Huge selection and reasonable prices. The only downside the the amount of clothing per rack. There is so much that it makes it difficult to sort through. For that reason, it sort of feels like shopping at a thrift store, but the clothes, specifically the women’s dresses are fantastic and usually worth the search 😀

Up front, I'm no shopper. But my friend is BIG TIME. She says people fly in to shop here. Looked like ROSS or some major close out sale to me. She was happy.

We have found some fantastic deals. Especially when you have boys that grow so stinking fast its nice to be able to dress them in style without breaking the bank.

If you are willing to dig through the racks they have some nice name brand clothes at great prices. Do like how everything is sorted by color and size.

I use to love shopping here but prices have changed drastically and no longer a reasonable clearance price and no sales ever anymore. I too have experienced many of the complaints others have posted in their reviews. Its disappointing to read them and see a very familiar pattern here regarding business management and successful customer service training.

I mean it's surplus merchandise and you have to look for good buys. Not my niche BUT they stay plenty busy for those looking to get decent deals.

This place is coming back to life through art and craftsmanship. The work people are doing here is amazing. It can definitely lift your spirits if you want to be inspired.

It's Wichita's best kept secret! My nephew told me about it. He wore the suit that he bought there and it was worth much more than he paid, so I needed a new dress shirt for a family even I was to attend, and was blown away by the selection and the pricing. It's a huge store and they have everything! All high end items at clearance prices!

About 2 years ago they changed their sales drastically. Now they generally don’t have a really good discount until the clothes are falling apart. No more holiday 50% off entire store either. Very disappointing compared to the fist 2 yrs it was open. Wish the old management would come back

It was great to be able to go here and find a bikini for my granddaughters so they could have something to wear under Hawaiian trip during the middle of Winter

Great place to get clothes! Be sure to check everything for snags, missing buttons, etc... as all sales are final. The prices are very, very good.

I don't visit this place often, but just stopped in while on an indoor walk with my mom at the mall. I can't believe their prices! It's supposed to be clearance??? I remember when Dillard's was just regular Dillard's and they had better clearance prices then this store does. This is just regular prices made to look like a "sale" what a joke. I will say however they did have a few racks of super marked down stuff like last chance items that were actual clearance prices. But it was few and far between. You'd have to really look to find them. Their shorts were a decent price- at $14 a pair. But again that's not really clearance..... The shoes were cute but 99% of them were heels or platforms it was hard to find flats. The one thing I did appreciate was everything was sorted by color and that is rare. And their baby clothes are super cute, but higher prices then I would pay normally. If you're looking for an outfit for a special occasion this would be a good place to go but don't expect to get a good deal.

Great place for deals all year round! As a young professional on a budget, Dillard's Clearance helped me look good without spending too much. Mens suits, accessories, shoes, wallets, it's all there. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and all around a great shopping experience!

This store is huge! There are all kinds of clothing and footwear available at discounted prices. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but the racks are well-organized by size and usually by color. I have purchased may slim fit shirts here. They are all high quality. Fitting rooms are a little difficult to find, but staff will direct you.

The store it's self is great. It's visually really made a lot of improvements and they work hard to keep it organized and looking like a Dillard's, not a clearance store. They have outstanding selection, special special occasion. Their hours are not conductive to me actually buying something from them. It's not like a traditional store, you have to "hunt" & you can't return. I have 30 mins to get there and shop after work. That's probably why the store looks so nice: no one is moving anything around and their staff is bored all day so they sort things. Additionally, the professional tone on the mic at the end of the day is not cute to anyone but the staff that only help you or talk to you to let you know they close at 7pm.

Called them and asked if they actually had dress shoes on stock then they had me hold for a little and then came back and Saud yes,when I got here I couldn't find any so I ask a man to direct me towards the shoes since I've never been there before. He proceeded to point me toward the shelf they was on it was a bunch of women's shoes and no mens🤦‍♂️very much was frustrating to waste so much time

This trip wasn’t as successful as some of the others, there was some VERY high end inventory ($500 dresses on sale for $150) & I was needing cheaper options for an upcoming trip that wouldn’t be worn on a regular basis. They did have a good selection of affordable swimsuit options for January.

Great selection and great prices. Things that are normally $60 will be more like $20 here. You have to shop around the place. People grab stuff off the rack, then change their mind and hang it somewhere else. Then when the rack gets marked down cheaper, the strays dont get marked down. You get charged what the price tag says. Beware, no returns, no exchanges. Also awesome selection if you where small, medium or large. Selection thins out at XL and XXL, then jumps straight to Big and Tall.

Organized by size and color... Huge variety of high quality clothes all in one place and prices that can't be beat! This is a hidden gem for sure!
