Always a good place to shop, great selections and prices. Today green sticker stuff is clearance at $3.00

Once it is developed again, it will not be creepy! Many empty storefronts and no sign of security. Eerily empty with odd denizens wandering about, which made it feel 'proceed with caution'!! I imagine the developers are addressing this, but until it is addressed, I will more than likely go somewhere more populated with some life and security.

I grew up going to this mall for my entire youth years! Soooo many memories! I even remember as a child I loved coming to the mall because they used to have a pet store and I loved looking at the animals 🙂 I also loved Sabarro's pizza, what a treat. I really hope that this mall can make a huge come back and reflect its former glory. I would really hate to see this mall become a Twin Lakes or Wichita Mall type of story line. I will say this they are doing their best to hang in there. They do a great job at house keeping and restrooms are typically very clean. Security is visible and monitors the mall. I visit here weekly to walk and do shop still. Glad to see that the movie theater is back, I will give it a go soon. I see the mall is becoming more diverse in supporting small local businesses. Alot of independent sellers and shops are opening up. If you ever thought about opening a business of your own this could be a good place to put yourself out there!

This place has definitely seen better days. The few tenants they have left keep having their power and water turned off due to the negligent management company. However, there are some good stores here worth visiting, like the bin shopping place and the mini golf course.

Not recommended! I went there to go shopping. The mall was closed because they didn't pay their electric bill. I feel this mall doesn't support small businesses. I don't think care for their employees either. They don't pay their employees on time that was on the news also. I saw a reporter in the parking lot that day. He came over and asked me for a brief interview. I did and gave my opinion on what was going on and when I was done a security guard came over and told me never to come back or I would be trespassing. Meaning I was banned from the mall for expressing my opinion. (Free speech) They don't even deserve one star! 😡👎

It is sad! How is a beautiful mall not packed . In the old days. The mall was kicked butt. People were everywhere. The kids were riding on the train. Or the merry-go-round. Laughing and seeing friends. Because it was an awesome place. Hopefully, the new owners can bring back some of the excitement. But we will see.

I still enjoy coming here after all these years. It's sad that brick and mortar stores time is passing due to online marketing. It's good for us to see real people and get out and burn calories. I'm thankful for Dillard's and J.C Penny. There's still Auntie Anne's last I checked. Come out and visit.

We went to see what stores were still there I have to say I was a little disappointed that more stores aren't in the malls it used to be a place to take your family not just to shop but to entertain see a movie place games have lunch now you go buy shoes or clothes and the cost will that's the facts of letting people walk out and not get in trouble for stealing! I know its happening every where 🤬🤬🤬

It's a sad place! There's hardly any store's and most of them were closed! Not worth going to anymore! The only thing that might be worth going to is the movie theater! Other than that, don't bother!

I still love the mall to this very day, even know it's nothing like it use to be back in the day when I was in my teens& early 20's I'm 47yrs old now,I remember when it was hopping, busy in some ways almost crowed when I was young, but not nowadays, but it's alright with me, because I have & I still always have found fun memories of this is place with friends and family.Just wished online shopping didn't or ever started it took so many business out of business,I personally liked shopping at stores instead of all the online stuff nowadays, but oh well,it's the new era of our new world,so I've adapted.Bur I will always enjoy them good old days

I believe that Town West Square has so much potential. Obviously there are many people that believe in Towne West Square or they would not be there. Especially companies that have come from out of town and are putting their shops at Towne West Square. The progress of it depends on the care provided to it. If you don't care and show it love, eventually it will fade away and possibly become Squatterville. Took me a minute to understand but it took me a minute to understand the concept that sometimes you have to spend a little to invest. You could build a second level. The west side has not died. We are stronger than ever. We have money to spend we just don't have a lot of the stores that we should have in our Mall on the Westside. People drive into town on west Kellogg to shop. Believe in the West.

What a goast town. Don't waste your time going there. When I was growing up Town West Square was the place to hang out and shop. Now, what's the point of keeping it open? There are other malls to go to. May God bless you always!

A friend and I went to the Boulevard Theater in Town West in January 2023, for a matinee show. Great customer service, extremely clean facility, and the visual quality of the movie was perfect. I highly recommend this theater.

I went to Penny's. I do not usually go into mall as they do not have ad many places to go at years passed. Most places i go are in strip malls easier to get in and out. The hours to the mall are very minimal if you work, its very hard to go shopping. They open at 10 AM mon - sat . Mon- thurs closes 7 pm, fri & sat. 8pm Sunday 12p-6p.

It's sad to see this mall in the state that it's in. I remember going here as a kid and it was amazing. But with everything going the way it has been, I understand. At least there is Towne East Square. There are still several stores open here and a couple of places to eat. Stop by and check it out, not that busy and a cool place to shop.

Towne West used to open early for walking but you have to wait until 10 am, which is kind of late. They do have some good stores though. Especially El Amigo, the western store. They have a mechanical bull you can ride.

You did good. I love this mall to death, it’s conveniently placed, but it’s clearly time to pull the plug. She’s dead mate. Their failing to pay for the electricity bill, no restaurants remain, and more tenants are leaving then ever. I love the vintage stock here but otherwise I have no reason to come. The city just can’t sustain two malls. It may be a big city, but not big enough.

I'm glad it's there because there are a few stores that I appreciate not having to drive to the East side for, but I'm also surprised that it's still open. Half of the stores are completely empty, then half of the stores that are there were closed for whatever reason, probably due to the lack of customers. I think I saw maybe 20 people while I was there, not counting the employees. It'd be a fun place if you're wanting to play some claw machines as there were many of those scattered around the building. In conclusion, it's a fun place to take a walk around, but not much in terms of shopping options.

It is so sad the new owners have not been able to bring this shopping center back to its former glory. It was an awesome shopping center for years. Now, so many stores have left, and the owners struggle to pay their employees and utilities

The the grooming team is amazing but that's all thankfully do to the manager's experience and coaching, I love how the manager pays attention to details and does a great work whe I bring Camilla in for her regularly furmanattor treatment, I am working with my other dog Lilly 🐕 to keep her eye lashes and it can be difficult to keep them when she's getting hair cuts ✂️ but I know Lilly will be gorgeous with her long eye lashes. I am always very happy with the quality of work and the details of management's team and all y he associates.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. A derelict mall hanging on for its very life. It's still a nice place to walk if you want to get out of the weather. It's clean. See it while you can, folks.

We visited late on a Sunday, so a lot of the businesses were closed or closing. This is the first time I've been here since pre covid. I was surprised at how many stores had closed and not come back. I guess these are the times we live in now. 😢

Good place to try new shopping experiences! Food here is good, plenty of deals, this location has plenty of potential to be a major shopping center IF the investment and advertisement was put in.

The only time I shop at this place is when passageway is open for a sale. They help veterans in need and I'm all about that! Be sure to check them out the next time they have an event. They are on Facebook!

Was going to Dillard's to shop for Christmas gift. Realized they were closed, so I headed to east side store. Heard that Dillard's west does not honor returns, and east side does. Glad I drove the distance and found exactly what I needed.

Honestly, I'm kinda sad that this place has gone down so much! As a kid I LOVED coming here but it's not the same as it once used to be.. hate I can't share the same memories with my daughter.

This place is so deserted. It's like being in a movie or show where the Dead Walk and you're trying to find supplies but all the stores are looted and barred up and then you find one store and you hit the jackpot

Cheap place to watch movies. Kind of small but was able to get a family of four with popcorn, sodas and the movie for about $60 during the day. I will go back.

Stores are closing in this mall much like many other malls in the country. During the week many of the stores do not seem to open until after 11. That was a bummer. Nothing in the food area was open. Just a small coffee place. In which I did enjoy a latte. I went there to go to Dillards but they were closed. I ended up at bath and body works and JCPenney

This mall is still thriving beautifully. Many malls have closed down and are run down. Towne West is still going with some really cute stores!!

  • 5/5 Samara S. 1 year ago on Google
Pretty empty. The only reason we really go there is to practice riding in the parking lot or to go to petsmart since everything seems to be shut down

  • 3/5 Karen S. 1 year ago on Google
Mom & pop stores, nice. They need to draw in more mom & pop stores. Maybe get some amusement ride vendor? It helped a dying mall in Ft. Sith, Ark. Small rides to bring in families.

  • 5/5 Katherine S. 1 year ago on Google
This is a great place to spend time with family and friends. Prices are awesome. I love that there are only a handful of stores so it's not so crowded.

  • 5/5 Ashley H. 1 year ago on Google
Based on the amount of stores they have, I should rate this a 2, but since I grew up going to this mall, and having so many fun memories, I just couldn't rate it lower than a 5. On a serious note though, this mall is like a ghost town. They only have a few good stores left, but most likely not for much longer. Town East is definitely the better mall , and it has more of a mall environment. Town West is where all the west side soccer moms/grandma's go to get their daily steps in. Also, they do have a call center that apparently is providing a lot of people with new job opportunities with the chance to grow, so that's pretty exciting!

  • 5/5 Jimmy G. 1 year ago on Google
Super chill place to hang out and walk around. There's never a ton of people there, so it never feels crowded. The glow-in-the dark mini golf and bungee jump are fun. They also have indoor pickle ball if you're into that. Lots of local artists' galleries, which are cool to check out.

  • 2/5 Jenna S. 8 months ago on Google
This mall is slowly dying. There are very few stores left here and only one food place. Dillard's clearance still seems expensive. Cheapest items I could find were sleep shirts at $7 each. Most items like jeans or blouses were anywhere from $17 up to $40.

  • 5/5 Kirsten M. 1 year ago on Google
Love this mall, it’s right down the street from me. It’s clean, quiet, and you can get in and out no problems. Wish they had more stores. I was sad when they took the third planet out

  • 2/5 Michael H. 11 months ago on Google
Sadly, Towne West is becoming a ghost town. In one year, this place has taken a huge hit in businesses leaving. Might want to encourage businesses, restaurants, etc. that are not something you can get on Amazon, etc. to fill in the vacancies.

  • 2/5 Kathy C. 1 year ago on Google
Only given 2 stars just because there are very few business's open now. There was nothing open to even get a cold drink other the vending machines. I was there on a Tuesday which meant even fewer business's were open. It makes a great place to get your steps in out of the weather without dodging a lot of people. So sad to see what it has become, knowing how it used to be in its hayday.

  • 1/5 Mike S. 11 months ago on Google
It's a dying mall. It's disappointing to see so much potential, but no traffic, because it's at least 60% empty. If you're visiting Wichita and looking to shop, hit up the other mall.

  • 3/5 jake c. 11 months ago on Google
I mean, it's Towne West. There's some cool shops, but really I just pop in to hit Spencer's and vintage stock. But hey, spirit Halloween sets up here so that's cool at least.

  • 4/5 Paul M. 9 months ago on Google
This place isn't too bad. They're getting some new stores in there, possibly to include mine this Christmas. I personally think it's better designed and ran than the one on the other side of town. I'd say go check it out, you might be pleasantly surprised with what you see.

  • 4/5 Calvin T. 1 year ago on Google
Shopping malls in general are not as popular as they were years back. Overall Towne West Square has great stores. I don't shop there as much as I did in years past.

  • 3/5 Mike N. 9 months ago on Google
There are so many stores closed, so there's a lot of empty space. Even so there are some good shipping options available and the theater is priced right. The long hallways do offer shelter for walking when the weather is inclement. The center also offers miniature golf at one end.
