I
had
a
puppy
that
passed
away,
no
fault
of
the
clinic,
she
passed
on
the
way
there.
However,
this
clinic
who
took
her
body
dropped
the
ball
in
a
big
way.
I
was
told
they
had
gotten
a
clipping
of
her
fur
and
had
made
a
paw
print
for
me
to
pick
up
when
I
was
ready.
The
day
I
decided
I
was
ready
I
called
beforehand
to
let
them
know
I
would
be
coming
by
to
pick
up
those
items,
I
was
assured
they
were
ready
and
to
give
them
a
call
when
I
arrived.
I
arrived
shortly
after
5:00,
called
them
to
let
them
know
I
was
outside
to
pick
up
my
puppies
fur
and
print.
I
sat
in
the
parking
lot
for
an
hour,
no
one
had
come
out
or
called
me.
I
called
them
back
30
minutes
into
my
wait
and
was
told
they
were
looking
for
the
items
and
someone
would
call
me
back
shortly,
another
30
minutes
goes
by
and
nothing,
I
was
able
to
catch
a
tech
who
was
outside
and
I
approached
her,
only
to
be
told
they
didn't
have
the
items,
that
there
was
a
mistake
and
she
left
it
at
that....no
apology
or
anything.
So
I
left
empty
handed
after
an
hour.
I
ended
up
getting
in
contact
with
Tori,
a
higher
up
manager,
shortly
after
who
told
me
there
had
been
a
mix
up
and
she
would
try
to
figure
something
out,
she
said
she'd
call
me
back
and
that
was
the
last
time
I
heard
from
her.
My
puppy
had
already
been
sent
to
K
State
to
have
a
necropsy
performed,
I
sent
her
after
I
was
told
this
clinic
had
already
gotten
the
fur
clipping
and
the
paw
print.
I
eventually
hear
from
Diana
several
days
later
who
is
trying
to
do
what
she
can
to
rectify
the
situation.
I
didn't
hear
back
from
anyone
for
a
week
and
had
to
call
back
to
find
out
anything....
I
spoke
to
Diana
again
and
was
informed
by
the
time
she
was
able
to
get
a
hold
of
the
appropriate
people
at
K
State,
my
puppy
had
already
been
cremated.
Diana
told
me
Tori
was
going
to
reach
out
to
me
sometime
after
Diana
and
I
had
first
spoke,
but
Tori
did
not.
I
don't
understand
how
a
mix
up
like
this
can
happen
and
close
to
no
compassion
or
personal
responsibility
is
shown.
I
believe
Diana
did
her
best
and
I
appreciate
that,
however
the
entire
experience
has
been
horrible.
It
was
hard
enough
to
lose
my
11
week
old
puppy
so
suddenly,
but
this
place
made
it
so
much
harder
by
telling
me
they
had
completed
these
items
when
they
in
fact
didn't,
the
serious
lack
of
communication
from
higher
up
management
and
the
close
to
no
compassion
shown
during
such
a
heartbreaking
time.
My
puppy
deserved
better
than
to
be
someone's
mix
up
and
I
deserved
better
than
to
be
left
hanging
during
this
process.
Tori
should
be
ashamed,
as
should
the
tech
who
I
approached
after
waiting
an
hour
in
the
parking
lot.
I
certainly
hope
you
treat
the
next
puppy
and
owner
better
than
you
did
us.
