This is a little strip mall with a few stores. It is in Sunnyside neighborhood. There is parking available. Stores such as Dollar General and a thrift store are in this group. The stores cater to people that live in this area mainly. This Dollar General has recently been remodeled and easy to shop in. It has enough, not too big you can't get through but not too small that you are unable to find basic home needs. The parking lots at time have some broken glass from foot traffic. The sidewalks are in pretty good repair. There is no public phones or ATM in this plaza area.

ATT: CITY OF WICHITA I've never been in this building, but I hop at the Dollar General across the street. This building, I'm sure. Was very Vool when it was first built. The North side is pretty plain but the East side of it which is shown above is curbed if not Round.... there are some shops inside but not sure what. The windows are broken and looks really bad. The City should get after the property owner to make the repairs that it desperately needs before someone is seriously injured. I can just see kids going in through the doors and windows of broken glass and being hurt. Not to mention it's an Eyesore..I'm sure the surrounding Neighborhoods property value has gone down because of it.

Someone should redevelop this into an arts center with some shops. It is close to several cute neighborhoods around St Joseph hospital, and two older schools that have been converted for other uses. This shopping center has an old theater and needs more than a dollar general and half doctors office to anchor it.

This Shopping Center or Plaza whatever is really run down and not a lot of shops in it and really the only one that I see busy that I've ever even been into was a Dollar General and this place could be really cute with a little love proper maintenance to the buildings themselves and the road to get through and some paint

Nobody left. Science Education center, Needle Book, and Enginehouse Hobbies all moved away so this run down mall is finally dead. For the better since the plumbing didn't work the roofs all leak and drug addicts were always stealing copper and breaking windows.

There's a lot of crime in the area but this is where the only close store from our house is. I like the people that work this DG but wish the patronage didn't do drug deals behind the building

Could be a really cute shopping spot except maintenance is virtually nonexistent. Only reason it even gets 2 stars is it has some cool local businesses.

We live at this dollar general lol its fantastic and theirs a fair few cool stores like the science shop. Definitely worth a pitstop!
