The quality and atmosphere of town east mall has gone way down I only went because my grandson wanted to go to Lids and get a hat. There has been a noticeable increase in security since the shooting(which is a good thing) and it seemed the jewelry stores closed early for whatever reason and all the stores at the mall are over priced in my opinion I haven't been to the mall in a great while and have no plans to go back anytime soon I will go to stand alone stores or buy online.

Great mall with lots of options. Closes early but the arcade stays open late.

I really enjoy Town East square. They have a wide variety of stores. And you can find all kinds of good stuff. One of my favorite things there is feeding my face at the food court. They have very good food.

Chinese massage is a prime stop when I visit this mall. They work hard and deliver degrees of relaxation you can count on.

The mall is back! The addition of Scheels really bumped the mall back to old school levels of attendance. It’s great to see a lot of people out shopping with friends and families again! The entire mall looks updated and inviting. Shops are thriving. It’s good to go shop in person and have options as places come back. Hopefully the mall continues to grow and stay updated, so it can continue to thrive as it has been lately. Plenty of places to eat or grab a drink. Nice little food court to sit and relax after shopping. Scheels is a must, but plenty of other places to check out and spend the day. Will be back!

Was always a fun place to go with friends when I was in high school now I enjoy taking my kids there to watch them ride the rides they have for the children, really good food and a lot of different places to choose from rather pizza , burgers, asain food all the way to the kids favorite the candy store ! Really good deals on clothes shoes fashion friendly. Can get a 30/1hr massage , find glasses or jewelry for the love ones, and is a really good place for young adults to start working becoming self independent

I went to this mall expecting empty spaces and barred doors. I was surprised to find a thriving shopping center with lots of people. My wife was able to visit several stores in search of wedding clothes and find several items which would work. There was plenty of parking, though we had to park a little farther out.

So many great stores. Great place to spend an afternoon and shop around. Lots of hidden gems when it comes to finding gifts for the people you know. Prices aren't too bad either. The food court has many options. Round 1 is full of many different arcade games.

If you're wanting a great shopping experience in Wichita, this is where you want to go! If you've never been to Wichita, and you're wondering where the best place to go for shopping, then you need to go to Town East Square. The west mall is like a ghost town, so definitely head to Town East. My daughter and her friends love going there for fun, and they've got a great arcade! You can also have birthday parties at the Round 1 arcade! It has a bowling alley in there too!! Brings me back to my childhood!

This is a decent mall. It's the biggest (and basically the only one) in town. During the holidays there were a good number of people and the mall felt like it had some life to it. During non holiday times I would imagine things are a lot slower here. The selection of stores are 50/50 in terms of decent to junk. The food court is a bit small, with limited selection. The location is great.

I have been going to Towne East Mall since I was a teenager ( which was in the 70s) and I love everything about it. The layout and the amazing people who work there. I would highly recommend you taking a day off and spending it at Towne East Mall.

Has a lot of variety of selection and the food is amazing! There are times that it gets busy and you have to wait though. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The children area is very relaxing and a great place to chill.

Best mall of the city. Offers a large variety of stores and fast foods even. Coffee, play area, authentic meals, and coin machines for the kids. Seasonal events like Santa pictures and the Easter bunny. A good mix of mom and pop shops and large chain stores. Always updating and always clean. Elevator and escalators throughout. They even have an arcade and bowling alley.

Cool place to hang out this summer and do some shopping. Comfy chairs and a clean place. Can't wait to see what it looks like once all the renovations are done.

Town East Square is a premiere location for shopping and dinning. Lots of amazing shops for everyone and many different fast food restaurants located in the center of the mall. Outside in the parking lot there are more sit-down restaurants to add to your shopping day! Definitely recommend if your looming for some fun local shopping.

Grew up shopping and hanging out here.... it's the same Ole mall. Can't wait for the new addictions but it was a nice experience. What's up with Victoria secret and that big vent in there store. I'm scared to shop in there because of it. Is there mold or something in there?

TES is the oldest and truly only indoor shopping adventure left in Wichita. The Simon Co. continues to put in all efforts to keep the mall updated with retail and decor. Christmas is always a great time at Towne East. The hustle and bustle of shoppers, kids visiting Santa with their present request, and lines in the food court. Black Friday was a typical mall day. Bath/Body Works had a long line due to their awesome sale. The employees controlled the crowds very well with help of mall security. The newest diamond in the mall is Scheel's. It is an all-in sports adventure. You have to go in order to truly enjoy the experience. Sporting goods, athletic attire, soda, and candy shop, "Oh My". After Scheel's, you and the kids might need to decompress. Thank goodness for the play area. You can take a load off and let the kids work off the sugar. Towne East has your usual flagship stores, Dillard's, JCP, and Von Maur. Some of your other stores are basic mall retailers. H&M, Victoria's Secret, American Eagle, Spencer's, Hot Topic, Coach, Build-A-Bear, etc. My only con about TE is the food court. It is not the best. There aren't as many options you come to expect in a mall. When the Auntie Anne 's pretzel shop has the longest line, what does that say. Of course their pretzel dogs are so good. What better time to enjoy Towne East than now. The mall is always beautifully decorated, and the Christmas spirit is in the air. Happy holidays!

I was just in there and harassed by security because supposedly a drug dig hit on me. I didn't have any drugs guns or illegal items on me. Therefore the dog and handler are deffective and a danger to society. The dog should be euthanized and officer fired before he kills someone. The Mall manager was the only one who acted like he knew what he was doing. My experience at Zales in the mall was amazing.

So, minus a whole chunk of the complex that was seemingly demolished or under reconstruction, the stores inside are great! Satisfactory food court, and really a lot of recognizable retail stores you'd be looking for. Not the upscale mall, but definitely great for the shopping you were hoping to do on a relaxed weekend.

Fun a great place to shop. A little busy on the weekends. That is too be expected. Multiple entrances make it easy to go to whatever store you are wanting. Our builds a bear experience was amazing!! Will definitely come back anytime!

I love the atmosphere, I love the energy. I know this is not their fault but I hate how mass violence subconsciously affected my visit. That said, I definitely would like to go back, especially to the amazing arcade.

Plenty of new and different stores and shops since I was there last in 2013 lol. Didn't find what I was looking for at footlocker but they did direct me to journeys and they had exactly what I wanted. The person who helped me was super friendly and helpful. Helped me save $10 by signing up for the rewards program. Would recommend for shoes and band t-shirts.

There are a lot of stores to walk thru and the food area is very active. Everytime I have gone it is packed and you are looking for an open table while your waiting in line to order. The food is good. And the workers have always been nice and friendly. The stores are all clean and the whole mall seems clean and free of trash. There are mall cops that walk around and supervise what's going on. This last week when I went it seemed like the AC wasn't working. It was cooler outside than it was inside. That made the shopping experience not so great.

This place is always fun. From the abundance of shopping options to the selection of food it's got it all. This time around we were just stopping through for a hair cut at Legends always a bit of a wait and having a look around. We shopped at Bath And Body Works which is my wife's favorite and they always have a great selection. This time around a terrible incident happened with someone losing their life in a shooting, just glad we had left hours early. It's not something that happens too often but with it being spring break and lots of teenagers out it seems like there were some different circumstances to deal with. Overall this is a good place to go and shop and enjoy yourself.

The delicious food is served in a friendly environment by polite and respectful staff. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. My needs and wants were perfectly accommodated. The stores are all clean, well stocked and organized. There is plenty of walkway for walkers. The vast amount of customers are polite, friendly and do not make one feel uncomfortable.

I'm not as big of a shopper as I used to be. However, I really enjoy going to Town East Square. The Mall is very nice and full of great stores. The Food Court is good and has a variety of food. I strongly recommend shopping at Town East Square. Keep up the good work. May God bless you always!

It says 10 online but the mall doesn't open until 11. Other than that it is one of the last malls that actually has lots of stores, a couple things for kids to do, and decent food options!

Too many clothing stores. The record store hasn't even heard of Maneskin! I would only go to the mall for the food court and stores that offer 40% off for more on clothing. The mall is a dying attraction. Used to be so vibrant and fun. I asked the guy with the jewelry booth where the elevators were. He says he didn't know they had elevators. How else would you get to the second floor if disabled.
