This practice is more interested in collecting as much money as possible 'upfront' without any supporting billing and from an insured patient than it is in providing medical services. The last straw was demanding another $3.90 'upfront' for a blood test that the Doctor ordered. I will transfer to another practice rather than deal with this nonsense. Having to wait an hour for the Doctor didn't help matters either. Extremely disappointed in this medical practice.

Their conversation to their new patient info system is apparently is being done on the fly. No one could have actually planned the chaos by simply checking in created. I attempted to update my information prior to my appointment site would not allow it. I waited in the “ patient privacy “ line for about 20 min. Got to the desk the was giving a tablet to fill out and confirm my info. Oh did I mention I was about 30 min early for my appointment so I could fill out forms if I needed to. It’s now 9:28 am. I’m still waiting to be called back for my 8:20 lab appointment. Plan on spending at least 1-2 Hours for your appointment until their patient info system is actually working. GOOD LUCK.

I’ve had a horrible experience. I’ve had to reschedule my appointment twice (which were months out) because they failed to tell me about the incredibly high deposit they require (they charge independently that insurance doesn’t even get billed for) and because they failed to tell me about a test that needed to be done prior to seeing doctor. These things should be told when scheduling not the day of the appointment. who is running this place??

Staff has no intention of ever returning phone call. They would rather you schedule an appointment, so you can pay them to relay simple information.

The most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever been to. From the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors. I could write a whole book of what has gone wrong but just save your time and money and go somewhere else if you can.

I was referred to this office by an Urgent Care Dr because I get frequent UTI's (about once a month). When I got there I was informed that I had to pay $220 for the consultation. I was surprised by that because I have insurance and was only expecting to pay my copay. They told me that someone should have called to tell me and apologized that no one informed me. I paid it just hoping that I would leave with some answers and a treatment plan. Instead when I met with Dr. Jensen he told me he wanted to do a pelvic exam. During the pelvic exam he pointed out that my pelvic floor was inflamed and although that wouldn't cause frequent UTI's that I can go to physical therapy to work on getting it fixed. He then informed me that since I haven't demanded that my PCP get a culture every time I had a UTI that he wasn't convinced I had frequent UTI's based on the UA alone. He told me to drink more water and that when I get my next UTI to come back and they will do a culture. If the culture comes back with bacteria growth only then will he start me on a low dose of antibiotics to prevent the UTI's. It really seemed like he was calling me a liar about having frequent UTI's. I was so upset I just started crying and left without checking out. I will not be returning to their office with my next UTI and instead will be talking with my PCP about coming up with a treatment plan.

The billing department is so unprofessional we've paid upto 4000 dollars there and now they're asking for 2010 more for lab work and other stuff

I go to the Legacy Location and they are absolutely the best team! Such great service from the moment you walk in the door. The receptionist is so friendly and very patient with my questions. Then the nurse that kind of does a little intake with you remembers the littlest details from my last visit. They made me feel like I was one of their friends they had invited over. Then I met my new NP and she was just simply amazing. I almost didn't remember what I was there for. I see a lot of Doctors and visit a lot of waiting rooms and I have to say todays visit was one of the best. The billing department didn't even disappoint, they were super friendly and helpful as well. Thanks to all the ladies today for making a not so fun reason to be there a little bit more enjoyable. If I could have gave you more then five stars I would not have hesitated!

Avoid Dr Jensen like your life depends on it. Unless you want to be operated on without the benefit of anesthesia! This psychopath shot me up with anesthesia then immediately began slicing, clamping, cutting, burning, sewing during my vasectomy Oct 2022. There was absolutely no waiting period after the shot. He seemed giddy while I writhed in agony on my ankles and elbows in excruciating PAIN!!!! Worst and most traumatic medical procedure I have ever experienced. I was literally traumatized for weeks after this procedure. I'm still really upset about it today.

The girls up front are extremely rude somehow they have managed to lose my test results from my doctor that referred me, twice!! You have to wait for the doctor way too long and they make you pay all kinds of deposits just to see the doctor even with insurance.

Dr. Zakharia was exceptional doctor! He took amazing care of my dad. My dad went in to have a pocket removed off his bladder and while in surgery his heart stopped. He got my dad through surgery and has made sure we have had great follow up care with a cardiologist as well. He is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor! Thank you so much for all you have done for us!!

Had a visit here, and at the end of the visit a cystoscopy was scheduled for two weeks out. Three days before the procedure, the Dr's nurse called and told me the appointment had been moved to the surgi-center. Cystoscopy's are commonly performed in the office in under 15 minutes. The procedure can be done in a surgi-center or even hospital, if the patient has contributing factors requiring the extra care of a surgi-center or hospital. I was also told I needed to contact billing to give them my bank account information. They tried to move my procedure from the office to the surgi-center to charge me more money, to help pay for their new surgi-center. They also wanted my bank acount information so they could make sure they got paid, whatever price they billed me. Moving my procedure from the office to the surgi-center is fraud, since it wasn't medically necessary. I cancelled my appointment, and i recommend caution to anyone visiting here.

This is specifically for Dr. Z. Terrible experience. He ignored everything I said and just told me I need to stop drinking so much water. I do not recommend Dr. Z.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jensen. He has done a remarkable job with my procedures and really seems to care and is a very nice person. Thank you Dr Jensen

I have no issues with Dr Davis. His team, however, is rude, condensing,and treat a grown adult as a child. And when I spome to management and agreed to see anyone not associated with his team, who do I get scheduled with? His PA!. I left w/o making a follow up appt because I had no intention of returning. So they took it upon themselves to schedule one for me w/o consulting me first. The most important thing I ask for in a practice is good communication something this practice has a problem with.

Dr. Patrick A. Houghton MD at Wichita Urology is a great friendly kind awesomely good doctor. He explained the problem and procedure to me before surgery. He reviewed and discussed findings and follow ups with me. He was very compassionate and attentive to his patients. I had told all my friends, workplaces and family about Dr. Patrick Houghton. Wichita Urology is the best place to go for treatments. Thank you Wesley Woodlawn Hospital and Wesley Hospital for referring him. I am very pleased of the overall experience and procedure

My experience was fantastic! Staff was nice and helpful, the place was practically new very clean. Dr Joudi was awesome, very knowledgeable and to the point. My vasectomy was fast and literally painless! And my recovery has been very easy. I was nervous for absolutely nothing. I will recommend him to everyone!

It's all about the Benjamins in that place. Can't even get a price for a surgery that I am paying for out of pocket without first scheduling the surgery. Maybe I would like to know how much its going to cost me before scheduling it. Do you order dinner at a restaurant and have no clue what its going to cost you until after? Also you can't just call and schedule things there like a normal clinic, nope you have to try to hunt down a hard to reach nurse who allows you the privilege of scheduling an appointment. So I went out of state where I could schedule online or by calling their front desk and got prices of surgery before being put on the calendar for it. What a novel idea! And of course, they had 4.6 and not 2.9 on their Google Reviews

Five stars for Dr. Houghton! He is personable, easy to understand, stays to answer all your questions. He made us feel comfortable at what could have been an awkward appointment. You will like him!

Dr. Houghton was very kind, thorough and easy to talk to. He took time to listen to my husband's concerns and was very detailed when explaining the follow up plan. From the front desk receptionist to the check out this was a very good experience at a medical clinic. I highly recommend this Dr. and clinic.

Dr Houghton is Awesome and made having surgery to remove a huge kidney stone as easy as possible. The staff is friendly and prompt. The on-call staff that I needed over the weekend called me back immediately and attended to my needs with care and efficiency. This is my 2nd surgery I've had with this group after going the er with kidney stones and I couldn't have asked for better Dr's and support staff!

Wichita Urology has truly been amazing to me! All around 5 stars! Dr Byrd is the best by far! Very professional and highly recommended surgeon! If you need a procedure done, he is the guy you want doing it!! Everyone in the office, truly incredible and professional as well, I can’t say enough about my experience!! I will forever be grateful!
