still
has
some
of
best
deals
around.
Not
being
adequately
staffed
can
ruin
your
shopping
experience
though.
I
love
to
hit
JCP
on
Black
Friday,
mainly
for
the
free
money
off
cards
they
pass
out.
Combine
that
with
the
terrific
sales,
it
gets
pretty
congested
with
shoppers.
But
for
some
reason,
management
got
rid
of
one
of
the
check-out
counters
on
the
lower
level.
Therefore,
you
end
up
waiting
in
a
long
line
at
the
main
lower
level
checkout.
Or
you
go
to
the
drapery
counter
or
the
package
pick-up
area.
I
purchased
an
airfryer
and
had
to
return
it
for
exchange.
Store
return
transactions
are
located
on
the
lower
level.
I
had
a
wonderful
employee
who
worked
in
beauty.
She
went
downstairs
and
took
another
airfryer
to
customer
service
in
order
to
save
me
some
time.
When
I
arrived
at
the
store,
the
line
was
long
due
to
shoppers
paying
for
in-store
purchases.
This
area
of
the
store
is
supposed
to
be
dedicated
to
returns,
exchanges,
and
online
package
pick-up.
JCP
needs
to
work
on
the
logistics
to
be
better
prepared
for
next
year.
I
can
say
with
ALL
honesty
that
they
have
some
of
the
best
employees
in
the
business.
JCP
employees
are
always
polite,
professional,
helpful,
and
dedicated.
I
can
say
the
same
for
its
management
staff
as
well.
I
give
it
a
4
star
because
there
are
still
improvements
to
be
made.
BTW
purchased
a
puffer
coat
on
Black
Friday
for
24.99.
What
a
coat!
I
expected
it
not
to
keep
me
warm
on
the
coldest
of
days,
but
it
serves
the
purpose.
Like
I
said,
the
sales
are
amazing,
and
the
merchandise
is
pretty
decent
for
the
prices.
