Gianna recently planned our family trip to Universal. She was able to meet all of our needs within our budget. When we had an issue .. she fixed it from NY to Florida within minutes! She’s always available to answer any questions.. we’ve used her before (Cruise, DR, Mexico and Europe) and will continue to book all of our Trips in the future. She’s the best!!!

Perfection! I never have to worry about a thing with Gianna in control. Every last detail is in order and if something isn't, she is right on it to make sure it is taken care of. My husband surprised me with a vow renewal for our 30th wedding anniversary in Barbados 2 weeks ago.
