Took our dog who was abused as a puppy and needs sedation to be groomed, first is was $135, $80 of was sedation, when i took him to a different vet the total bill was $80. The haircut looks horrible, very uneven like they just did a quick job, even though we dropped him off at 7:30am and he wasn't ready until 3pm. In this case, you don't get what you pay for.

First and foremost, I want to say that the only reason I brought my cat into this Clinic is because Soloman (where I normally go) was booked and my cat had a significant limp. The vet technicians were great at the Animal Clinic… However, the vet was not thorough with his examination. The final diagnosis for my cat’s limp was that he got bit and had an infection in his leg back in April. About a month later, I took him back to the Clinic because he was still limping and the vet told me in a very condescending way that nothing was wrong with my cat. Recently I took my cat to Soloman to get a second opinion and within 5 minutes the vet was able to tell me that my cat has a damaged ligament in the same leg that had the infection as well as an issue with his hip… I am extremely upset with this vet! I don’t understand how a vet can see an animal on three separate occasions and still not notice that my cat is seriously injured! Despite curing my cat’s infection, this vet seems very superficial in his practice. I would recommend seeing another vet if your animal is seriously injured.

I have a friend who uses these people for her pitbull who is 4 1/2 years old who has seizures takes phenobarbital and they charge for the prescription (which from this clinic) is $80 while at Walgreens or Walmart you can get the prescription for $23 however this clinic says my friend has to pay $51 for an office visit to be able to get the seizure pills for $23. Now if you take $23 + $51= 74 and you add gas to that she's out nearly $100 she doesn't have that kind of money to fork out. My friend really thought they should help families get the medications they need for their pets not charge expensive amounts especially for a pet owner who loves her dog. You'd think their be a program or something to help those who are not able to pay straight up for all the fees that some others can pay without a second thought this really broke my heart to hear from my friend.

Today my Koda Bear crossed over the 🌈🐾. The care I received from Dr. Christinat and his staff is unmatched. From the moment I opened the door to the time I left, I encountered caring receptionists, techs, Doctor…I could go on and on. I have never heard of anyone being placed in a special room while a fur baby was being told their final goodbyes. I was so impressed by the special care that was given to my beautiful baby boy and the small details of the small room provided for this very personal and emotional event. I will never take my pets anywhere else. I know here that my dogs will be an absolute priority. Special thanks to Chelsea French for lending a shoulder and just being there. I appreciate this place so much. I would recommend to everyone I know who has a fur baby of their own.

I have been coming here for a few years now, and I love it here. The staff are very kind and helpful, and the doctor saved my youngest dog's life 3 years ago. She became gravely ill on a Sunday, and brought her in immediately the next day and Dr. Dotson and his staff got her the help she needed right away with testing, fluids, and the works. Recovery took some time, but she is here with us today because of the care she received. She is happy and healthy and loves coming to visit the Animal Clinic!

This is the only Vet I trust to take my dogs! Great service and great doctors! I have had nothing but good to say about this clinic. Very compassionate and friendly.

Day before the 4th of July and 430 in the afternoon, and they welcomed me and my kitten, who turned out to have a 106 temp. Super kind, sweet and caring. I got a follow up call within the day, another for checkup appt and they always greeted us by name. This clinic is far from close to my home. But well worth the trip. My baby's new vet. Thank you so much for being so considerate. Like a second family.

I have been taking my dog Heidi here for about a year. She is always very well taken care of, and always has a smile on her face when we enter the clinic. The receptionists are kind, caring, and fast-paced. The vet tech, Corne, does amazing on grooms. The doctor cares a lot, not only about the animals that come into the clinic, but the people as well. Dr. Dotson is willing to work with your budget while still giving the best care to your critters! I 100% recommend this place to bring your animals. +They provide boarding and doggie day care!

I have been taking my dog, Diesel, here for a few months now. I was new to the area and they really made me feel welcome, especially the Vet Tech, Corne! He understood my dog was a little timid and took it slow with him to make sure he felt comfortable. Dr. Dotson is great with explaining treatments that are needed and answers any questions I have without hesitation! He's an amazing doctor with a clinic that offers grooming, doggie daycare, AND boarding. I definitely recommend bringing your small animal here; I guarantee they will be treated like family!

I have had several dogs over the course of my life. They all have gone to the Animal Clinic. I have always been satisfied with the excellent care of my pets, from annual vaccines to surgeries. Dr. Dotson is very kind to me and my dogs. He makes sure I understand is going on with my dogs when they have a problem. When I go out of town I don't have to worry about my dogs they take very good care of them in boarding. They also love Doggie daycare.
