Took my fur baby Lexi here to get all her shots updated and get her ears taken care of. They all did such an awesome job, I mean they weren't afraid of her and did a complete check up and throughly looked at every inch of her, which I very much appreciated since the last place I took her didn't seem to really care about her just cared if I was gonna sign up for the wellness plan. Anyway if you need a place in Derby who actually cares and know what they are doing plus the price is most definitely reasonable, come see them!

The staff at Rainbow Valley are always attentive, friendly, and very professional. You're treated like family by all the employees and that comes from how Dr. Drake, Dr. Miller, and Dr. Arnet treat the people and their pets who come in the door every day. They truly care for your pets (a.k.a. Family members) just like they are their own.

Awesome! Dr. Drake, Dr. Miller, and all the staff at Rainbow Valley have provided excellent care for our pets. Two dogs and two cats. When Sampson, our oldest cat, started going blind, Dr. Miller was great with diagnosing and giving treatments. When Chester, our big Tom cat, developed a mass in his abdomen, Dr. Drake diagnosed the abscess, surgically drained , a shot of antibiotics and Chester, one week later is abscess free. Awesome!! Our two dogs (Cava-Poos) Zorro and Cisco Kid, have had all their canine vaccinations and annual check ups at Rainbow Valley from the time they joined our family as puppies four years ago. Exceptionally pleased with their friendly staff and the sincere care of our fury family.

Sooooo I have a bad habit of getting to excited to fast so I'm going to keep my foot on the breaks a bit with my review so I don't jinx myself lol. That being said I had a very pleasant 1st experience at Rainbow 🌈 Valley yesterday and I felt that in both my animals as well. I had been with the same vet for close to 14 years until they retired and closed down their facility leaving me feeling lost trying out new vets and sifting through all the bad reviews a lot of vets have. Rainbows reviews really do speak for themselves but they did not disappoint in person either. From their management system that gives you auto updates to their very professional staff that seem to all know what's going on I'm feeling very comfortable and confident that I found my babies a new vet. I saw Dr. Miller.. she and her tech took extra time with my shy puppy and kitty with treats and letting them smell all their tools before just moving to fast towards them. They even took time explaining everything to me and provided literature and pics so I can see and understand everything that they were talking about. Another big plus for me is that they explained all charges upfront instead of waiting until the appointment was over to hit me with cost. Most of the time I think we will all pay whatever it takes to make our babies healthy but its nice to feel like your making the decisions instead of just being told what your bill is. So needless to say I made the necessary follow-up appointment and following all the Dr's instructions to get my girls feeling better and very excited to keep working with Rainbow to keep them happy and healthy! Thank you ladies for making me feel so good yesterday.. its been a long time since I went bouncing out of a place with a smile on my face and have all good things to report to my husband!! 💜

I am so thrilled that they reached out to me and righted the situation... They were very helpful in setting us up for our cat's appointment. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I’ve been using them as my main vet since 2019 and my mom has used them since 2006. If you’re new to derby and trying to figure out where to go this is the one.

Rainbow Valley is by far the best vet in the area. They always take great care of our dog during his visits (he's not the biggest fan, but that's not their fault haha). My brother/sister in law recently moved to Derby and started taking their pets in as well and were very happy with the care they received. I highly recommend that anyone with animals give them a call. You won't be disappointed!

Rainbow Valley Vet is the best! They care for our four fur babies as if they were their own. The clinic staff is always friendly,and welcoming, Dr. Miller, and Dr. Arnett are top notch! The facility is comfortable and very clean. This is a great place for your pets care!

I honestly can't say enough nice things about this clinic! From the caring and loving staff to the cleanliness of the offices and exam rooms this place is top notch. They have shown so much love, compassion, knowledge towards and about the care of my fur babies! I couldn't recommend them enough!

The dogs and I love Dr. Drake and team at Rainbow Valley Vet. The dogs do so much better there having appointments and not having to wait forever to get in. Makes them less nervous I can tell. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Thanks for your care!!

I can’t thank the staff here enough for everything they do. I know my pets aren’t the easiest to deal with and the staff really do try their best to work with them and their issues. They have also been amazing about fitting us in unexpectedly when our pets just aren’t acting right. Several weeks ago I boarded my dog and at pick up he had an issue that I felt was very apparent and should have been mentioned to us by staff. I ended up emailing them expressing my concern and disappointment about the situation and they replied assuring me they would look into the situation and review staff training. We decided to go ahead and give them another try and it was a much improved experience this past week. Multiple staff told me how smart he was when they were running him through his tricks, and how they made sure to give him cuddles and make sure he was all clean, and let him hang out with the rest of the staff, etc. I loved that they made a conscious effort to give me thorough updates on how his stay went. This amazing recent experience made the one bad experience insignificant because they took my experience and feedback and learned from it. I absolutely adore the staff here and will always refer people here when someone is looking for veterinary care.

Dr Miller literally saved our dogs life after she became sick unexpectedly one night. She even came in on her day off to continue the treatment. She is such a caring person who understands the importance of the family pet!! We feel so lucky that all the vets are compassionate and caring.

Always friendly and they treat Todd like family! Just took our new puppy and still amazing to go!
