This pawn shop is a joke. I had to get a loan and was offered one amount and then when when she found out I lost, rather, let items go, she lowered the amount even though we already agreed upon the amount. The manager there's a piece of work also. That is why I like going, and highly suggest going to the west location. The employees they're are very knowledgeable and very upfront about everything and they're more willing help people when needed.

Frazer was very patient and helpful to me. He gets a 5 STAR!! I shop here all the time and am always a satisfied customer. Thank 2 Aok for the 1/2 off Christmas. It will make my kids extremely happy!

I honestly love to walk.in this place. They always have beautiful name brand purses. The staff are super nice and helpful. The jewelry is always very very reasonable and the selection is plentiful. I run when they have special events. You always get a email of upcoming events. I just can't say enough.I just love this place.

I felt welcome the moment I walked in the door. I visited the jewelry counter to get help on a diamond ring. Bill was very kind and happy to take time to give me an offer even though I was not ready to sell. The whole staff is wonderful and very easy to do business with.

We have a ring that we've pawned a few times at AOk. I missed the deadline for the 90 day interest payment by a few days. I did not even have the total amount when I went in to pay. The ring had already been locked in the managers safe to be pulled from pawn because it was late and they had not heard from me. But...they took the payment I had, pulled it from the safe and allowed me to pay the rest of the interest at a later date. 5stars? I give 10stars! Amazing people working in a field necessary for middle class low income and hard-working people that cannot find Grace with a bank or institution for financial hardship. Thank you.

Id highly recommend going in and asking for Fraze (Big Red). Like we told the owner he's AWESOME!!!! HE DESERVES EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH AND A RAISE!!!! if you want to buy Jewelry from this store, you have to think again and be aware. This store sells you fake jewelry and will never accept returns. I bought the Diamond from here come with Gold, but it is fake. the seller here will say it is "third-party certify". He claimed on other sellers' third party. This store is very liar, and will not take responsibility. Bad and Liar store ever seen.

Oh man, this store is not honest seller. He sold me FAKE JEWELRY, I bought diamond and gold here. After brought them home, I recognize they are not real diamond, and gold is not 14K, I talked to seller, but they will not accept any return. They claim for third party sold to him. I’ve been going to this place for some time now. But recently I brought two tvs both of them went black less than a year of purchasing them and mysteriously my warranty is only for 6 months not a year like I was told by the employee and management can’t do anything about my tvs now . . . Both purchased on separate occasions I brought the second one to replace the first one because I was told that I didn’t have a warranty on the first one which was a lie . I HATE THIS PLACE WORST MANAGEMENT AND THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE TRASH

Buyer Beware. I bought a ring set from here labeled 14k, I had a friend take it back to the same pawnshop to be tested and they told him it was 10k. I confronted them with the receipt which shows 14k and he said it was a mistake. I took it to a professional jeweler and they told me it was 10k. Be careful what you buy or sell here if your gold is not stamped. I would suggest not coming here at all.

Clean, well organized store. My sales associate, Lindsay (just look for the girl in the hat), was super knowledgeable when we purchased two violins. We looked at other pawn shops, but the quality and personable staff brought us back to buy from them. Strongly recommend this location!
