. called it in and within a couple hours it was fixed and has worked great since. Thanks to the great matinence staff. always 5 stars!!!

Quiet area. Staff and Residents very welcoming. Maintenance issues taken care of quickly and professionally.

Everyone here is nice and polite and kat and Megan are awesome also maintenance is always on time
