I went to Michael's a few days ago and while wondering around the store I saw these cute picture frames that happened to be on sale.(Well, I thought by the sign being literally on top of the label to the item I was looking at that it included that item.) So I grabbed two since it was a bogo sale. After I got to my car I see that I was charged full price. So I go back inside and was told by a cashier that they weren't on the sale but they would honor that price because of the placement of their sale tag. Then she called the manager over for assistance in the return because she was unsure how to do it properly. The manager then told me he would not honor it and just walked away with no sorry or anything. Then to top it off the register was short on change so I told them to keep the 3 cents and left. So in the end it cost me $.03 to go in and let them know that their sign was in the wrong spot. Wasn't very happy at all to say the least!

Love this store!!! It's always well stocked. The employees are friendly & helpful. I can always find good deals & they have everything I need to craft.

Like that they're open on Sunday without holding their owners beliefs over others. Plus have good variety of items at good prices. Clean, bright and have friendly employees

Ddcided i wanted to make homemade ornaments for the tree and a friend gave me a coupon. I'm usually a hobby lobby shopper so i figured I would check it out. Had some great deals going on 40-60% off Christmas items. I just wosh they had more of a color assortment of ornaments but it could have been because of how late in the season I went. There is this small issues they have these "everyday deals" i guess that don't count with discounts but it didn't say that on my coupon. All in all though you can use multiple coupons i downloaded the app while waiting in line, for 10 minutes because they only had 1 cashier, but I ended up with another 20% my purchase with the app and only spent $35 on a lot of stuff so all in all it was a good experience

My favorite place to buy art supplies and home decor! I absolutely love that they have begun carrying brands and products that you could previously only get online. The employees are always kind and helpful, and the store is always clean and stocked. If you enjoy crafting, arts, or decorating, I highly recommend taking a look at Michael's!

This review is based on the condition of the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting! The store was well organized, however the staff wasn't very friendly. Granted, it was black Friday evening, so they may have been tired. Still no excuse for the bathroom to be so gross at 5pm!

Michael's is a great store for anyone who enjoys decorating their home for any holiday. I had purchased several easels to display some of my pottery and had decided I required a larger size. Michael's was very accommodating. I was able to return the one I purchased previously and purchase the larger size I needed.

Great store with the absolute largest supply of all your craft and creation needs. Helpful and well versed staff Michaels on maize Rd is an absolute go-to.

It’s a large craft store but I was surprised that they don’t stock many appliqués for clothing. I receive emails from Michaels and they often send good coupons (this time was 20% off). Even though I couldn’t find what I came for, there’s always something I could use in store

Michaels on Maize Rd- great experience today. Helpful staff! They took extra steps to help me to my car- sleeping baby in my arms, a $10 grab box (loved everything in it & totally worth it!!!) and multiple bags. Everyone was happy and nice!

Went in at 10am on a Tuesday. Three exit routes were blocked because some lady who didn't look like an employee was moving all the displays to block aisles. I then spent 30 minutes looking for an employee to help me find a clipboard, because I could not find one in the entire store. I left without finding a clipboard because the only employee I could find was working the frames department and was spending the hour helping a single customer pick out a canvas for a print, and wouldn't give me the time of day. I had a kid with me and could not stick around any longer than I already had. Absolute worst customer service experience.

Great section of Christmas items. The cashier was very rude and unpleasant. I was trying to buy a Halloween sign that was priced at $39.99 it was suppose to be 70% off. The sign rang up as $27 & when I asked the cashier was this with 70% off? she told me “Yeah do you want the sign or not?” Her attitude was unnecessary and anyone who can do basic math knows this was incorrect.

Great Michael’s location. The store is packed and a little overwhelming.

Now that Cricut takes up a whole aisle, there's a lot less paper craft items. The sticker aisle was almost bare and I was looking for decorative items for scrapbooks, but there was very little to choose from. Maybe it was because it was Saturday, I don't know...

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The reason I gave only 4 stars is that the prices are high imo.

Ordered online and picked up in store. I didn't check the bag when I picked it up and should have... they gave me the wrong product. Was on a deadline for a project and had to scramble to replace the wrong items. Will not order online with them again.

Go to craft store. The Custom framing associates are the absolute best. Can always find what I need. Will go here over competitors any day.

Went to Michaels to try to get adhesive for scrapbooking and there was no one to help me. I finally tracked down the manager Cathy to talk but she was very rude to me and told me that she was too busy doing other task to help me. I asked if she could point me in the direction of someone who could help me and she said no find them yourself. After around 15 minutes of scrambling to find the adhesive I finally found it. I went to the register to check out and the cashier was very kind to me. I told her that her manager was very rude and she said that Cathy gets complaints a lot. Not a good experience overall, wouldn't go back.
