😠 Took my husband there for shortness of breath. Had to call from the car. Told them he was a heart patient and had tightness in his chest. This was btw 5 and 5:50 pm. Was told they were not taking anymore patients for the day. They close at 7 pm. There were 6 other cars in the lot. When I asked about... People often mention told, work, call,

When I asked about another place I might take him, receptionist told me I could look that up on my own. Never again will I bring my family there.

So my first visit I wasn't impressed. So I went there with my boyfriend and the lady was absolutely rude. She didn't want to talk to me, due to HIPAA. And I completely understand. He was sitting right next to me so I didn't see the big deal of it but I let him talk to her on the phone. But the questions she was asking he didn't know the answer, he asked me. I can tell she was getting very frustrated because he had to stop and ask me for the answers. I could tell that she was getting angry. She would sigh or take a deep breath with frustration because he did this multiple times. She even threatened to terminate service. She admitted to having an attitude, she stated she wasn't the only one with an attitude on the phone. How professional was that. Yes I completely agree that I was angry because she was being so rude. Most of the comments I wasn't even talking to her. Stephanie has to go. I didn't think it was right or legal for her threaten terminate services. I however didn't go inside with him, for fear of an altercation, but I heard the doctor was amazing.

Okay so I was exposed to COVID and decided to get a test. They tell me their hours and what to do when I arrive. I live in Wellington so it's not exactly the closest location to begin with. I drive all the way to MedExpress and put 5 of my last 10 in the gas tank. I arrive for them to inform me that it's going to be a 2 hour wait in the parking lot and that I'm not allowed to leave the parking lot. Fine ill wait because I need the test right? She then offers up some info not given when I called while in Wellington which is it costs 75 bucks!

I would leave no stars if I could. This is the 3rd time we’ve gone in hopeful of medical care and been denied for stupid reasons. Today my husband sliced open his hand before work and went in because it’s so close to home, because he was in his work clothes they told him to file work. comp. He said no this isn’t work comp. They told him if he wasn’t going to file work comp they wouldn’t treat him. Leaving him to drive around town with his hand sliced open fishing blood. This place is a joke and clearly they do not care about treating people. God forbid they actually give medical service!

Horrible experience, I needed stitches and Michelle insisted on gluing it. I explained why this wouldn't work for me and she did it anyway then as she went to walk out of the room she accused my child of recording her and demanded she unlock her phone which she complied and showed her her gallery and then she accused her of snap chatting it and she showed her her story and Michelle snatched her phone from my child's hand. She continued to rudely grill my child and threatened to call police at which point I had had enough and told her to go ahead and call them we would wait in the parking lot. Everyone at the front end was very nice and pleasant but that Michelle that was the acting "Dr." Was incredibly ridiculous. As we were walking out the door she yelled that she wouldn't be charging me for the visit, I guess we will see. My suggestion is to go somewhere else if the sign at the front desk says that the acting Dr. Is a woman named Michelle Tunnell. Guess what... I have gotten two bills and was told it would be put on hold while it's researched. When I called to see why a bill was generated in the first place I was told the Dr has no say and she never should have said she wouldn't charge me, SHOCKER! Talk about adding to the horrible experience at this place. So my daughter and I were treated horribly, treatment wasn't given properly, nor was it finished and they want my money. Nice.

Very inconvenient service and had the front doors locked while they claimed they were open. Had me call a customer service number just to schedule an appointment that was honestly pointless for what was supposed to be a quick visit and the parking lot was emptying continuously with cars coming and not actually entering the facility but instead leaving. Worst experience at a medical clinic I've ever had, at least at the DMV they don't have you call another states location office to schedule an "appointment" for a license renewal.

A family member went for treatment last week. She was told she would be contagious for 48 hours and written a doctor's note to return to work before that 48 hours was up. Multiple referrals to GraceMed during the time with the ARNP Sylvia despite being a paying customer here. Checked ears, BP, temp, very little else. Medication prescribed did not include an antibiotic. Took the medication prescribed as written and got worse. Nothing given for cough although cough was evident and there was mention it was impeding sleep. If not for the amazing nurse on staff, I don't know that any kind of treatment would have been received. Not everyone has insurance. Everyone deserves good care even if they are paying cash. If you don't want to work with the public, why are you working there? If I could give 0 stars for Sylvia I would. Nurse, 4 stars!

I had to take a random UA around 1pm. You must call the # on the door, they will tell you how long the wait time is, she said 1-1 & 1/2 hrs. I was there for 1 hr. I had 8 people in front of me. (6 non ua's). Very fast and friendly. 😀

got there when they opened to do drive up covid testing and everyone was so nice. the front desk was patient with me even when having a hard time hearing me clearly at times over the phone, the nurse who swabbed me was gentle, friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was just as kind! they have a better set up for drive up/car appointments than I've seen at other locations. i was out of there within 30 minutes on a Monday morning. definitely recommend.

The dr wasn’t even the least bit concerned about the patient. They did a Covid test, which we already knew was negative, took a quick one second listen to her lungs and said they were fine but they definitely weren’t because she has asthma that was flared up at the time. Wouldn’t even consider a URI, and only prescribed a steroid inhaler after we basically begged for it. Don’t go here if you want to get treated properly.

I have been seen 2 times at this location and it was quick easy and way better than going to any emergency room
