This place. Smh. 50mins for a curbside order (my husbands) that consisted of motor oil. 2 items. If people complained in the parking lot about the wait they would rush in and grab their order instead of telling them others are first and wait your turn. The boys bringing stuff out were walking like they had nothing to do. Slow and easy. I will never use this service again. We were some of the first there and several left before us. I was there 30-40mins the time before that for an order and got home and had the littlest head of lettuce that I've ever seen. Palm of your hand size. I live 9 miles away so it's not convenient for me to just jump in the car and go back. I use self check and then get asked for a receipt at the door and I'm not participating in it. If you want to know if I paid for my items then hire more cashiers. Lots of items not stocked. It's changed a bunch in 10yrs.

Was questioned by staff about my service dog. I was asked what service he performs and why I am able bodies person would need a service dog. Something they are not supposed to ask, I then explained he is a seizure alert dog and does many things to assist me. Your employee looked me in the eye and told me I don't look like I have seizures. Don't mind me let me just drop and have a seizure Infront of you so I can show you my dog doing his job. He has gone through hundred of hours of training to assist me and at this point it sounds like he could do the employees here jobs better. Not like there's any every cashier's to check you out. I have to scan my pwnt groceries and then get harassed by the door attendant.

Would not recommend going to this one. Apparently you have to be 18 for everything now and you will have to have your id with you. I went to get some paint and texture spray. Got to check out and they ask if I was 18 (I’m 19) I said yes and then asked for my id. I didn’t have it with me, it was in my truck. So they said they couldn’t sell it to me. I told them I had a photo Id front and back. But apparently that wasn’t good enough. Then I go to leave (I used Walmart pay which means receipt goes on the app, you don’t get paper receipts with Walmart pay) I only had paint brushes and a water in a bag but they still wanted to check it. So I was standing there trying to load my stupid receipt off the app but it would not load. After like 5 minutes it finally loads and then I was free to go . For two iteams. Not only that, they have a ton of handicap and pick up to the point we’re there is no upfront parking. Being pregnant it’s very nice having upfront parking but I guess not with this Walmart . Walmart is just plan trash now. They don’t trust there customers and it’s very uneasy being there . I think targets expensive but at least you can buy things without having it locked up or being 18

Grocery pick up is awful! They gave me someone else’s order, I tried to contact the store for two days you could not get anyone to even answer the phone! Contacted customer service and they offered a refund, however that will take 7-10 days! So no groceries until then because of their mess up.

I mean it smells of sewage 90% of the time. The staff just seem to hate being there or have the want to help you when you have issues or looking for something. The store is always messy, the bathrooms disgusting, aisles you can barely get 2 carts down them. Just sucks Walmart needs to figure this out.. not just add self check out and accuse shoppers of stealing. (This goes for all walmarts)

If you buy this brand of dog food here pay attention to the price!! It is normally around $2 per can but they have one single can marked at over $18 each. That price is the cost of an entire carton, not individually. I have brought this up to management twice now but they refuse to fix it. Even said no, we looked the price up and that’s what it is. I had to pull up a competitor’s page to show them the correct price and also show the verbiage on their own site that says it’s per carton, not individually marked. Since they refuse to fix it, beware.

Been going there since they opened. Place has went down hill. It's like they're trying to do too much with too little places gotten dirtier inside and out customer service is really going downhill you stopped to talk to one of the people working there and ask him a question they don't know the answers anymore especially the one on Danforth and Broadway or Danforth and Santa Fe the one out by I-35 dirty on the outside nobody seems to care same thing

HORRIBLE pick up service! Don’t come here! I can’t for a pick up order and waited an hour and a half along with 17 other people. Nobody could check in and the staff were just walking around the parking lot putting totes away…I had three kids with me so it was a horrible experience. Other people physically had to get out to tell the staff they need their groceries and people waited for hours. We all waits just for them to tell us they are closing and to come back tomorrow.

There's obviously a major staffing issue at the store! Went Monday for grocery pick up after work. The closest spot was #32, way back in the regular parking section. So I leave and they call me 1 ½hrs later asking what spot I'm in and I tell her "at my house!" I told her I would come back the next day, well that was the wrong decision! Everyone from the regular Tues schedule grocery pickup PLUS those of us that came back from Monday. There had to be at least 60 cars there!! Totally unacceptable!! I told her I would back after 8pm... . So I decided Thurs to try Walmart+ and I'll do delivery. Well LOGAN didn't delivery all of my items, had at least 25 items missing. They couldn't see fit to answer the phone and 3 calls to 1-800-wal-mart, they had to refund my money. So today I placed another order, decide to give them another chance. Delivery should be at 9pm. Here it is 12am and still no groceries. I am so DONE with this incompetent store!! DO. NOT. DO. GROCERY. PICKUP!!!!

4 stars only because of one of the young woman employees made the experience exceptionally awesome. She clowned around with us and had some good laughs.

Nice friendly staff. Store could use a good cleaning and organizing schedule. Also, noticed that most things I was there to shop for and buy were just not available. Needs to be synced up with other stores in product availability, in my opinion.

This Wal Mart, on the Frontage Road near I-35 (east Edmond) loves to play bait and switch with price tags. I picked up a quad cane (walking cane) quoted in the pharmacy area for $11. Was excited, brought it up to the desk and they asked for $30. Picked up a disc in the $5 bargain bin, no price directly on the disc, $5 disc became $14 with no apology or fix from the clerk. Never have that problem getting discs at WinCo or Best Buy. OK I-35 frontage road Wal-Mart, you wanna play "F*ck the consumer 101" fine. Won't be going to the I-35 Frontage Road Wal Mart *EVER* again. Spent $75 bucks a week there easily for medical supplies. You lost a customer because you tag prices for the old "switcheroo". Bye.

I'm not showing you my reciept. I'll be nice, smile, and politely decline because I know the door gestapo are just people at work, but the answer will always be no. It's not happening. If there is a line of people, I'm going around. If I'm the only one, it's "no thank you". This is why I shop almost exclusively at Target now. You aren't even competitive on prices anymore. Didn’t get all of my pickup order. Online help doesn’t give you an option for items not received only items that are damaged, out of date or wrong item. Nothing for missing items and then getting to keep your money . Even tried calling but no one answers any of the lines. Now if I were to take an item from there and not pay for it, how quickly would they respond to that situation? Same thing, it’s called theft.

Back to school shopping, 2022. Prices were great as always, of course they were, that's why we go there. BUT, the bathrooms were filthy, it was so hot we were dripping with sweat the entire time and there were very few checkout lines open, shocker. Wayyy too long of a wait, there weren't even that many people there!!

I have had more problems with Walmart lately with bad produce. Salt I don't see it till I'm home and it's too aggravating to take it back. I've been doing pick up as well and I had to wait 40 minutes yesterday for my groceries. I figured out why though, people have been calling before they get there and just picking a bay number so they don't have to wait. That explains why I had three Walmart people come out and ask me if I was a person who wasn't there yet. So infuriating to say the least.

My sister and I were stopping to get whitening strips, but could not find an associate. After looking around we found a remodeling assistant, who offered to Page the staff so we could get help. We heard them over the intercom asking for someone to come to our aisle to assist us. No one ever came and Walmart associates kept walking by us. We’ve waiting for 11 minutes. Please stop locking things up or at least be attentive to your customers.

Normal store layout but staff was very nice and friendly. They had there holiday clearance items well laid out and very well arranged unlike other places where everything just seems to be heaped together.

Would be nice if Walmart would wipe down the self-checkout after each customer, like they used to. 9/18/2022 update: While buying groceries today noticed 2 different 18count eggs were both missing an egg. I was taught to ALWAYS check eggs for the broken. Now I have to check for the missing. If someone was stealing these, why go to the trouble to steal from different packages? I suspect the supplier.

Had what I needed, cashier was older then me and still working. It's a sad world we live in. Kids not working and people on retirement working. But anyways she was nice and I appreciate her!

I really hate having to shop here, but they have the products that I want and no other store does. I was here last week, and very disappointed that they only had one loaf of English Toasting Bread. I came to buy several so I can freeze them for later. This is one if the items that nobody else carries. I figured that if they ever stopped carrying this item, I would likely shop elsewhere. Disappointed, I put the loaf in my cart and continued shopping. A few minutes later an associate, who must have witnessed my disappointment, found me in the store. She had a box of the English Toasting Bread with her, and asked how many I wanted. My jaw dropped to the floor! Is this Walmart? I may just have to reevaluate my feelings of shopping here.

Love this Walmart. Don't like the fact that you discourage cash. I'm a 58 yes old with no bank account because I'm sick. Drove in to pick up medicine and 3 times for sure they couldn't even take my cash. Hits the poor the most.😔

I will be shopping some where else I'm tired of Walmart ripping me off first time was baby formula this time it was a dress got home and couldn't find them so called customer service and wouldn't answer then went back up there and said they didn't check it in so they wouldn't refund my money or let me get the same thing and I even had my recipes. I know that some one isn't doing there job cause my husband used to worked there so I know what there self check out people are supposed to do but don't. I was in line and needed them to ok and the worker was across from me on the other side facing me he was helping someone but when he was done he just walked off and another employee help me that was off why my husband went to get him . Wal-Mart has become the worst store to shop at will take my business to target.

The store in Edmond, OK, just off of I-35 sucks! They cater to more affluent white people, they don't have many of the products you can find elsewhere, and everything is difficult to find! I don't recommend this Walmart at all!

WALMART IS PRICE GOUGING EVERYONE WHO SHOPS THERE! THEY STARTED DURING COVID AND IT CONTINUES! THEY PAY LITTLE TAXES AND TURN RECORD PROFITS BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US! I WON'T SHOP THERE ANYMORE!

Super messy... Maybe they were doing a reset!?! Construction?!? Not sure but super dirty. Kinda annoyed my receipt wouldn't print. I didn't stay to wait for them to fix it. Employees were nice otherwise would be a really bad review.

As always my local Walmart is great! I'm there several times a week and see the same employees always working hard. This Walmart has the friendliest staff of any other Walmart I have. Been too. Clean and organized. Always stocked up. It seems a little higher on some things than other Walmarts but we are a small town. I don't mind.

PLEASE hire more help for pick up. My order has shown as “ready” for half an hour and still hasn’t come out. Seems there’s only one guy bringing orders

Google asked me “How was Walmart?” Like it’s some kind of destination location. This is a Walmart. It’s like most of the other Walmarts you’ve probably been to. This one is nicer than some I’m sure. They have greeters and lots of open self checkout lanes. Just like almost every other Walmart. If you’ve made it all the way to Oklahoma and this is the first Walmart you’ve visited, then this is probably a good one for your first visit.
