Our family loved the water park! It was super toddler friendly

Their teenage hires are incompetent, both in the kids club and the lifeguards. The child care personnel can't handle a toddler having a bad day, and the lifeguards insist on you being within 3 feet of younger children at all times. So if you have more than one young child, you should reconsider visiting the pool. As well, their online presence is a disaster, using outdated and ineffectual web technology that will punish you if you get a new credit card number. Sports programs are poorly planned and executed. So if you are don't have kids and have one credit card that will never get stolen or experience a fraud incident, you will probably love it. Not friendly for young families like mine.

The roof near the front entryway has a bit of a leak. And there was a demolition derby right outside the doors. Looks like all the drivers won. But seriously, sending you guys all the good vibes.

Overall, staff and volunteers have well maintained this spacious facility. The workout machines were clean, as compared to other YMCA locations nearby. Had a great experience overall. Highly recommend to people passing through the area. 5/5 stars.

Good equipment, pretty clean facility, spacious sometimes, except when they decide to occupy both loft areas and shut them off to other users during the busiest times of the day. So if you aren't in a boot camp or whatever class that is and choose to come during a busy time there is pretty much zero space to work out! The machines upstairs near the back need spaced out more. I was working out and someone came to the machine next to me and it was uncomfortably close, regardless of the current covid situation. If you encourage 6 ft of space, space out your machines better. I've requested several times that there be some kind of hooks near the sauna to hang bags/jackets, most locations have them. Requests are ignored and we have to place our stuff on the wet floor. I can't use a locker for my stuff because then my phone will be out of range for my headphones. The red head kid that is a lifeguard on Friday night is incredibly rude. Tried to kick us all out of the sauna early and continued to be rude and argue with a male patron, all this kid was concerned about was leaving early. I'm sorry but work your shift, let paying customers have their time and then leave. Customer service is very lost at this location!

I love this location. Always great conversations in the Sauna/ steam room. Hot tub was nice, and I love the cold lap swimming pool.

Nice place to work out, clean environment, dropped my membership though as their current setup for paying for your membership is not 'user' friendly, rather it is YMCA friendly. If you are comfortable with 'direct' withdrawal from your account then they are a viable option.

I was at my grandsons' soccer games this morning and lost my car keys. A YMCA employee named Stew ( didn't catch last name) went out of his way to help me find them. He also told me where to leave my number in case they were turned in. About ten minutes Stew returned with my keys, said he found them hooked on the fence. I feel he went the extra mile as he continued to look on his way to his car. Thank you Stew. I hope you see this. 😊😊😊

Pretty good gym, but it's not without its challenges. I didn't realize that, as members, we aren't allowed to use ANY & ALL workout materials available (includes bands, slides, etc) unless we PAY EXTRA money for a trainer. Please help me understand why we aren't allowed the SAME QUALITY workouts as our fellow members who are able to afford the extra money for a personal trainer.

Its a great ymca to go and workout and being family to hangout and play some ball or swim. With the pandemic this one isn't opening the outside pool. Only have 4 starts for the life guards (they seem to just walk around and talk) I know as adults we should be watching out children but I'd like to feel a little bit more safe if it didn't feel like they were just for the money and caring about potentially saving someone life. Other than that I wish the weights were downstairs with the locker rooms but all is well adds a little more of a workout. Love the child care center too, wonderfull people.

Great gym overall except two factors. 1. The gym has a habit of letting the water filter on the fountain go red for days at a time. 2. During peek hours there are no hand towels to be found, how do you expect people to clean the equipment after with nothing to wipe it down with?

I loved it! Best workout, swim, steam, sauna, climb, classes, workout equipment, you name it they got it. I'm sure it takes a village to run this place!

Do not sign up for recurring payments for anything. Even when you cancel in person, fill out the form, etc you will continue to be charged until you cancel your card.

Not a good location for lap swimming. It's not that you can't swim laps here, its just that it requires scheduling with little margin for error and some luck. In addition to the usual scheduled classes in the pool, high schools and teams use it for practice during their season and scuba classes on weekends take up three lanes. If that wasn't bad enough, whenever the adjacent family rec pool is crowded and they don't have enough lifeguards to supervise it, they steal a lifeguard from the lap pool to make up the deficit. If it happens in the middle of your workout and there are no other lifeguards around; too bad, you have to leave. On other occasions when I attempted to lap swim, some of the lanes were being used by some group/organization, even though the schedule the Y published indicated all eight lanes would be available at that time. You can find time windows where you can get your laps in, but it requires precision in scheduling that most people don't have...and you have to be lucky when it comes to avoiding lifeguard staffing issues and other surprises.

It is clean nice pools nice place to workout. The only problem I have with the ymca is you have to be 18 to go into the sauna and steam room. I personally think they should lower the age to 16. I’m sure it’s for liability purposes. I have a proposal to the ymca if they see this to let kids have their parents or parent and them to sign a form that says that they sign away their consent to sue them and it releases the ymca’s liability purposes.
