It's an ALL FOR PROFIT.............ALL FOR PROFIT..........ALL FOR PROFIT. This place has a director with no degrees and running this clinic. He screams at clients and employees in front of other people. And he only has that job because he is married to the nurse practitioner. They let the good counselors go that truly enjoy their clients and helping people and keep the copy and paste counselors. It's sad.

I know a couple people that went on this program despite my warnings and now they're full blown dopers & not just with methadone. They start them out with a low dose, 30mg, then reward them with more dope when they behave well. In no time flat they'll be taking 120mg a day. If they handle taking 30mg well then why give them more? I know. It's too keep them addicted. It's much easier to withdrawal from 30mg then 120mg. They have a reward system as well as a punishment one. Doing good keeps the dope flowing while doing bad gets days without them giving you your meds, just like long enough to get them to feel sick then they get their dope (methadone). Counseling is a joke. I'd like to see statistics on failures & successes. Staff is not allowed to discuss anything with anyone so there's no checks & balances. There's no way to know if the patient has been honest or how we can find out how the program is helping them or allowing family or friends to help. The drug addict is basically put in a protective bubble & staff if their dealer. Methadone was created by Adolf Hitler. It's a great way to control the masses. My advice is to stop being weak by letting this happen in the first place. Take control of yourself. You are the only person that can.

Whoever the short guy is with dark hair, weird body shape, piercings in face, and terrible quality tattoos needs to be fired. Rude to the patients, like he's upset about wasting his breathe on them, and then instead of helping he tells them to find a counselor. He's not sympathetic or empathetic with any of the patients at all. Multiple people have said that he talks about other patients problems openly for anyone to hear. He has NO regard to the confidentiality of others unless he benefits. People trying to recover don't need that kind of negativity. If he did not work there, this review would be 5 stars because everyone is very nice and helpful.

This place seems cool at first but everyone left wtc and came there. Plus they are coming up with all these new bs rules I’m leaving soon so one more space open. Relieve since it’s always packed.

Better since wifey switched counselors. Last one Vinessa lady smell like alcohol talking about boyfreinds in session and asking for money. Good job they let her go.

Yes. The process slowed down, but it feels safe to dose daily without risking the chance of spreading the virus. Not much that could have been done, but the staff is making the best of it by helping where they can and being extremely friendly.

I received a call back at 5:30 am I have called about 10 time choose 5 cause I'm a patient no answer chose 4 as medical provider no answer chose 3 new patient nope no answer I started calling at 1:48 PM they set us up for failure. You have to be very determined and strong to deal with the turn over and disrespect. Used to be great. They cared.. now not so much. I'm only making it because I'm a very tough person with an amazing support system. Good luck. Be safe.

Ive been to a couple treatment centers metro is the best hands down great staff great nurses at the window the only thing I'd change is the dosing windows id add one more .i think they probably might of already did that if they had the room

The people at the front desk are SUPERB, always a pleasure going to the clinic, the people there they all really do care! The counselors are Awesome too! Would not go anywhere else!

Positive staff kind and friendly! They treat you like YOU, not just a physical# or just a random someone trying to get clean. The staff at Metro treatment center is a staff tht cares for you and looks you in the 👀! Very personable!!!

Good people, most of the time I'm in & out. There's not usually a long long wait, but sometimes it can be but that rare. They work hard to get you in & out. Prices are a tad bit high, but I guess that's how they stay in business.

This is the 2nd clinic I ever went to. Been there since 2015. I've had issues there BUT it was issues I created. Very fair when it comes to things where opinions would differ. I did go thru 3 councilors before Darcy came along and she was my drug counselor years ago and she's rocks! Good place to go, I'd definitely recommend Metro. No judgement and are never condescending. Only issues you'll have are ones you create. I know, I've created a few and because they're so compassionate and understanding fortunately I wasn't removed by the director. Good people, good clinic!!! And they NEVER withhold your medication. I've had dirty uas for benzos and worst case scenario was they dropped me to 80mgs. If you come in and look like your under the severe influence of a drug that could interact with methadone and kill you or even just harm you they then will refuse to dose you but as far as them doing it just because they can, that is not true!
