I was there about 45 minutes ago. Survey at checkout and was going to give feedback. Went to customer service to speak to manager, he was not available. Told to speak to another person (Christian on name tag) he walked past me and talked with back turned. If you really want feedback, be available and interested, instead of being RUDE!! I just reviewed other reviews and this seems to be a common theme. I also see no replies by management.

I don’t care for this particular location. Items are hard to find and the area feels a little unsafe. My biggest issue is the parking lot. It’s weirdly chaotic and the two times I’ve been to this location some random person approached me in the parking lot asking for money. That really made me uncomfortable.

This is my favorite Walmart in Wichita, You can quite literally find anything here (almost anything). The only downside of this location is that it’s always kind of crowded but this also depends on the time you go. The clearance section is always the most fun to go to, it’s a hit or miss. Sometimes you find cool things and sometimes you don’t. This location is also quite big, i’m not sure if it’s the biggest in Wichita but it’s the biggest i’ve visited so far

Got up early to get oil change on car. Automotive didn't open until over 10 minutes late. Did not talk to anyone until after 7:15 and asked if they could be done by 8. Answer was maybe. Better chance if they could open on time. Complained to management and they did not seem to care. Will not be returning to this store

I order my groceries for pickup and have not had a bad experience yet. The items are always fresh and I get what I ordered. If any items are not available they make me aware of substitutions and/or other options to pick from. The staff typically greet me, load my groceries within 5-10 minutes of arrival and have always been friendly.

Lemme just say I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH WALMART! FROM THE NIGHT TIME LEAD TO THE EMPLOYEES IN THE TLC! You are the type of people that I wish the rest of the world could be. From assisting me and my four kids and wife with our van to making sure the safety and well-being of my family was first up to the point of taking from your own pocket! I cannot tell you how eternally grateful I am AND YOU NEED TO BE Recognized AND Hopefully will be after who I spoke with today. You are the type of people I remember Walmart as a kid and have not seen in over twenty years. I wish I had room to thank each of the players in helping my family but it's limited. You know who you are and so does corporate. I am so thankful and we are so thankful. Thank you WALMART TLC AND LP ASSOCIATES FOR ALL YOU DID FOR US! FOREVER A CUSTOMER- STEPHANIE IBARRA AND FAMILY

Husband is here for work and new to the area. He ordered groceries for pick up on the way home after a 10hr shift. Got 2 text messages that groceries were ready for pickup. Got there and let them know what pickup spot. After waiting 35 minutes and no groceries as the person next to him got there after him and was getting hers, he went in to talk to someone about it. First he was told there was no order there for him and said he could be at the wrong store, he showed the employee the order with that address on it…. After the 4th person and 30 minutes later he got his order. Not a good first impression at all! Not even an apology from any of the employees either. 2 stars because at least the order was correct.

So apparently Your cashier Naveah on register 4 thinks it's okay to tell your customers every food item they purchase is "nasty". Last I checked her job was to check customers out . . But instead she criticized my food items as she scanned them. . DO BETTER

I live right across the street from this Walmart so it's convenient for shopping. Although I am willing to drive out of my way to shop somewhere else because it's such a chaotic atmosphere. It feels like there's always something crazy going on at this Walmart. Cops are always in the parking lot because of shady activity, etc.

I was getting a few items tonight, and when the employee announced that closing time was nearing, he was very abrupt and rude. He was almost yelling. Being in the customer service and service industries my whole life, I understand it's frustrating when there are people coming into the store shortly before closing. It used to drive us crazy when people would come in at the last minute, and we knew we would be there for an hour more, even when we had everything ready for closing. That being said, I knew that it was also part of the industry that I chose to be part of. Some people are always going to be inconsiderate, and there is nothing we can do to change that. There are, however, many other ways to let customers know that closing time is near, and these can be done in a polite manner. The man on the intercom even went as far as to say that the registers would be shut down at 11 and people would not be able to make their purchases.

I recently visited Walmart and had a hilarious experience. As I was browsing the aisles, I stumbled upon a gentleman decked out in a polka dot sweat suit. He looked like he had just stepped out of a 90s rap video. I couldn't help but stare and try to contain my laughter. I also noticed that everyone else was doing the same. Even the employees were trying to stifle their giggles. It was like being in a comedy show. I ended up buying an extra pack of gum just so I could walk by him again and see the spectacle one more time. Overall, it was a funny and entertaining visit to Walmart and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good laugh and a shopping experience.

I normally don't like to complain but with the price of food and the price of eggs for the twin pack of 18 eggs comes to my house broken from a delivery after being in a bag that says fragile and the bag half ripped open I'm going to say something. This is the total of eggs cracked out of one 18 count of eggs. Walmart need to take better care of items that are being delivered. Starting to not want to get anything delivered anymore if this is going to keep happening. ( I've never had an issue with a driver breaking eggs or anything like that)

With people daring to steal bags from shopping carts while women are putting their baby in the car, along with the other general crime of society, I feel safer at work (in a prison) than I do shopping at any Walmart. At least sometimes they do have local police there, but I don't plan on putting my life on the line, assuming someone else will save it. It is sad that there are so many dishonest people put there, and to that person who stole a bag, only to find baby stuff in it (diapers, formula, etc), you could have at least turned it j to Cuatomer Service as a bag found left in a shopping cart, and it would have been appreciated. So much for the wonderful cameras at Walmart, may as well be looking at the moon through a homemade telescope.

Not much to tell, picked up a script, bought some dog food and some munchies. Will say that script wasn't supposed to be ready for a couple days yet they had it filled for me in about 10 minutes. Very cool

People stranded in the mountains trying to out run an avalanche with no chance of a rescue team ever being able to arrive to save one single soul would undoubtedly be much happier and friendlier than any employee I have EVER come into contact with at this store! Not to mention that this store is the least organized and the lowest trained store of any of the locations throughout the United States!

This Walmart tends to have different options than other Walmarts I've been to. Their prices are a little lower than other Walmart locations as well. They did have very pale hamburger the last time we shopped here, but we ended up getting organic, it cost more, but it looked a lot better. There are always a strange bunch of folks in this Walmart, I tend to carry my side piece when visiting LOL I feel safer in the parking lot with it. They have a good variety of adult diapers and incontinence options. They mostly have self checkouts, which is rather annoying, but it's come to be the norm at all Walmart locations. They did have better self checkout registers, easier on my back.

Needed some household things and a little bit of food before it got to 🔥.We got some good sales that morning. We really like that ☺️ a lot, keep trying and everything else will fall in place with our prices. Better job. Thanks 👍 very much for your service there. Ms Garrett

I just love a Wal-Mart supercenter...Some things they could lower the prices like in lady P.J's .It's hard here lately to be able to spend $24-$30 on a P.J's .So U haven't gotten me any in over a yr because it's either gas for work, food for my pets or just find a yard sale to get any I would love a new set but other then that I absolutely love this place

Always out of standard items. Don't carry a variety of what they do stock. How do they not have butter flavor Crisco or Jonathan apples? Those are at every store across the country. Produce is most often wilted, almost bad, they don't help you find anything because no one knows where the store has anything due to the constant rearranging at the store. To get help in a locked case takes longer than I think a person should wait if anyone ever comes to help.

Today I had a level of difficulty using multiple cards for multiple people in my life that are eithier sick or disabled. The cashier assisting self check out was extremely helpful and Patient with me, I was given the wrong pin # on a card by accident and she helped me get thru it. Much appreciated!! Not sure what's going on but for months there has been a shortage of day and cat food at this store. Happy New Year!!!

This Wal-Mart is really a awesome store for me. I mostly do my shopping online (Wal-Mart Plus) and the employees always do a marvelous job getting my order ready. They are punctual and my items are always fresh. If they have to substitute an item they always give me the chance to decline if I only want what I have chosen.

What more can I say about this grand store? I always have a pleasant experience shopping here, whether it be from bargains galore, selection, freshness of produce, or the to die for air conditioning. I want to kick out the optometrists and remodel the space into a studio apartment so I'll never have to leave the building.

It was fine but man am I sore today! I love getting my groceries delivered, everyone is always so prompt and polite! If there's any change or delay I am kept up with texts. Being disabled this is a blessing. I just let my subscription lapse is only reason I was in walmarts. Renewing this next month.
