My Doctor is great, his nurses are great. The staff in the lab is great. The issue is getting an appointment. I have waited on hold for an hour only to be hung up on. This has happened several times. I have also left messages asking to be called back to make an appointment and no one calls back. Very frustrating.

When I told friends I needed recommendations for a new primary doctor, WWFP was the top place people said over and over. Two friends told me to specifically avoid Dr. Huser. They said he was impersonal and rude. When I called to make an appointment, luck of the draw dictated Dr. Huser was the soonest available appointment. I am dealing with an extremely difficult health crisis, so didnā€™t feel like I had time to wait. Against the advice of those friends I went ahead, and soon regretted it. Dr Huser hardly ever looked at me, had little insight on any of my symptoms, and dismissed any thoughts I had or involvement I attempted to have in my own treatment. As my symptoms continued to progress it took 3 times of asking before I finally got a referral to an endocrinologist. Iā€™ve now been diagnosed with EPI and insulin resistance- which were both very difficult to live with for so long not having proper treatment. I also saw Dr Kovach while in the hospital, and my experience with her was even worse than that with Dr Huser. She was argumentative, degrading, and extremely rude. Like Dr Huser, she had no practical knowledge of my ailment and caused me far more harm than I came in with. She prescribed me a heavy duty highly addictive anti convulsant drug that had absolutely nothing to do with my symptoms. She dismissed my chest pains as gastritis and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my heart, even though a doctor in her same practice had diagnosed me with Afib a month earlier. She said I had no problems with my pancreas, and said I was mentally unstable and needed to see a psychiatrist. I have since been diagnosed with Pancreatic Insufficiency and autoimmune pancreatitis. Her assessment of my mental health was something that followed with me from then on from one doctor to the next. This made getting treatment and an eventual diagnosis extremely challenging because every specialist that saw her written opinion wrote me off as a nutcase. I went through month after month of unnecessary pain and stress that never should have happened and it was all because of her lack of knowledge, professionalism, and care for her patient. I lost an entire year that my illness could have been treated and I could have been better for my family. Dr Huser and Dr Kovach have no business in medicine and should not be licensed to see patients anywhere. I did see Dr Yang more than once in the minor care clinic. He was what every doctor should thrive and aspire to be. He was kind, caring, and did his job with professionalism and efficiency. If half the doctors at WWFP were like him, Wichita as a whole would be a much better place. If I had somehow been able to have him as my pcp I imagine my illness would never have progressed the way it did.

Husband wanted to see a doctor just to know he has one and I recommended this place to get him associated with a physician. Day of the first appointment, there was a front desk associate that was very rude when we went to the wrong building for our first time. Went to the right building, encountered another rude associate, and completed the appointment (it went well) and there was the first associate again. We waited in line because I knew we had a copay and after a reasonable wait to get to the front, they said there wasn't a copay. Lo and behold we got billed, but it was sent to my mother's address in her name, which wasn't on any of the paperwork. It's just me and my husband on my insurance. They screwed up the billing even though my information is the main financial contact on his paperwork. Definitely don't need her in his business. I get it, work gets busy on screen than it looks in the lobby, but a part of finding the right care facility is friendly service or something warm to make you feel welcome especially for your first time. I don't know if it was an off day for the front line folks, but it just didn't feel right at all.

What a terrible practice. Doctors rush you in and out, won't even do something as simple as refilling a script over the phone, always want you to come in to get that copay $$. They push *hard* to stay within their clinic for everything, I have my own cardiologist already I don't want yours, but they pressure you into using theirs. Prices are absolutely outrageous for even simple procedures, cost me $800 after insurance to get two ingrown toenails taken care of, he refused to do it in one procedure which would have been half the price, so I got to pay for a procedure room, aneshtetic, supplies, everything twice. Their bills/statements are impossible to folllow, listing charges and dates and fees in seemingly random order, it's almost impossible to tell what you're being billed, what insurance covers and how your payments are being applied. Just stay away.

Negative stars if I could. My doc was great, but every single referral was a failure, need to see a neurosurgeon, didn't even tell me about the first one, so I missed it. Got the second one but appointment was denied cause I missed the first. 3rd one did not take my insurance, so could not be seen. Last one I thought was going to do it. Nope, sent me to an anesthesiologist who did not have my records and thought I was chasing pills. 200$ out of pocket just to walk in the front door. False diabetes diagnosis, after 1 moth of tracking my sugar doc ordered a new blood test, got the test, when I got the results it said no signs of infection. With the rise of heal costs I no longer have insurance. Thank for shortening my life. I owe 1200$. Stopped making payments, I'll die before you get 1 cent!

I've never written a review in my life. But I feel it's my responsibility to tell you if you care about your elderly parents, please do not send them here. Dr. Miller cared for my parents for years and upon his retirement sent them to Dr. Kettner. At best he's been distant and uncaring, at worst he's made mistakes in prescribing causing greater illness. I've spent 3 days calling the office (3 times a day) to get my father an appointment to rectify the prescribing mishap and for three days I've been told a nurse will call me back. No call - still. When I express urgency, I'm told to call 911. THEY DON'T CARE as exemplified by their automated voice messaging that asks an 88 year old man to push buttons (with his poor eyes and fat fingers) if he wants help and better yet, just use the app. The message is DON'T CALL US and now I implore you, based on our experience - don't call them.

I just called to changed doctors and they lady in the business office was so kind to me and extremely helpful. But when I was transferred over to make an appointment the lady over the phone talked down to me, was extremely aggressive, and raised her voice at me. She told me it would be over 2 months before anyone could see me, which is totally fine if she would have just communicated that but she was really aggressive and talking over me. Nobody should have to go through that experience.

Iā€™ve had Dr. David Lauer for about 7 years. Obviously I highly recommend him if Iā€™ve had him 7 years. He is very smart and quick with referrals. I can get an appt pretty quickly whether it be for my knee incident or after my car accident or just monthly medications. Iā€™ve never had an issue with getting my medications refilled each month on time.

Would not accept me as a new patient because of a bill that was not paid back when I was a minor 11 years ago. Horrible customer service in billing department.

Very disappointed with my last two visits at this practice. The wait times were reasonable and the nursing/lab staff were all very nice, however my doctor was very dismissive and made no attempt to listen to me or make helpful suggestions. Instead, she decided to repeat the tired advice of "lose weight" and send me on my way. It is easy to dispense that advice and put all of the burden on your patients without making any attempts to determine WHY they can't lose weight or understand other factors in their lives that are preventing them from being healthy. Traumatized, depressed people who are doing their best just to survive don't need advice on losing weight, they need to be heard and helped.

Been going there for about 30 years. They have seen my husband and I through a lot of very major issues! Will not trade our Dr (they are all great) for anything!

Oh my goodness-Iā€™ve been a patient there since they opened (my whole life). Our family doctor retired and we received the run around as we attempted to find a new doctor. The receptionists are always rude at wwfp, (kind of just assumed that is a given and was always worth it for our great doctor) but seem to be worse than ever. The first time we called in for an appointment after our dr retired, we were told we wouldnā€™t be seen until we had chosen a new doctor. We randomly chose a doctor so we could be seen. Today I called my ā€œnew doctorā€ to make an appointment for my son who has been continually sick. My new doctor wouldnā€™t see us because we are ā€œnewā€ and he needed to have a new patient appointment because (totally serious here) he doesnā€™t know us. When I brought up the fact that his refusal to see us doesnā€™t really allow him to get to know us and ā€œI do not want to wait until April for a ā€œget to know youā€appointment ā€œ (this was the option), the receptionist hung up on me. Intentionally. Itā€™s almost comical how odd it is. Receptionist #2 admitted that the practice was being really strange to existing patients whose doctors had retired and suggested I find a new practice.

Don't expect to get your meds refilled before your out & go a few days without them, if you go here. New nurse for my doctor is having a power trip taking my life in her hands. Claiming it law when I have looked up the law and know she is wrong.

My family and I have been a patient of Dr. Bliss and when he left we transferred over to Dr. Morrow. I genuinely like both physicians. My problem is with the office setting. Having to call and wait on the phone for 30 mins to an hour is just not good patient care or business. If you have plenty do them available in your day to sit on the phone to wait to schedule an appointment then this is the place for you.

Paid my bill onlineā€¦. It charged me twiceā€¦ called and was told they would refund me the second chargeā€¦ looked on my banking app againā€¦ and now Iā€™m charged againā€¦ I was charged two extra times for one bill. This is ridiculous. Iā€™m going to have to call back tomorrow since they couldnā€™t fix it the first time I called. I wonā€™t be back. The bill was 200 dollars and Iā€™ve been charged a total of 600 dollars. Ridiculous.

I just wanted to say how much I enjoy seeing Dr Scott Kardatzke and his staff. I hate going to the Doctor but they do such wonderful work day in and day out. Honest, personable, friendly and hard working. Love the great attitudes and smiles. I would recommend Dr Kardatzke and his team to anyone! Thank you so much for all you do!

This is the best physician clinic in town. All the Doctors are wonderful and listen to your concerns while treating you with the highest of care. Also, you wont have to be shipped off to another facility to get testing...they have lab, radiology, etc all right there! Don't believe these fake 1 star reviews. Unfortunately, we have a culture of entitled people who believe they are doctors and only want their physician to give them whatever they want. That's not how healthcare works, folks. Trust the medical professionals with actual degrees.

Dr. Kenneth was the worst. She treated me like just another paycheck. Didn't give me eye contact, and acted like all my concerns were stupid. She didn't treat me like a human being. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Have been with our provider for over 45 years. As the practice has evolved, so has the exemplary services. Unless a specific specialty is required, most procedures can be performed at one place.

I have been going to Dr. Dirk Smith for about 4 or 5 years now. I am very happy with West Wichita Family Physicians. I never have to wait and he always takes the time to listen to my needs. Would definitely recommend. Oh and I canā€™t forget the nursing staff. Ashley is very patient with me, even when Iā€™m being a pest. šŸ˜›

The doctor was great but the lady working the front desk of building c never actually checked me in (after asking twice) and I waited 50 minutes to go back and see the docā€¦ then she walked by several times not looking at me or saying a word to meā€¦ hey I get it people make mistakes but be professional about itā€¦

Have been going here for years, as well as my family. Could put a bad review if just for one doctor but thereā€™s many in the facilityā€¦find another. Thereā€™s other facilities that will make you pay any balance before seen, this place does not. With kidsā€¦this is a major perk specially anymore with insurance dictating your life. Dr. Smith is great. I could complain about ā€œnot much being doneā€ but 98% of that is insurance, not the dr. The other 2% is because the government deems medicine that actually works ā€œevilā€ although they can and do track it all and can see who is abusing and who isnā€™t, making us who need meds that actually work and donā€™t abuse themā€¦get them. If you want a place with doctors who can do what you need on every occasion, go to a different country or become rich.

The personnel and doctors at WWFP are top notch. Dr Jeff Reiswig is very caring, thorough, and the best. Thanks Dr Jeff for always being there for us!

Was hung up on by their business department for asking questions about insurance. Would give zero stars if I could. Really know how to treat a person trying to find help. Will not or ever recommend.

In my experience everyone that I've dealt with from the front desk to the nurses station has been friendly and very helpful. My physician Dr. Robert Gonzalez is amazing. Very caring and intelligent. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
