If I could leave 0 stars I would! This place is completely unprofessional from the Physicians to the Scheduling Department. They don’t return your calls, the kids they have answering the phones are just that, kids! No sympathy whatsoever, horrible phone etiquette and literally just try to rush you off the phone. I was called back and told I urgently needed to get more lab work done, so I did and then have to beg for my results. I’m so disgusted with this place that I’m currently looking for a new provider. Do NOT recommend!

Calling this place is a joke I’m on hold for half an hour then the call gets dropped. I’ve been trying to get a request for a tooth extraction sent to my cardiologist and between the two drs offices I’m having to make calls “can you send this?” “did you receive this?” And each office is always asking me to ask the other to send something or confirm something’s been sent it’s so frustrating Im done with both facilities.

The doctors are great, but everything else is a joke. Appointments get cancelled without you knowing. They are awful at calling out prescriptions in a timely fashion. Might have better luck elsewhere. I have been helping a friend with dental and I've had to remind them 3 times now that she has secondary insurance. Her appointment was rescheduled for the 3rd time now because of lack of timely follow through as my friend suffers in pain.

Dental department is absolutely garbage, I’ve been trying to schedule to get my cavity filled for like four months now. Every time I try to schedule it they tell me they’re all booked up and to call in a certain date, I called on that exact date no one answers ever. I try again the next day maybe two days later just for them to answer and tell me that they’re all booked up. This is happened to me like three times now, so my cavity filling keeps getting pushed back. So apparently they’re fine if their patients are walking around with cavities for four months. Their system is absolutely trash. Would not recommend.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this clinic. Maybe for small things, yeah, but if you need a referral or don't have insurance and are requiring some real care, these people are bad about it. Been waiting on a referral for over a year, and the referral was thrown out because they failed to put down my history and previous doctors (when I was insured) even though I had provided the information several times. I'm getting established with a different clinic soon, and hopefully these people have better patient advocates and actually care enough about people in need to do something about it.

The website says the have mental health but really they just give you a list of other people and send you on your way. No continued care and don't go to Comcare they gaslight you don't do actual diagnostic and try to make you get meds anyways. So far Kansas has the worst mental health care of most of the states.

Healthcore needs better customer service. The operators don't seem fully trained for the answers that other health offices are asking for. Called two days in a row to get a patient's records faxed and was told on the first call we would receive them "soon." Never received fax and called the next day (today) and was told by operator they were "working on it." Nothing came in, called again and another operator said they faxed over a release form and still nothing and was transferred to a dental assistant and was told that patient needed to fill out release paperwork, understandable but this was not told first call. Patient had to go to their office and fill out release paper work in person before his appointment and we still did not receive fax. I called back and operator (same one I spoke to first this morning) said that she "couldn't get ahold of anyone and that she and may be on lunch." Absolutely no help from them and still waiting on those records.

I had saw Amy McCue at this facility and was disrespected by her talking over me about my claim. I left my forms with her to fill out and there was a deadline. Her excuse was to request my med records and after a week later I found out no one requested for my records. My claim is now denied because she never did send in my forms to MET Life but quick to prescribe me medication I cant afford .

Getting an appointment is difficult to say the least. I've tried calling and im on hold for over half an hour. I work during the week so i cant just sit on hold forever. I tried online and it gave me the option to request an appointment but not schedule one. Currently searching for a new PCP and going to urgent care instead.

This place should be shut down. The the lady who runs the entire show ought to be fired. I literally cannot even tell you every single encounter I have at healthcore is an ordeal. Whether you are prompted to leave a message for your doctor's nurse and you sit on the phone for 15 minutes and get disconnected or if you show up for an appointment and the receptionist forgot to check you in.

I want to apologize for this review it was meant for Gracemed NOT Healthcore! I’m so sorry I am visiting Healthcore later this month hoping for a better experience! This has to be the only doctors office in town that hires uneducated people I’m talking spelling! My name is always spelled incorrectly the meds called in I don’t need nor asked for but the ones the person offered not called in hard to get ahold of have to go through a series of voice prompts plus can’t see a real doctor only PA OR NP don’t go here!!!! Go without instead!

Staff is nice but I have tried calling multiple times to get some one to talk with me about my test results. They want you to use the patient portal, but nobody can explain what the results mean, or give me my next step to getting better because I am still experiencing health issues.

I was transferred to another doctor and was told there that the doctors, etc did not do their job and give quality care. Was told that I should've had more tests done. So now I definitely can't recommend this place yo anyone.

The dental care at this clinic is good, in my limited experience of cleanings and cavity fillings. But the administrative and communication aspects are just so, so bad. I had a cleaning while pregnant and was told I needed a cavity filled, but they’d need approval from my OB first. They NEVER sent the request to my OB, and after three tries asking them to I gave up. The next time I called and asked to schedule a cleaning, they gave me a date and did not inform me that it would just be for an exam, no cleaning, since it had been 14 months since my last cleaning. I voiced my frustration about not being told while I was at the appointment, and they apologized in one breath and then did the exact same thing in the next. At the end of the exam, they said I needed a cleaning and two fillings, went over my financial/insurance information and how much I would have to pay for the fillings, and gave me a new appt date. When I arrived for that appointment, I was told it was only a cleaning appointment and I’d have to schedule ANOTHER appointment for the filling! (and soonest available was a month and a half out) I asked why and she said assistants and dentists keep separate schedules so you need separate appointments, and when I asked why they don’t just schedule both for the same day then, was given a vague “lots of people need lots of services” non-answer. Having learned my lesson, I asked her to clarify that this next appointment would be for both fillings, and was told “it depends on how much time the dentist has for you that day, it may be both or it may be just one and you’ll have to come back for the second.” For real? Frustrating policy (and maybe poor handling of a lack of resources, idk) aside, what’s really frustrating is the failure to be upfront with the patient, repeatedly.

The very worst. I have been waiting for a doctor to send a refill for my medicine for 2 days. Its still not in and its a holiday weekend so I have to wait until tuesday for my medicine. I've called a few times and have never received a call back. When my boyfriend went in for back pain, they told him nothing was wrong abd wouldn't prescribe him anything for pain. It turns out he has FIVE bulging discs in his back. I will be reporting this clinic. They clearly do not care about their patients and if they do, they sure don't show it in any form.

I'm a caretaker of an elderly man his Dr. is great. But the returned calls for the nurse can be anywhere for 2-3 after you left the message, the Pharmacy staff is rude and you drop of a prescription on Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning go to pick it up and they still don't have it ready act alike they knew nothing about it and the referral department doesn't read the chart so when the doctor says for them to go to a certain place they send them to a completely different place. Your company needs to have review by department or by staff title because they would get no star's

Been going to healthcore for about 2 years now the most horrible experience I've ever experienced going to a doctor's office. Every interaction I have with healthcore it's a major ordeal not in a good way the first initial time I called up there to make my first appointment I was disconnected twice when I actually showed up for the first appointment I go up to the front desk talk to the lady let her know I was there set down and was there for two hours because the lady never checked me in I've been in there several times since and every single time it is a bad experience I know the saying you get what you pay for that's definitely true in health course situation I guess they figure since they're helping people out that they can't read them and do anything they want I'm calling a news station if I don't get a response from this Loveland

Drs are amazing aka dr Warren and the nurses. But the dentist office is a JOKE. I have rescheduled 1x. They have 2x-3x. [ twice in 1 day ]. They KNEW (I've said it every time and it was notated in my chart- I want NOS, due to anxiety and pain). They canceled last time bx "nobody could give it". This is the MOST disorganized "dental office", I've come across. I was a dental assistant but not for this place. I won't/don't recommend them to anyone. Look at the other reviews. It's abundantly clear they are not professional.

They help with medications. Classes with benefits. Food closet. Dentist(wait list) pharmacy who refills your meds monthly so you don’t have to. Also has programs to help with diabetes. That’s just what I know of. There is so much more. Low income. They even have several different language interpreters onsite.

During a time when I have limited funds they have been very helpful in getting my copay reduced to $25 per visit. They have helped me pay for my meds a couple times. And my Dr. Amy McCue treats me like a person and discusses my options for treatment with me, taking my opinion into account when the final decision is made for treatment. Best clinic ever.

My only complaint is they never call you back. You can call and leave a voice message and they will never call you back. If you have to call for an appointment or a follow up. They don’t answer the phone. You physically need to go to the facility to make your appointments. My only experience has been with the dental department. I have voiced my concerns with them directly but the issues are still there.

They were very prompt at diagnosis and treatment of everything. The staff are all very polite and helpful. They took the time to explain everything to me and my husband. It was nice to be treated like a person and not just hurried through.

Health Core has alot to do with my better health today. I can't Thank the doctors and staff members enough for caring for me during my time of need. The Health Core staff members, have always been helpful and very accommodating. I will recommend Health Core to anyone who doesn't already have a PCP (private care provider), to give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

I never been question over anything the nurse acts like she the doctor to be honest I changing clinics. Its Nobody concern how long I haven't seen a doctor or where I get my medicine at all. If I was vacation or visiting to see another doctor for 6 months. I don't need to report my status to anybody very unprofessional matter. I do not recommend as a clinic. My test was done at healthcore 2 months before and the doctor thinks I haven't been there a year. Gladly don't need nurses to be rude. I happy to go elsewhere

Poor customer care. Was sent for a nerve test for pain in wrists and arms and numbness in fingers and here it is over a month later with no results. Have called several times and still nothing. Now dr is on vacation. So now I'm suppose to wait longer while I'm still in pain this whole time.

The dental office never answers the phone, the guy that’s in the front desk always comes out of a back room smelling like w33d very unprofessional to be doing that during work hours specially with patients there; the whole top floor reeks with the smell of w33d.

Their website says they take walk-ins for dental emergencies at 7:30. I was there at 7:15 and waited around till 7:45 in my car just to be told the emergency dentist is off till Friday…. It’s an emergency, I have an infection and need immediate care. What sense does it make to only have one emergency dentist?

I went here as it was close and was covered by my insurance. The female blonde nurse practitioner refused to give me adderall without drug testing me. Okay. When I passed both a hair and pee test, she still refused as she “knew black people sold pills.” She also refused to fill my anti-anxiety meds and advised me to take Benadryl instead. My current doctor was horrified.

👍👍 Dr. Pierson and Gaby were fantastic. My husband was having tooth pain on a Friday evening. We called that Saturday morning, and they got us in immediately.
