We got in about 10:30 pm last night booked a room, online was showing $99 they said $116. Shay gave us the online price and we got a king size room. Came to $116 with tax. Shay did a awesome job at the front desk. Got to the room, it looked nice bed was alright, we liked the pillows nice and soft. Wife wasn't a fan of bed said it was hard, I thought it was fine. Looks like shower was done recently, wood looking tile. Got to the breakfast buffet at country kitchen restaurant that's attached to hotel buffet was really good. Better than any other hotel breakfast. French toast was good, eggs made to order, ham, sausage, biscuits gravy, waffle maker, fruit bar, I had the eggs with cheese and bacon and peppers- they were awesome. I would stay here again. The server Ash was friendly and very nice.

Hands down the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are laid out awesomely with good amount of space. The bathroom is huge with a good sized tub. THE BEDS ARE AMAZING! Very very comfortable fell asleep fast woke up rested! My children had a blast in the huge game area . Breakfast was delicious hot and served quick. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This is the only hotel I will ever stay at in Wichita !

Very nice and clean. The linens were all clean and good quality. Modern room, all clean and updated. Nice sized towels, good water pressure, tons of comfy pillows, and for a change the blankets were plenty warm. The room included a fridge, microwave, etc. We were in one of the inner rooms which had no window and instead looked into an atrium, which was interesting. The rate was a bit expensive compared to other Best Westerns I've stayed in. Had Google given me the correct price qed have probably gone elsewhere considering we were only there for 8 hours and so paid 15$ an hour roughly. Not that it wasn't very nice, because it was, but I'd recommend it more for an extended stay or something where you'd actually be spending time there as opposed to just a place for a quick road trip sleep.

29th ANNIVERSARY ADVERSITY THANX TO BEST WESTERN They charged us for the $100 deposit but it was not returned to our account and we left the room in the condition it was received, outside of towels in pile on floor and bedding disheveled from having been slept in. The site states that it is returned upon departure. I'm certain that the FTC will be interested, especially since our room was minus several advertised amenities. Our anniversary came with a touch of adversity because this place is unconcerned with guest experiences. Macy was a lovely, and kind bright spot in a hotel that is more concerned with the large profit margins than customer experience. Our daughter got us a night in a suite for our 29th anniversary. We didn't eat on property because management cannot staff their restaurant appropriately. We were given free breakfast vouchers. There were NO GLUTEN FREE options on the free breakfast choice menu. We ordered our "free" breakfast and received an unexpected anniversary surprise. Hubby's biscuits and gravy were exceptionally odd. The sausage was unlike any we had ever eaten. It was smooth and square. My simple 2 egg ham breakfast with hashbrowns and an English muffin was inedible. The hashbrowns appeared brown, not from being cooked but from being a mix of potato peels, burnt oil or grease and the dirt from an unknown amount of prior meal crud. I regret even putting that disgusting mess in my mouth. I immediately spit it out. The ham was a chunk of preformed ham fat and gristle, covered in the same "browning" material. Just as disgusting and inedible as my hashbrowns. The manager that was on property was weird, cold and aloof. Never smiled or talked to us when we were in the same area. He just turned and ran away. The room was lovely and spacious. The cleanliness was superb. I was leery of using a jacuzzi tub in a hotel but the tub was spotless. We enjoyed it. One suggestion, rails on one or both sides would make it easier for guests to get out. It's unfortunate that the rest of the property and staff outside of Macy and Jennie (our waitress for breakfast), were so lackluster. The fact that this hotel is not interested in guest experience will be its demise. Hubby and I enjoyed our anniversary but it certainly wasn't with the help of the staff at this motel. ☠!BE WARNED!☠ This place also puts an extra $100 charge on your credit card. We were NEVER told. This could very easily ruin a guest's life by overdrawing a guest's accounts. Our 29th anniversary came with adversity, thanks to Best Western.

whirlpool faucet broken and jets sprayed water everywhere. Bed was comfortable. pillows too soft. load thudding noise almost every hour and could not sleep. pool stairs and poles were not stable. Also the restaurant took 30 minutes to get drink and order taken. Not worth the price I paid!!

Super nice and cozy and clean. Rooms are big with back sliding patio doors that look out over their big indoor pool, an arcade room, putt-putt golf, air hockey, ping-pong tables and some other cool features this hotel gives to it's guests for entertainment and recreation. Offers a full cafeteria hot breakfast too! Central air and heat not window units is a plus for me. Rooms are also pretty fancy but not yuppy which is how I prefer my hotel stays. And if you like gambling, Crosswinds casino is 2 exits down. Enjoy. 😊😊

Outstanding! We had a reservation at a Days Inn in Wichita and it was completely deplorable. I went to the Best Western next door and it had a fantastic lobby along with the rest of the property. The staff bent over backwards to get us in that night along with 2 more nights. The restaurant and free full breakfast was wonderful. They had so many wonderful amenities for a family stay with pool , game room, arcade & huge conference area.

This place was great! It's 5 stars for someone traveling with a dog. It's a $10 pet fee and they gave us a room towards the back that has a great big grassy area and trails. The rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the room, especially the bathroom, smelled like smoke and it's supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Very good and a sit down full breakfast, not buffet or continental. Lastly, I don't remember the guys name that checked us in, but he was great, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, especially traveling with a pet.

The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. From the manager to the girls that clean the room. EVERYONE is delivering an A game all of the time. "We are what we consistently do. Excellence therefore must be a habit, not an act." - Aristotle This hotel and its staff are excellent, all of the time.

This is a very nice hotel!!! There are outside doors for convenient 1st floor loading/unloading (and pets) and also inside doors for easy access to the main convention center/pool/game area and the attached Country Kitchen restaurant. The room was nice and the beds were comfy. The restaurant provides a great breakfast buffet for the hotel guests (they even had chicken fried steak). We also had dinner there because it was so convenient and that was also good. All of the staff at both the hotel and restaurant were great!!!

We have received exceptional service every time we have stayed here. The staff at the front has always been very helpful and professional. The rooms were clean, and had great amenities inside (a decent couch, desk to work at, fridge, and microwave). The breakfast is exceptional for a hotel (it seems to be sort of a real restaurant where you get tickets for free breakfast). The gym is also great and they have some real weights. The biggest downside is that if you get an inside room, you don't have a window. There's a large open room in the middle of the hotel for events (with a pool table and lots of chairs and stuff) and if you get one of the rooms on the inside, your big balcony looking window is facing that room. It feels weird to have the curtains open where people can see me so it stays closed. Other than that this place is great.

This place is fantastic! The restaurant here has amazing food with good prices, I could barely eat half of the chicken fried steak and potatoes and had to save the rest for later. The room was incrediy clean, the lights all functioned, bed and bedding was comfy, and the space wasn't crowded like you find in a lot of other hotels. Particularly, the front desk lady was so incredibly sweet and helpful id be back just for that. Our truck had been in the shop across the street at Summit Truck Group, who had promoted us to book here at this particular Best Western, because of the complimentary shuttle van! The driver was incredibly courteous and didn't have me gripping the edges of my seat like some over shuttle drivers. Any time were in the area needing a hotel room, we most certainly will come back to stay here.
