This motel is awful, I couldn't sit outside without someone asking or demanding money from me. The manager and his wife are wolves in sheeps clothing. They are nice to you until you disagree with them on something then they turn on you. I was next to room 275 and the neighbor constantly turned his 500 dollar stereo up, shaking our walls, would go on for 4 days straight all night and all day. I was constantly complaining of the noise but the neighbor in 275 is best friends with the manager. So they would get rude and do nothing. Another example, the people across from our room were in the hallway talking and 275 started slamming open and closing the door. The manager came out and the people staying across from us told him what happened and instead he yelled at them instead of his buddy in 275. The bed bugs are horrible and nothing is ever done about it. I used to be employed there and all I'm allowed to say is nothing is as it ever seems. Good Luck.

Great place to stay when you have a dog and no other hotel on broadway let's you keep your dog. Nice friendly staff. They are on top of keeping the riff-raff away

Stayed a week. Two day's we did have a working toilet or show to use. They refused to give us a reduction in the price. Very shady manager Michael 65 years old

Steve is a Awesome man other staff members are very sweet and helpful. My huge complaint was the horribly stained mattress. Nothing that a gallon of bleach couldn't cure. 😂. My unexpected stay was quite & safe. I Thank them for helping me in my time of need.

Worst experience I've ever had ever renting a motel room. Decided to spend a week in Wichita before we headed out of town. Rented a room at the market not only were they abusive and rude and intrusive they had roaches in their rooms were obscenely obnoxious bang on my door at 2:00 in the morning. Telling me that my dogs were loud when my dogs are quiet and everyone else's dogs were going off. $300 for a week find a different place to rent.

Staff is excellent, top notch, friendly and they care about their customers/residents. People they do not recognize they will immediately remove them from the property. It helps a lot with safety of this property and the people who stay here. It's highly appreciated since Broadway between Pawnee and 21st Street isn't safe to walk down alone or after dark. Not saying homeless are dangerous cause most of the people I have talked too just want to be left alone and live their lives the way they want too.

The administration here is very down to earth. In Wichita Kansas you would not want to send any time at any other motel on north or south Broadway, which is where the motels are. The other motels have poor television reception and the television they have are not modern television, they have the old box. And horrible wifi. Mark 8 Inn. Has great accomplishment and accomodations.

If you like an very old motel which smells like smoke and is located where there are lot of shady people than this is your motel but it wasn’t for me.

I was out of a place to stay and they took me.

Great staff and even though it's North Broadway I felt safe since you have to have a key to get into the building to get to your room! Also great room prices!! It's manager, Steve, is very professional and is a great guy!! I highly recommend this hotel!

Was moved there for safety reason and waiting on apt to get done, I've stayed in three other motels in last two months that I couldn't give a review cause no stars to give, but citi host wonderful people , and trys to do what they can for you , felt safe with area 🦐 in The two are nightmares, Mark 8 inn was very clean, icebox was worked ng good No microwave but place in office has one you can use, oh yes the bathtub was so clean,, that I got to get a bath too, Very clean , honest people Be there in a minute if you need something, Steve is great and all his workers very nice to , felt safe in area cause I knew they wouldn't allow, but thank you them this last week has gone quicker knowing I had good people around me, other quest has stayed in there for several months and a year with one, nice and friendly place, fair on prices was lower than the ones I've stayed in on South Broadway, I'd recommend this place, clean beds are there and clean carpets wise, no bugs great staff Try it out, il go back there for sure if needed, they aren't like the other ones down south, they even gave a coffee machine, bless thier hearts

The people that work here are really freaking awesome seriously, I was helping some one that was stuck out in the rain, and the people here were understand, kind, and fair. I recommend this place to people if the are stuck in a hard spot and don't know what to do as long as you fallow there rules you should be just fine!!!

If you look for good service and finely faces you. Don't have to look no more the owners of the motel 8 are great people me and my wife mom lived at the auto the motel hawas nasty the owner bad people people talk down on this hotel it the best hare in witcita Kansas if people help pay it forward instead talking down on Thame thing help the owners with the rooms maybe it make Thame happy and and make it the hotel it derives to be a faimly motel and I suggest you come hare and check Thame out it won't be a waist of your time
