Hidden gem! This place had large, clean, and modern rooms. It included a complimentary breakfast, gym, pool, and laundry facility. I appreciated the convenience of how easy it was to get too from I-40. It was also next to a delicious hibachi & sushi restaurant. The place was safe and quiet!

First the positives: Good location and courteous staff. BUT there were several negatives. Our room had a large dead (Thankfully!) cricket in the corner and a couple of pieces of dry dog food on the carpet. Edges of sink didn’t look too clean. Breakfast was completely lacking…no bananas, no oatmeal, weak coffee, no sausage or bacon, and eggs so runny my husband wouldn’t eat them…and he eats almost anything! And like others have said, we had to take the back off the toilet to get the handle to flush.

Seriously, how is this place not more popular? This hotel was a life saver in our travels across country to our new home, and gave us somewhere safe to rest between disabilities, service animals, teenager, and 9 month old. Beds are exceptionally comfortable, and just such a wonderful experience.

The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. But the facility is getting a bit run down due to lack of timely repairs. There was a leak in the entryway ceiling when we arrived, due to a dishwasher leak, but wasn’t being repaired . One week later….we made two calls to the number in the post in response to my first review and never got a call back, so we contacted Hilton Corporate Customer Service to share our observations with them.

Convenient location next to the interstate. Dog friendly with a park immediately behind. Rooms are a nice size with full size fridge. Have stayed here three times on cross-country drives over the last two years; it's still very good but is starting to slip -- minor maintenance needing attention and breakfast offerings this time were less than usual. Hampton Inn next door a good alternative if full here.

1st night was rough. Toilet didn’t work, you have to open the top lid and shake the thingamabob that’s the technical term for us in the biz to get it to flush. The ac was not working at all. Room was 78 all night. Woke up in this morning talked to the amazing lady that was making breakfast. Let me pause for a second she was extremely friendly and went out her way to ensure everyone one was fed and got exactly what the wanted. She kept everything clean and when I told her about my issue she got another lady to assist us right away. The front desk lady with red hair again forgot to get her name was equally amazing she apologized went above and beyond and got us another room with ac!!!!! The hallway felt better than the other room. I’m not one to complain and honestly would have suffered through the hot room if it wasn’t for my pregnant wife. I appreciate true customer service and genuine kindness. I would stay here again because of those 2 ladies. I just would ask for a different room bc 221 is hot as hell.

This hotel is a newer building in the Hilton Chain which was apparent from the well painted exterior and several fixtures in the rooms. The front desk and breakfast service staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay. There were signs that perhaps maintenance and supply budgets were being squeezed as a water leak into the lobby was still dripping water and appeared to not have been addressed. If local and corporate management keeps their maintenance up, this hotel will continue to be a nice place to stay both for overnight travelers and long term contractor stays.

Thank you Kia and Ian. Always a bright smiley face and great service. Pool is so relaxing as well. There is a bunch of stores and food surrounding this hotel.

I was driving cross country from NC to CA with my cats so I needed to find pet friendly hotels to stay at. I’ve never stayed at a Home2 Suites before, but was actually pleasantly surprised. The location was right off the freeway, there were food options nearby, and the hotel itself was pretty easy to find. Parking wasn’t an issue, the hotel itself was clean, my room was spacious and quiet, AC worked, mini kitchen-super affordable, good value. I didn’t interact with many staff members, however, the one I did upon checking out...very helpful. I needed a cart because I had my cats and luggage-none were available when I was leaving around 6am. The gentleman at the counter located one on another floor for me, retrieved it...so nice. I don’t know his name, however, he was working early in the morning, had longer hair...very sweet and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here on my way home.

Thr staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was tidy and clean. The a/c wasn't as cold as I would have liked, hence the 4 stars and not 5. The lady who did breakfast was so friendly. Breakfast was excellent!

After reading reviews on this place I expected it to be clean and appropriately staffed. Unbeknownst to us, they had not had cleaning services for the entire day of May 21st. Honestly, I figured that meant maybe they wouldn’t be able to clean he hallways floors, never did I imagine that meant they couldn’t clean the guest rooms. Unfortunately I didn’t find this out until after we had gotten to our room and unloaded and I noticed the floor, walls, and counters were dirty. As I went to call the front desk, our phone wouldn’t work, so my husband went downstairs and finally found someone to ask about our room. Apparently the bed sheets were clean but nothing else had been done. The front desk guy stated the housekeeper had called out because of 40 guest departing and it was too much for them. To make up for the error he offered my husband water!!!! Why are they allowed to rent out rooms if they aren’t clean. I know Hiltons pride themselves on cleanliness because there are stickers posted everywhere. This place should be shut down!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

This is an excellent hotel. There are new signs in the hallway to try to get people to stop leaving trash which is great. Silly that people don’t read it and just continue to leave trash. Ian is trying his best and when I told him he immediately put signs up and got the trash. My room was super clean and always a great stay. Can’t wait to be back.

One of our favorite hotels. Very clean friendly staff. Rooms are awesome. Very clean and roomy. Shower is fantastic. Beds are very comfy and a selection of 4 pillows makes getting the perfect night sleep easy. Will stay every time we pass through.

We had a reservation with a sister Hotel Home2 and they were gracious enough to move us to the home to hotel it was a great experience .they gave us an upgraded room the pool was heated an indoor in open most of the evening. I room was exceptional the only reason I didn’t give them five stars was they brag to us about their healthy choice breakfast. When we came down for breakfast it was pretty sad there was some water down oatmeal a few choices of bread and some old egg omelette other than that the state was fantastic but you get a full suite with a full kitchen so I would recommend cooking your own breakfast I will stay there again

This hotel is easy accessible from interstate. It is very clean, staff is smiling and attentive. Room was a good size separate bedroom accessible from living room area and bathroom. Kitchenette was stocked just right. Breakfast was nice, had a variety of options to get your day started. Plenty of restaurants close by to choose from. Enjoyed our stay, wish we could have stayed longer.
