I
contacted
immediate
care
on
the
form
they
sent
me
before
I
wrote
this
review
and
they
never
bothered
to
contact
me.
I
went
in
for
back
pain
because
I
couldn't
get
in
to
see
my
own
doctor.
There
was
no
physical
exam.
The
doctor
could
see
I
was
in
pain
so
he
prescribed
muscle
relaxers,
had
x-rays
done,
and
told
me
to
get
an
MRI.
He
had
absolutely
no
clue
what
was
wrong
with
me.
He
didn't
check
my
back
at
all.
I
told
them
I
couldn't
see
my
doctor
for
11
days
so
I'd
need
that
many
muscle
relaxers
and
he
said
that
wouldn't
be
problem.
The
instructions
to
the
pharmacist
had
two
sets
of
directions,
so
the
pharmacist
couldn't
fill
it
until
I
called
Immediate
Care
the
next
day
to
straighten
it
out.
It
was
also
only
enough
pills
for
7
days.
The
receptionist
said
it
would
be
taken
care
of.
You
can't
talk
to
a
nurse
there.
I
had
to
call
three
times
because
the
pills
were
only
for
7
days
and
they
wouldn't
fix
it;
she
kept
saying
it
was
fixed.
I'm
not
sure
if
this
is
a
law
against
muscle
relaxers
or
ineptitude.
I
could
understand
if
it
was
opioids.
There
was
never
an
explanation
from
Immediate
Care.
Luckily
I
got
in
on
a
cancellation
for
my
doctor
who
quickly
realized
it
was
my
sacroiliac.
I
got
steroids,
shots,
and
then
an
MRI.
My
doctor
never
received
the
X-rays
the
doctor
at
Immediate
Care
had
me
take.
That's
odd
since
they
said
they'd
send
them
and
that
doctor
knew
my
family
doctor.
Today
I
got
a
bill
for
$173.35
for
absolutely
nothing.
I
understand
Immediate
Care
is
where
you
go
if
you
have
no
other
option,
but
you
should
receive
medical
care.
Especially
for
that
price.
