Dr. Parsons and the Heartland team are super friendly and helpful. Both of the dogs were comfortable with them. Plus I received a followup email outlining all the details of each dogs exam. Great service and care!

Staff is always so friendly when we go there. Whether we are just getting meds, have an appointment, or just trying to socialize my dogs. I have a people and dog reactive dog and they are so good with him and giving him his space and allowing him to warm up to them. The clinic is always very clean, we have fast visits, and staff always sits to answer any questions we may have. Highly recommend!

So far I’m super impressed with this clinic. I work three days a week out of town and my dog developed super irritated and itchy paws. I was able to send in pictures and get a call from the veterinarian shortly after. This place is very organized and on top of their game.

Best vet I have been too! Always able to get us in when we have a concern about our Dane. Staff was very knowledgeable about the different fle and tic treatments. They have also encouraged us to bring the dogs in even if we dont have an appointment so that they wont be afraid of going to the vet for check ups.

I've been trying to find a vet I liked for my 2 cats since I moved to the area about 18 months ago. I like this one so far; prices are similar to the 2 previous vets, it was easy to get appointments scheduled and everyone seems pretty nice. I saw Dr Schroeder; she took the time to understand my cat's condition, make sure my concerns were addressed, gave some advice on how to help my cat loose weight (a secondary concern), and help me feel comfortable bringing my cats back. The tech worked well with my cat, tho I could tell she was more used to dogs.

They have been our vet for many years for several pets and have always provided great service. We had to put my daughter's cat down recently and they were exceptional. Very caring, patient and understanding.

Entire staff is friendly. Dr Gary is great! Scary moving and finding a new veterinarian , after first visit totally trust Heartland . Highly recommend.

My mini schnauzer was coughing and they were able to get me in SO QUICK. They listened to my concerns and prescribed two meds for kennel cough. They were so patient and kind, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Before leaving I asked if they clipped nails, they said yes and they could do it that same visit. My dog is on the aggressive side when it comes to nails and she was an angel for them. I would recommend this vet to anyone!

Every staff member I saw was friendly and made my dog feel as comfortable as possible. they respected my dogs high anxiety and didn’t force her into any stressful situations. they also gave me very detailed answers to my questions and very thoughtful advice. the cost for the services was reasonable and it was pretty and clean on the inside. highly recommend

A very good animal hospital. They have taken real good care of our fur baby😁👍 Also there play and stay right next door is very good as well. We sometimes board our fur baby there if we go on vacation.
