Came in Sunday to get some craft supplies and the store was a disaster half the lights are burnt out and felt very gloomy in there. I couldn’t get down some isles due to pallets and boxes scattered thru out the store i don’t think I walked down 1 isle that didn’t have a box on the floor or product all over the floor

JOANN Fabric helped us create the most memorable displays for a charity event. Wonderful selection of fabrics to Glitter letters, greenery, stickers. Flags, mirrors, ribbons, foam etc. You can find anything and everything at JOANNs.

I'm working on a Renaissance outfit, and both stores in town had exactly the fabrics and colors I was looking for, or had substitutes that were even better than I had planned in my mockup. Plus I had a really great experience at the register with an employee named Joy! Very helpful and very patient, defnitely made my day!

We went there just for yarn and ended up getting over $75 in craft supplies and decor. The store is well stocked and the staff is friendly. Would definitely recommend to and seamstress or crafter.

Staff was really friendly but their fabric is sooooo EXPENSIVE. I came here to get 3yrds of a semi stretchy fabric (nylon/poly/cotton blend) for a more affordable DIY baby carrier. Turns out, the fabric alone is a whopping $18/yrd making it impossible to compete with the prices of manufactured carriers. I wouldn't recommend going here for craft supplies either. The layout is challenging to navigate and their yarn isn't nearly as afford as Michael's. Bummed I have to keep giving my dollars to conglomerates instead of making something myself.

Was looking for mosquito netting and found much more. I did not realize how much craft supply they carry. Even the epoxy resin I have a hard time getting. P.S. the mosquito netting was great!

I love their curbside service. I have health issues that make in person shopping difficult. My order is always ready in under an hour and I rarely have to wait for them to bring it to my car.

Lots of fabric and craft items to choose from. The most fabric in all of wichita. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The website has great coupons. Definitely recommend if you like arts and crafts.

Although I gave Joanne's Fabrics 3 stars, I need to explain the feeling that I get whenever I venture into this store. It's liberating for me, because I have an innate desire to create, to think of an idea that captures my heart and fuse it to the wonderment of endless possibilities. I get lost in this store, staying until the last call for alcohol is being shrieked over the P.A. system, interrupting the gazillion ideas that were on their way to becoming something tangible. Oooh, I hate to shop!!! It takes a toll on me, all the people and so many options to choose between...it stunts my mental health frfr and I am later symptomatic with PTSD. But not when I am in Joanne's Fabrics or Michael's, I'm unable to contain my giddiness, all the different types of materials. Touching everything, categorizing the multitude of emotions that enchants me, because I have created an effervescence of my Self. I have been borne to do everything that I set my mind to do. I'm motivated to fulfill all of my DIY projects, and everything I could ever need is right in THIS store....everything except the peacock feathers, peacock materials, a base for my shoerack, and a bar chair for my bar shelf that I made (a rough blueprint, that's all). I would upload some pics but I'll do that once everything is finished. Happy creating and working on creating happy!!!

Got fabric that was on sale. Real cheap! They were quick at the cutting table even though there were like 10 people ahead of me. The fabric selection is Great! Lots of beautiful patterns. Employees were very helpful and nice. Found everything I was looking for. I'm making a dog bed with this super cute and soft fabric!

Everything is over priced I have purchased 3 items and it cost me 20 dollars now how does that make any sense

I grew up shopping at Jo-Ann fabrics, especially when it was over in the mall. Really love this store and the selection of fabric that it offers... Everything is so cute! There's also a fair amount of yarn, beads, sewing accessories, and good paintbrushes. There's also a fair amount of out of stock items that are consistently out of stock. The home decor items are very pricey and honestly, both the east and west stores are so, so messy. I go towards the end of the night usually and many items are out of place or no attempt made to "face". I want to give the benefit of the doubt and say they must be understaffed like everyone else, however I've closed retail locations both as a worker and a manager and I would definitely have gotten in trouble for not facing the whole store even myself if I needed to by the end of the night and certainly throughout the day. I absolutely recommend people make sure that shelf price tags match up with the item they are buying so they aren't surprised at the Register. It's just so consistently messy. However I can't give up on Jo-Ann fabrics!

I came looking for a fabric that must not be made anymore, dotted swiss. Honestly, if I was shopping for dress fabric here, I would be overwhelmed by the volume of fabrics and disorganization of the shelves. There's certainly a lot of variety!

Waited over an hour for an order when they had canceled it way before and did not let me know prior to that I went in to look for the product myself when I asked for help no one did help poor customer service
