Dr. Foster is AMAZING!! The lab staff is AMAZING. This front office and billing is terrible. On multiple occasions they have lost lab orders sent from other doctors. And I have had to fight nearly every single bill from them. I have a primary and secondary insurance and they just cannot file the claims properly. My last bill was rejected because my secondary didn't have my social correct (honest human mistake and fixed) called about the fix, then she proceeds to tell me that that insurance has termed out. I told her that it wasn't, that it was current, she got an attitude with me and told me I was wrong. This is going to have me find a new PCP which is ridiculous, but I am done dealing with the office people.

Dr. Donna Logan is an amazing doctor and I am extremely lucky to be under her care. She specializes in eating disorders, and after going to doctor after doctor that told me to “just eat more” I finally found her. She immediately realized the severity of my case, had a medical plan for me within a week, and had me in the highest level of care in the nation within one month (and it would’ve been quicker had I not protested at first). I’m now in recovery from the eating disorder, she quite literally saved my life. Beyond that, she has made sure to keep every facet of my care in mind, and has given me every opportunity to continue the path to recovery, from finding me dietitians and therapists, to making sure I get appropriate physical therapy to continue gaining strength while recovering. She listens well and is never critical, and she will not give up on you. Her husband, Dr. James Logan, is also a great doctor who was willing to see me in a pinch when Dr. Donna was out of the office, and was able to immediately diagnose an issue the ER completely overlooked. The doctors here, specifically the Logan’s truly care about every facet of each of their patients care. The lab women are also great, they always get it on the first poke, and the one time I felt faint while getting blood taken they immediately knew what to do and comforted me throughout the process. I’ve never had such positive experiences in any medical setting prior to this. Thank you all for everything you do.

This place is Uncaring, Unsympathetic , the doctor I had lacked skills to communicate lab work results & meanings, to make proper discussions in medical advice and reference. Which some we're extremely important I later found out with my new physician. This doctor had the attitude that just because he could order blood work tests made him something special. However you can order your own blood tests at any diagnostic facility get more out of the reading of the tests than he told me. This is the very reason I got a new physician.

My family and I had an appointment today 6/22/2021 at 2:15 pm. We were supposed to be there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork for new patients. We were there 20 minutes early ( as I had to take off work today for appointment.) We got there and they supposedly lost our appointments because of an supposed computer crash. So, we left because they couldn't see us today. I got home and called to cancel all future appointments and they had me in the computer????? So, I highly suggest no using this unprofessional place. We will not go there again. I lost a days work.

We love Dr. Charles-Smothers and her nurse Candace!! Love the fact that several members of our family are her patients also!! Always feel like I have had a visit with good friends. Never have we ever been disappointed with any of the staff as them being rude! There will always be disgruntled people in the world that no one can please!! Mable

I've attended this medical office for 30 years. The office staff use to have compassion for their patients. After today, the reviews I see are true, they have lost all compassion. We, my entire family will not go back after being humiliated infront of the people waiting in line behind me. What was said to me should have been said to me privately. Now all the people that were standing behind me, know my struggles. I was crying in embarrassment and had to exit as they refused to see me. I even scheduled my appointment with a nurse prior to showing up, they knew how sick I was. I needed to see a Dr. I had to leave without being seen because I refused to pay the $179.00 that's an insurance claim, they know its going through insurance, but they wanted me to pay NOW. My insurance asked me not to pay it as they will be paying it directly to the office, I even sent the bill to my insurance. Their new protocols, how they speak to you no longer matter, they will tell you "I'm sorry, we are not perfect", that's what I was told. They stand behind each other so don't even bother calling and speaking to the office manager about your concerns, it'll be a waste of time. The act that happened today was enough for me to leave after 30 years. I have always been a great patient, never had outstanding bills, if I did have bills I always paid them, I always paid my co-pays but that's not good enough, they don't care. Their new protocols are pushing people out the door. If you're looking for a compassionate, welcoming office - this is not your place. Not only that but when I first tried to check in, she tossed a mask on the counter and said "you need to wear this" because I was sick. She tossed it on the counter where all the sick people touch to check in, discussing. I had no issues wearing a mask, I actually wanted to but not one that came off a dirty counter. So that's my experience with the newer staff and their new protocols. Their are so many doctor offices out there that actually still have compassion and love their career. Keep looking.

I don't see him listed on the website anymore, and so I hope he's no longer practicing medicine. But Dr. Penner was the worst doctor I ever saw, and an even worse human being. I hope he's either lost his license or retired. Hopefully he's really gone and they will do better without him. I just hope he can no longer harm any patients.

Called to ask if one of the doctors I wanted to see was taking new patients. Was told yes. Then the receptionist asked for insurance info. I said Medicare with a supplemental. She then said we don't accept Medicare. Sorry. The website says they accept traditional Medicare. Whats up?

My Doctor diagnosed me with Arthritis in my back, showed me where on an x Ray, when I called after to ask for over counter med recommendations the nurses tried to override my doctor's diagnoses and wouldn't help me and was forcing me to make another appointment for help even though I had already been diagnosed. Extremely frustrating! Also after the first of the year and you have to get insurance lined up making sure your Dr is in network then Feb 11. They change and no longer accept our insurance. Plus the operator also told me that since I haven't been seen for over 3 years I am considered a new patient and have to be approved again and my Dr was no longer taking new patients. Extremely rude and unorganized office. Better off finding somewhere new. Just inconvenient and frustrating.

My wife has cancer and her doctor is awesome, but the receptionist is entirely disrespectful.

Dr Nugent is awesome. Actually LISTENS to what is said and remembers his patients. Not the type who rushes and gives you 2 minutes of his "precious" time attitude at all... down to earth and thorough.

I love my doctor so much! She really cares and i love it. Her nurse is also amazing! If been to horrible doctors before so it has been amazing these last few years to have a doctor who (ha see what I did there fellow whovians?) cares! I highly recommend Dr.Scripter.

I was really not impressed with the lab person on my visit. I don't know if she was sanitizing between patients, but I witnessed her putting her gloves on, and then tearing off the index finger, and then drawing blood. This is not an acceptable procedure.

We've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Foster, her nurse and any other doctors we've seen in a pinch.

I didn’t have the best experience at my last drs office and so far I’ve been twice and have no complaints! From scheduling over the phone, checking in, my drs nurse, and dr herself- everyone has been wonderful! I had a hiccup with insurance and the girls in billing helped work with me before my first appointment giving me all the help they could. Dr Mayans I feel is the first dr to really listen to me and take my concerns seriously. I don’t feel she does more than what’s needed and also isn’t pushing to get me out of the office. Wait time in the lobby is always a minimum- I’m so happy I switched drs!
