Disgusting inside and terrible service. They gave me a cup that had what looked like ash around the rim of it. The icebox at the counter had nasty stuff all around the sides and was open. Definitely not a sanitary option. Negative 1 star from me

I am very unhappy with my order and the customer service I received. I ordered a baked potato w/butter and sour cream, a junior cheeseburger plain and a small chocolate frosty. The only correct thing was the frosty but I did not get a spoon or straw with that! There was no butter or sour cream in my bag. The cheeseburger was cold. And I did not get a receipt for my order! I tried calling the store with no response. This is a rebuilt store but I don’t know if I will be returning!!

The ONLY fast food restaurant in town, that serves breakfast, and they DON'T have any coffee! UNBELIEVEABLE! DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT!

The person at the register was extremely friendly and helpful. Now the people around not so much they were putting the chicken nuggets in the box without gloves or any kind of utensils. The employees were just goofing off and throwing food around by the fryer. The person who was working the fryer and boxing the nuggets was on his phone texting. The manager was on the line making sandwiches. The only 2 people who had gloves on was the 2 that was making sandwiches and the manager. Also the girl working the drive thru was talking badly about the customers that were in the drive thru, very unprofessional. Will not ever return back to this Wendy’s. I figured new restaurant better atmosphere but I was totally wrong.

THE WORST customer service in the drive thru. I’m Feeding my family so imma order a couple meals , No need to get an attitude with me when i ask for a simple drink carrier. She obviously didn’t put the large drinks in all the way and they fell all over my seats and they sat there and just stared at me. That fat white chick in the drive thru has no business working customer service with that attitude and lack of common sense. Like i get it lady id be mad working at wendy’s too lol. If i were her boss she’d be fired the way she handles herself .

The Son of Baconator only had one little piece of bacon on it, they forgot my salad entirely, no napkins, no utensils... No butter or sour cream for my potato. Kind of a rough visit for sure. The burger tasted good tho...

I order a ch I cken sandwich hot and spicy to say the least it was hot 🔥 and next time will eat a hamburger

Wendy's is a good place! I appreciated the way the person taking orders said please standby and give me a moment. We were in the drive thru line. I was cool with the idea that the staff member was handling the line of customers the way he needed to. So that they weren't overwhelmed by orders coming in. It may have been a little bit to give and get my order. But I got my order right and quickly as soon as I put my order in. Thank you Wendy's! Great job!!

REMODELED and it looks absolutely amazing!!! Great customer service! Perioddd!!!! I used to come here and be disappointed everytime but now they do amazing! Everything’s so fresh! Definitely recommend. I love Wendy’s I’m so fat😭!

Placed our order about 7:45pm...after 7 minutes the manager comes to the counter and yells across the restaurant where we are sitting stating that the do not have any chips for the Taco salad...we said ok expecting some sort of compromise but instead he walked off...a few minutes later our order was ready...so instead i got just a regular salad (which was only half full) with nothing...not even dressing...the cheeseburger that we also ordered was supposed to be without ketchup...they had put ketchup on it and realized they made a mistake and scrapped the ketchup off...after complaining to the counter person (manager wouldn't come out from the back) they made a new one...the fries were cold-seems the lady in drive-thru thought the same thing as she brought hers on for fresh hot fries-the pop machine had a puddle of water in front of it making getting drinks without wet feet a challenge. ..asked for our receipt and was told that their printer wasn't working and they were unable to give us one...the quality and care for a satisfied customer has went downhill....we won't be back

No AC in dining room? You kidding? The lady manager is doing her best but lot of her staff don't wanna work or cry n moan when it gets busy. Fire them. Waste of labor and only hurting the establishment.

Don't waste your money on the 5 dollar biggie bag ..the samich is smaller and the drinks are too. Just order the 4 for 4 and save ur money.

It's fast food. If I had to choose between McD's, BK, and here, I'd choose here. Of there was a better option, then I wouldn't eat at any of the above.

If I'm craving a fast food burger, I typically like Wendy's... but this location is consistently 'meh'. The restaurant is in dire need of renovation, or at least a deep clean; and the food never really seems as fresh as other locations.

The Dave's deluxe was the smallest ever and the pattie wasn't cooked thoroughly and the place was a mess I literally had to ask for the spray to disinfect the table and all tables were dirty. The fries were fresh and tasty but that was it. Oh and I had to wait several minutes to get my order taken and there was only one other customer and she had already ordered and had a pillow on the floor and no shoes on.
