This was my first visit to IMC. The receptionist was cheerful and friendly and explained things very clearly to me. The nurse introduced herself, which I believe is very important, and led me back to the room for the initial screening. The doctor took her time asking question to determine the issue then off to x-ray. I wanted a copy of the x-rays and they provided them before I could ask. It was a great experience and I was in and out in less than an hour. I’d go back if I needed to again.

When me and my husband first walked in we had thought we were at the wrong place. This place is SUPER cozy, lights are dimmed, and it’s a peaceful but quick place to get treated. From the moment you step up to the receptionist to the moment you go back into the room it’s a wholesome feeling. I didn’t catch the secretary name but she was a short African American women with glasses and she was super super sweet and very informative !!! Sabrina our nurse was absolutely amazing, she was funny and attentive and made sure you knew exactly what was going on and the time frame for everything as well. They are lucky to have her. She’s a gem ! I then was seen by the Provider I believe his name was John but I’m not 100% sure. & he was really professional , attentive, and knew what he was doing. If I ever get sick or a family member does this will always be the place we go to !! Awesome job y’all !

The staff is super friendly and efficient! Dr. Cox is one of the best Dr’s I’ve ever had treat me and I cannot say enough good things about this place! They took excellent care of me!

I was very pleased with the way I was treated by staff. The physician was a young man, don't remember his name, but was professional and was very good at conveying information. I am an emergency physician, recently retired after thirty years at a level 1 trauma center....and I was very impressed with my care.

I rushed into this clinic with my middle school daughter to get an x-ray of her arm. It was just as they were about to close, and I am sure ready to go home. Of course she broke it!!! Kayla the nurse was so gentle and patient with my daughter in getting her x-ray done. Dr. Lisenby was very kind in explaining what the x-ray showed and to my daughters relief she didn't get any shots! Great clinic with wonderfully patient people! I highly recommend this place!!

I’m VERY impressed with the entire staff’s friendly, helpful professionalism. The doctor was kind, knowledgeable and very thorough! I was diagnosed quickly, and received an X-Ray that gave him insight that guided his recommendations for my care. I was invited to call if I had any further questions or issues! I highly recommend Immediate Medical Care!

The people here were pleasant. It appeared clean and had a comfortable environment. Patients didn’t seem to wait too long. I was there for pre employment screening so it took a little longer than my bladder wanted to wait, but I survived! All is well w/the world!

Everyone was very helpful and made our experience a great one. Ashlyn greated us and made us feel welcome. Dr Lisenby was kind and answered all our questions. We left feeling confident about the treatment plan. Thank you !

I had a great experience at IMC! Dr. Colin was so informative, kind, and engaging! The medical assistant was also extremely sweet. They saw me pretty quickly for treatment and I was on my way. I’ve visited IMC in the past and will visit them again for my urgent care needs!

I was wanting to be seen after a pretty bad ankle sprain. IMC was able to get me in and out within an hour. They were very friendly and professional. Not only did they do X-rays to make sure it wasn’t broken but the doc also provided me with exercises to help regain strength in my ankle.

Dr was nice enough. Didn’t really do anything to help me tho. Had an hour and 20 min wait and there was only 4 people in the waiting room. Got put in a room to wait another 30+ mins. Was seen for maybe 4 mins dr said let me check something and I’ll be back… never came back. Sent nurse in with a prescription for a nasal spray and a work note and was told that’s all I needed. So I paid my 60 copay was patient and left feeling like I was brushed to the side 🤷🏻‍♀️ Won’t return for sure.

I highly recommend this as an option for Healthcare. The staff was kind and courteous. My wait time was minimal. Dr Lisenby took the time to listen to my concerns and treated my symptoms accordingly. He even called the next day to see how I was feeling! Thank you for your care and consideration.

Very easy and welcoming! After my rather short wait to be seen, I was right away evaluated by Kayley. She was quick and polite. She explained someone would be in shortly and she was correct. Jon looked everything over and explained my diagnosis quickly and easily. He was very easy to talk to and ask questions. I never felt rushed or like I was being ushered out. I also liked that they didn’t call me back just to have me sit in a room for a while.

Front desk staff, Nikki and Caroline, were very professional and got me checked in quick. Haven took great care of me during my exam. Dr Lisenby was very informative and attentive to all my concerns. I’m very pleased with my care and will return in the future.

I went in 12/7/23 for stitches removal and I just wanted to say how kind and professional all the staff was. The physician helped me with finding on going care for a wound I have. Seems the staff enjoys what they do. A++ to your whole team.

After cutting my hand like a derp, I chose immediate medical care because they were close by. I don’t have insurance, but the cost was very reasonable, the office was clean and the staff were very kind and accommodating to me and my two little tag along a. Even though it was a fairly small cut, it was in a tricky spot. The doctor was thoughtful and made sure I got the best fixed that would hold up to my lifestyle. Very happy with the service I received. Would highly recommend

Excellent and timely care. Walked in right at opening to be seen for a a sore throat my immune system was struggling with on its own. Waiting room had 3-4 people inside by the time I got my paperwork turned in and then I waited less than 20 minutes before I was seen. Tests were ran and I was prescribed a medication to help me out. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. In and out in less than 2 hrs on a Monday morning.

My daughter had an ear ache, which was from too much ear wax. The MA that irrigated her ear was so patient and very kind. She stopped and waited when my daughter needed a break. Even though it was past closing time, we never felt rushed.

The staff was very friendly and understanding while I found my insurance information being from out of town it took me a minute to pull it up online. The physician that I was seen by was also very friendly and helpful, he was able to assist me with issue.

Had a great experience under miserable circumstances! Every single person we had contact with (Nikki, Haven, Caroline, Jon) was kind, polite and compassionate. Would recommend to others!!

Staff was amazing. Ashlynn who checked us in, showed us concerned for my injured daughter. The nurse Saterika walked my daughter through everything she was doing from cleaning the wound to taken the X-Ray. Dr Lisenby took his time with her as well listen to what my concerns were.

Checking in was easy, the clinic is very nice and the young lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. After a modest wait the muse the took to the exam room was professional and properly concerned with my problem. The doctor was understanding and I feel properly diagnosed my issue and ordered treatment. I am much better now and grateful for the help. Good job everyone!

Hands down the best care I’ve ever received. Never have I felt more heard, acknowledged, and respected anywhere else. These wonderful people really do amazing work.

I had a great experience! Didn't take long to be seen and they truly listened to my issue while explaining the best options available to resolve it. Didn't have any problems at all and only had 3 forms to fill out.

Pleasantly surprised. Filled out three short forms when I got there. Wait time was less than 15 minutes. Professional staff and I actually was seen by an MD. I would highly recommend.

Dr. John Bartholomew and his fellow nurses were absolutely amazing. They were attentive and so kind and they took the time to make you feel important and heard. Even the front desk lady was super kind. I highly highly recommend this place for any concerns and great environment.

And of course can’t forget sweet Samantha and Kyla back there checkin everybody’s vitals before the best Dr. Jon came in a quickly went over everything and helped me out! Will definitely be my home care I go to! Amazing team!!

I sliced my shin open, and Sabrina and Dr. Cox made this experience far too fun for a Drs visit! Dr. Cox applied the glue, which Sabrina used a folder to fan dry.. Then fanned my face making me ask for grapes and a glass of wine... Needless to say I left in tears, of laughter! Thank you for making such an irritating experience quick, hilarious and of course, giving great, knowledgeable and sanitary care to my wound! I appreciate it! Highly recommend!

Here with my husband now and they are truly amazing. They really are trying to figure out what is wrong with him, and they are moving quick. This is a great place and I will continue to come back here!! Thank you for being a place that makes us feel comfortable.

Got a follow up professional COVID test after our home test was positive. Doc was very helpful and thorough, explaining how to care for ourselves and how to quarantine. She took plenty of time with us to cover all our questions.

I was able to walk right in with no wait and begin the process right away. They accepted my insurance, so I only had to pay a co-pay. I got prompt service and was given the treatment I needed for a poison ivy reaction. All the staff was helpful and friendly.

Fast check in with ability to wait at home or in my car. Customer service and treatment is excellent. My regular doctor could not see me so I went in on a Friday and was seen in two hours. The wait was convenient as I could work from home until my call back to come in. Will utilize this resource again as needed.
