I was excited to use this clinic for boarding my dog while I was away this week. It was close, had good reviews, and I knew they had experience with her breed. When making her boarding reservations I was told I could pick her up on Saturday. Half way through the week I was called and told that they would be closed Saturday. Gloria the girl who called me then nicely suggested she could still come in to discharge my dog to me on Saturday. I don’t even let her pick the time most convenient to her since I knew I would be getting in, in the middle of the night but had nothing to do Saturday. When I got there to pick up my dog she was very rude. There was an issue with the card system denying my card when she ran it. I told her I knew the money was there but offered to go get cash. She ran it again and still didn’t go through. When I offered again to go get cash she stated she didn’t want to be there that long because it was her only Saturday off in two months. (Which I understand but I had made arrangements to pick up my dog on Saturday when the reservation was set) She then suggests she can run it manually and stated she just didn’t want to because it takes longer to process sometimes. It went through and she got me my dog. Which is the real reason for the one star. She came to me with feces covering her feet, up her leg, and on her back. I am understanding to the fact they might not be let out as much as at home but handing them back to their owner covered in their waste is rude and disrespectful. Very disappointed overall. Between the poop covered dog and Gloria’s rude service I will not be using this clinic again.

Dr. Greg is the best! My dog was diagnosed with IVDD and Dr. Greg has been working to get him walking again. He is gentle with my dog and knows exactly what he needs. The staff are so friendly and make you feel right at home. I don’t ever feel like I’m being rush to get out the door. I am so appreciative of what they have done so far. Bigsbee and I are happy we found such a great place!

Dr Greg is very thorough when explaining what my 2 shihtzu's, Bentley and Chrissy need. This is a GREAT place to take your pets 😀

Dr. Greg and his staff are fantastic! They immediately helped us when we walked in and got the test started. We took our dog in because we suspected she had a UTI. We felt heard by Dr. Greg. Definitely recommend his clinic if you are in the market!

Was great for years! Then received awful/belittling treatment by the Dr himself. Very unhappy. ** UPDATE: I called to get my dogs vet records, Laurie refused, yelled and hung up on me & will not release my dogs vet records to the new Vet. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I would never recommend this facility to any dog owner. Used them twice for “doggy daycare” and both times were horrible. The first time picking up our shepherd he was DRENCHED in pee and the vet tried to tell me it was water, very much wasn’t. I called to follow up after the weekend had passed to ask why he wasn’t cleaned before we had picked him up from his stay and we were told he should have been and the gal apologized. The second time we were going to board I called and voiced my concern and made sure if “he had an accident” he would be taken care of. The gal reassured me and we left our shepherd there. Our 2 year old shepherd is potty trained- so for him to have any accident to begin with especially in a kennel is very odd. We arrived to pick up our shepherd and again, our pup was covered in pee, again. He was running into me covering my legs in urine from his body. The vet again told me it was water and I quickly said no, not a chance. He grabbed me a towel and sure enough it was yellow everywhere. I was floored. Our pup had been there for 4-5 days the second time. The vet was quick to be defensive after asking why they would leave a dog like this. He said they don’t have time to be letting them out and checking on them. The dogs sit in a kennel ALL DAY. Yes ALL DAY. There’s no doggy day camp where you think your dog is out and about playing while you are at work or vacation. They put them in a kennel and let them out when “they can”. I called the Monday following the weekend concerned and asked the nurse to please file a complaint and as this was the second time I don’t feel like we should have to pay for the care our dog received. The Doctor called me back LIVID not allowing one word to be spoken without belittling my dog or myself. Luckily I expected no less after reading prior complaints very similar to mine. Take your animals to an actual boarding facility or day care where your pup can run and play. Not sit in a kennel while you enjoy a vacation.

My cat needed immediate medical care but I couldn’t find a place that could get me in right away. Every place I called didn’t have enough veterinarians (even the emergency vet clinic didn’t have a single veterinarian). I called them and they told me to start driving to them and to park up front. Within a minute of pulling into the parking lot, I had my cat in a room and she was seen shortly after that. They were very gentle with her and showed care. They’re now my new vet.

we took our 8 weeks puppy for his initial visit. Dr. Greg is amazing he gave us a lot of information on what to expect as Our puppy Teddy is growing up. He answer all of our questions and concerns. He took excellent care of Teddy. I will recommend Dr. Greg and his staff. I know my puppy is in great hands. thank you for taking care of Teddy.

I've been bringing my pup here for more than a year now for all of her care and their amazing doggy daycare! She is treated so well and loved by all of the staff. I enjoy the piece of mind knowing she's happy and cared for all day while I'm at work. Their groomer is also top notch 👌🏼 👏🏼 I'm a happy dog-mom!!

This Veterinarian and all of his staff are always conscientious, and safe when handling my pet. I trust them 100% with the care and safety of my pet..Dr. Reichenberger and staff are extremely knowledgeable, experienced and skilled in their field and are also very down to earth, friendly and caring when dealing with pets and their owners.🐾

We went for a more urgent visit due to a detached claw for our 7 year old dog. They happened to have an opening and we took her in for it to be looked at and removed. They were quick, precise, and knowledge. They didn't up sale you and were very friendly. We are considering changing to taking our pups here regularly.

Dr. Greg always takes such great care of my little terrier mix, Kiwi. He and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great place to go if you are in need of animal care.

I started looking for vets last year that could help me with my long haired cat grooming. I used to go to Pet Haven but the grooming side closed. Ladies retired.. so I came across Wichita Pet Clinic by a whim. I took my cat in to get groomed. She was in Pet Haven months earlier and told my Cat had ear infection in both ears. Gave me drops! Giving a cat ear drops twice a day! My cat was not Happy! So we waited. When we took our Nadia in just for groom and shampoo, the Dr found a tumor in Both ears! Also my cat had ear mites so bad she even had ear ite eggs in both ears! Thanks So Much for Dr! He saved my Sweet Nadia! I'm dumping Pet Haven for misdiagnosing my cat! I have a new Clinic Now!

Dr. Greg and his team are wonderful! We utilize the daycare services, veterinary care, and grooming services and have always felt like our pets are getting exemplary care! Gucci and Bentley highly recommend West Wichita Pet Clinic!

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt when several times after dropping my dog off, he was sick within 24 hours afterwards. The doctor always had a rational for why he got sick. However, I never had this experience elsewhere. This last time I was in a bind so I thought I would give it another try. I dropped my healthy Golden Retriever off and when I picked him up three days later, he had a horrendous rash. There is something NOT OK with this place. My Golden Retriever and I won't be back. Beware!

Dr Greg was great today with my pets and it was a pleasure to go see them. Will be going back!!

Dr Greg has been caring for our pets for 24 years. He is very thorough and compassionate. His staff are always friendly and helpful.

We have had issues with skin irritation on our cat. We have tried several things recommended by Dr Greg. He was able to find the source of the irritation on the last visit and was very excited to find it. He shared his excitement with us and explained the issues. He showed us the issues and was able to order the proper medicine for our cat. It has helped the cat a lot, and life is returning to normal of the cat and us. We thank Dr Greg for researching for a solution and being able to help us out. I don't think you could ask more from your Veterinarian. We are very happy with the experiences from Dr. Greg and his staff.
