For as many people are in and out the door, they do a great job remembering about the people that they serve. Staff is polite and the service is quick. Today they had five people checking in patients, quick quick, quick. They have a covered driveway by the front door for those who are less comfortable with the short walk from the close parking area. The center is currently a facemask OPTIONAL area. I know Google still asks so thought I might post that one here. Would I choose to go here again. Yes ,they seem to do what that do very well.

Dr Dylan Morris and his team from Check in, to x-ray, nursing to the doctor himself. Make you feel like you are the only patient they have. They are thorough, compassionate, generous with their time, and simply delightful to work with. Dr Morris is an amazing compassionate, down to earth individual. He listens intently and is genuine in his practice. His “bedside manner” is spot on. I highly recommend him and his team.

The building is beautiful and the people from the receptionist to the nurse, to the Doctor were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Messamore told me everything I need to know and answered every question I had. Then, he left it up to me as to where we need to go from here. I appreciate a doctor that talks to me and not DOWN to me. Dr. Messamore impressed me and I feel confident in his ability to fix my shoulder. Since I posted the above comments, I have had the surgery and returned for a 2 wk & 6 wk checkup. I'm exceptionally pleased with Dr. Messamore.

Dr. Chan and his PA are top notch, the whole office staff is amazing. The care I received from Dr. Chan and his PA were excellent and I will return again if the need ever arises.

I was greeted on a positive way, given a few forms to fill out, and told to have a seat in the comfortable, spacious waiting area. The wait was not long, and I was called and led to another waiting area before going to get X-rays after which I met with Dr. Chan. He clearly explained my problem and what could be done about it.

I had reached out to my doctor who hadn’t heard from them after waiting a week, so I reached out about the referral. The first person I spoke with put me on a long hold & then hung up. I called back for them to tell me that they all refused the service & to call my referring office because they had sent the information to them. They didn’t send them any information so they had to call them & they simply said “they are not taking new patients” and hung up. Only somewhat okay with leaving 1 star because I didn’t visit the facility but it’s a no for me just from the customer service.

Dr. Enns is wonderful. He is always willing to take the time to answer questions for my mom and is always very, very nice and pleasant. We will always choose him and the practice if we need them in the future.

Dr. Hollenbeck and Brandi have both been excellent with our son. Great bedside manner, they take time to thoroughly explain and answer all questions and always make us feel comfortable. We are very thankful that we were referred to them!

Dr. Howell has taken care of on three separate occasions. Two were foot surgery and the last one was a foot and ankle injury. I have had very good care and would highly recommend him. My care was great and the staff is incredible. From the front desk all the way back! I truly appreciate all of them!

My Orthopedic doctor, Dr. Enns, office is located here. I started seeing him because of pain/arthritis in both of my knees from prior surgeries/injuries. He was upfront about what my options were and I decided to go with the total knee replacement surgery for both knees. Dr. Enns answered all my questions, eased any concerns I had. Both surgeries went smooth. I am very grateful for Dr. Enns and kansas Orthopedic Center. Dr. Enns and his team were always helpful, they called me back whenever I called and left a message, they were quick to call/send in my prescription refills to my pharmacy. Recommend 1000%

Dr. William Messamore was a great surgeon in all areas for my reverse ball and socket shoulder surgery! I just had my yearly checkup and I feel I am 💯 %. No pain anymore. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Howell took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the details for my foot. He treated me like a person and not a number and actually cared. All the staff were nice and well organized. I highly recommend!!

I enjoyed talking with him. He did a very great job explaining exactly what my options were and what the possibilities of the end results. Even though I was the parent that brings the only paycheck home. He sympathized with me and explained that if I over do it right after my procedure it could end worse but understood. He put everything in terms I could understand. He was very kind. Today was my surgery date 12/12/22 Everyone was was kind and friendly. I loved the bedside manner they had. Treated me like family. I enjoyed the professionalism and positive vibes they had. Definitely will recommend them to anyone.

They're constantly dropping the ball for patient care here. Sure the staff is nice, but they are forgetful and don't care. Never see the doctor only his P.A. They're the ones that place the orders for imaging but push the blame for 'not having order' for my daughter to be x-rayed in her brace to the place that made the brace. Asked for a disk of the x-rays that were taken and it was blank. If you were referred here I advise asking for a different office and doctor. They couldn't care less if you left or move on to another clinic so you might as well not even bother becoming a patient in the first place.

I was here 15 minutes before my appointment at their request. I sat in the waiting room for my 8:30 appointment until 9. A woman then took me to another waiting room for an X-ray. I had never been to this office before and was not examined. What kind of doctor orders tests for a patient he has never laid eyes on? I was going to ask but I sat in that waiting room for another 15 minutes before I could no longer wait. I'd be late to my next appointment. I drove from Manhattan for this appointment. Two hours to not be seen by anyone. Took them another 15 minutes to even notice I'd left. I get being behind, although I can't imagine how you get that far behind at 8:30, but to not say anything to the people waiting is terribly rude. I watched everyone in the waiting room get called back twice over so I doubt they were behind for anyone else.

Super friendly staff, ladies at the front desk helped fill out the paperwork making it so easy to check in my first visit. Dr. Enns knows his stuff and explained everything that was going on and what to expect after my surgery. if you have a need for any orthopedic medical issues this is definitely the place you should go.

Dr. Ericksen did my back surgery. We were able to get a consult the very next day after we called his office. In the consult he was not pushy, laid out options, answered all my questions before I ever had to decide to go with surgery. He was extremely patient with me. Surgery was scheduled for only 6 weeks out. I’m extremely pleased with how smoothly everything went. I am now 1 month into recovery, and everything is looking good. Dr. Ericksen has great bedside manner, is very skilled. His staff has been supportive and sensitive to my concerns and questions. Totally and highly recommend him to anyone with back issues.

Worst medical experience I've ever had It was my daughter’s appointment today, and when we arrived, we discovered that the doctor was not present, and no one called us, and they could not find a doctor for my daughter to remove the cast, which she accompanied for a whole month. They did not give us a date soon, but it was postponed for more than a week.

I really like the Dr but today was not good, as we waited over an hour in the room for him. I loved the x-ray tech. Usually I get right in for everything but it wasn't good today, my appt was 3 and we walked out at 5:05

The place is awesome! Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor were great. Very kind, courteous and professional. Would recommend this place and Dr. Howell for all of your foot, ankle, heel, etc... needs!!

Great appointment. It was my 1st time meeting Dr. Enns. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and spent a good amount of time in discussion with me. I’m very glad he’s going to be doing my surgery.

Dr Howell and his team have provided exceptional care. Before, during and after the procedures I have had. I would and have recommended them their team to others.
