I
was
getting
a
few
items
tonight,
and
when
the
employee
announced
that
closing
time
was
nearing,
he
was
very
abrupt
and
rude.
He
was
almost
yelling.
Being
in
the
customer
service
and
service
industries
my
whole
life,
I
understand
it's
frustrating
when
there
are
people
coming
into
the
store
shortly
before
closing.
It
used
to
drive
us
crazy
when
people
would
come
in
at
the
last
minute,
and
we
knew
we
would
be
there
for
an
hour
more,
even
when
we
had
everything
ready
for
closing.
That
being
said,
I
knew
that
it
was
also
part
of
the
industry
that
I
chose
to
be
part
of.
Some
people
are
always
going
to
be
inconsiderate,
and
there
is
nothing
we
can
do
to
change
that.
There
are,
however,
many
other
ways
to
let
customers
know
that
closing
time
is
near,
and
these
can
be
done
in
a
polite
manner.
The
man
on
the
intercom
even
went
as
far
as
to
say
that
the
registers
would
be
shut
down
at
11
and
people
would
not
be
able
to
make
their
purchases.
