My daughter raved about this place and how good it was. Personally I won't be back. Nothing special and they couldn't get my order right. 2 people that came in after me got their food before me. I had a sandwich and macaroni and cheese. I asked about mine when the 1st one got his. They said mine was next wasn't even close. They finally found it at the end by the front door. The lady that took my order acted as though she was annoyed by me when I told her i had never been there before. She asked if i wanted a pickle i said yes never got that. Needless to say i will never go back.

I normally really enjoy firehouse subs service is quick, sandwich is good, but today that was not the case. I walked in today at 1:24 PM, well after the lunch rush and to place an order for one sandwich to go, There was no one in line in front of me at the register and it took them 5 minutes before they took my order,According to the receipt was at 1:29 PM, I waited and waited and waited and finally At 1:52 PM my to go order was finally ready. I typically only order one sandwich every time I’m there and so when I pick this sandwich up it felt lighter than in the past. Got home, took a look at the sandwich and it’s like they forgot the meat on the into inches of both sides of the sandwich, guess I know how come it felt lighter now. While it tasted OK it definitely was notNot made to their normal standards, for appearance or value. Not sure I’ll return anytime soon. Ordered a med Italian and a Nashville hot brisket. 10 mins later bring us two steak and cheese. Not what we ordered. Took almost another 10 mins to get the right sandwiches...no apologies, no "we're sorry."

Long wait (10 min) after ordering, they weren't slammed, but the food was worth the wait! Also loved the pickle spear.

Love the Italian sub at firehouse subs and this time was no different, this was the first time I had used the app and my order was ready on time. The one negative of the visit was I asked for no mustard on my sandwich it did have mustard on it but other than that it was delicious!

Been here many times and love it. But tonight I watched several people wait over 20 minutes for their food. Not to mention we asked for no onions and no tomatoes and they were on our sandwiches. While waiting we noticed the help was very very confused as to who got what order. Definitely won't come in if the same people are working.

Team really enjoyed this meal. Had a working lunch. Ordered using the website and it was effortless. Order was correct and ready for pick up when promised. Only concern was they gave the option for initials on the packages and they did not make it onto the sandwiches. Slowed us down for just a moment. Would recommend for group lunches again

Place seemed to be very busy while also short staffed, however this places crew seemed to work well with the pressure and got my food out super fast and it was delicious!

The food was good and the service was excellent. The owner came over and sat with us during our lunch and talked to my dad the entire time. This is relevant because my dad has dementia and loves talking to people about his experiences in Eastern Asia and Vietnam. My dad doesn't know a stranger.. She sat and truly listened to everything he was saying. She even shared stories about her grandfather and it was an awesome experience. She made my dad feel great and that meant the world to me. We will definitely go back. Bravo firehouse!!!! 😀

Got their big steak and cheese sub and shared with my husband. The only thing I'd suggest is, not to spend the extra money for the garlic toasted bread, you really can't even taste it. The bread is already toasted with butter anyway.

The manager here is such a nice guy & always runs a tight ship. This place is always clean & he creates a very friendly atmosphere with his awesome personality!!

We ordered a Firehouse salad and MD Smokehouse on a gluten free bun combo meal. While the food was delicious, we were surprised the our cost was over $22. The service was average. We have to order gluten free in our family and wanted a change. We got little change back from this carry out order.

Clean restaurant, fast ordering, got the Italian fully involved. Ready fast, very good. The best part was the T-Mobile Tuesday price was $2.20

The expertise of “ownership” at this location is shocking. These franchise companies will let anyone with a G.E.D run a panini press. The “owners” have no interest in keeping your business

Everybody loves firefighters. Cops...well they have their detractors, but firefighters are beloved. It only makes sense that Firehouse Subs is beloved as well. Great, quick, submarine sandwiches rule the day. Fun for the family. Kids really dig firetrucks. Take your family today.

Food is ok. Better than Subway, but not the best. It's really expensive for what it is. Also a long wait, 20 minutes for us today. Overall not a good value for the money. Also, I think it looks bad when a business puts a stock, bland response on every review left... Which I'm sure will be done for my review too!
