Everything about East Central makes you feel taken care of! They were able to work my dog in several times on short notice and Dr. Bayliff is easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. My dog broke her leg several years ago and by the time I picked her up after x-rays they had everything worked out for the surgery required. I can’t recommend them more! ❤️

Think my dog and I have finally found a good place. I was upset that previous vets didn't touch my dogs enough so they missed things that should have been caught. Almost cried when Dr. B began rubbing my dog all over.

Dr. Bayliff is just the absolute nicest vet, and very, very thorough with his patients. Our kitty will be under his care for as long as he is practicing and she is on this Earth! I cannot recommend their vet clinic enough.

I can not convey how thankful I am for Dr Bayliff and his staff. My family has been going to his practice for nearly 15 years and I couldn't recommend anyone else. From helping us put down the family dog to allowing us to come in for an emergency visit for our cat, they have always been there for us. I am thankful the Dr. Shannon. Our pup is a great dog, but he’s got lots of specials needs. And the staff and Dr. are always welcoming and helpful. Taking care and understanding with accommodations when we need our own room and space!

Dr. Bayliff Is awesome!!! We have been to a lot of Vet’s. We use to drive 3 hours to one. That ended up passing away. We will continue to use him until Dr. Bayliff until he retires.

Dr. Bayliff and the ECVH staff have been OUTSTANDING throughout my dog's three years of veterinary care. When my dog, Ruby, was a puppy, she was diagnosed with severe allergies that required special treatment. Dr. Bayliff was helpful throughout this time, clearly explaining the various treatment options and the potential benefits they would have for our dog. Eventually, we found a regimen of monthly allergy shots and anti-itch shots that significantly reduced Ruby's suffering. Even though we've moved to the opposite side of town, we still drive to see Dr. Bayliff and the ECVH staff every month because Ruby LOVES them. She is excited to see them even though every visit involves a shot. And I love the staff, too! They have done phone walk throughs to help me figure out whether various issues warranted a vet visit, have fit Ruby in for emergency appointments on short notice, and are just great, friendly people on the whole. They remember us over the phone and when we come in. Great service, great staff, great place. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half they’re always nice I like the way they treat me and my dogs. There always honest and I feel like they know what they’re doing. They are amazing.

I went last week and had the best experience! They are amazing there: A++++ service! After my appointment, they helped me manage my dog and newborn when getting into the car! Speaking of the car, the parking lot was recently resurfaced, and the building was so clean! I needed antibiotics for my St. Bernard, due to a cyst getting infected. As I am new to the area, I needed to find a vet from scratch. They were everything you could ask for when seeking care for one of your fur babies! I was able to get in quickly after my initial call. All of my questions were answered, and we left satisfied customers. They told me to expect a follow-up call in a few days, and they did exactly that - I know they care about my pets well being as much as I do! I felt the price was reasonable, and that was a welcomed addition to this experience!

I've been to many different animal hospitals throughout my life, and this one has been my favorite. I have brought two of my cats here for surgery on two different occasions. You can definitely feel that Dr. Bayliff cares deeply for his patients, it makes me feel secure that my animals are receiving the best of care.

Very calm atmosphere, my dog was nervous upon arrival but by the time we left he was fine. Dr was very easy to talk with.
