The place is a JOKE !!! Had a lawnmower on web site ordered it and I get the store and I'm told. IT DOESN'T RUN???? W T F. ADVICE FOR ALL. Shop at Kings pawn on North Broadway. Have what you need at a good price .

Worse experience. Done so much business with the old location and this location and crew they have are rude disrespectful and they buy junk nothing that actually has value. I been in couple times withing the past year at the new location and each time was a joke. I can insure that I will not be coming back and this place needs shut down. It takes pride in buying stuff that's broken and lacks value then stuff that worth money.

Not long ago, I bought a gun here. Last week, I was going to start my hunting trip, but found that the gun was broken and could not be used. So I went here to negotiate a return or repair, but they refused. I'm very disappointed. I think my friends and I will never visit their stores again, because the goods they sell are not guaranteed

Overall a decent place to shop but not as good when it comes to doing a pawn, they tend to be extremely frugal when it comes to giving out a loan on a pawn. I have pawned several items with them on numerous occasions and I have been low-balled every time. The location on West Street is a great place to do business with, I just wish this location would step it up to have the service the other locations have.

I went to the pawn shop to take a high end Memphis sub woofer I got it out of car there was fat guy outside smoking and said he what do you got there I told him what it was he said oh nope we don't want it rudly. I know for a fact they sell and buy them because I've done business here many years. I've never seen him in my life I felt very belittled and embarrassed if my husband would of have been there this would never happened. I will never be back there again

Staff members are very helpful, professional, very knowledgeable about the merchandise, store were organized and clean, definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Jack Suiter at the South Broadway A-OK is a ROCKSTAR! I came in to buy a Nintendo Switch and he not only hooked me up with an amazing deal on the console, but also all of the bells and whistles to go along with it! We talked guitars while he was ringing me up and he showed a genuine interest in our conversation. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will be back! 10/10

Saw a post on Facebook for an item I was really interested in they were nice to hold item till I was able to get there. They were super friendly in the store it was clean and the item was in excellent condition.

Mr Billy and his crew at a ok 47th and Broadway are the best in town I am a single mother and I was in scramble for the money I needed to pay off some debt. I used their very convenient mobile app and was able to get in contact with someone about the items I had fairly quickly and efficiently. They truly do take care of their customers. I was able to get the funds I needed and in the process started a great business relationship with Billy and a ok thank you so much for taking care of me!!!!!

Great place to get goods for less . Very helpful staff especially Reina she is amazing when it comes to give good deals always trying to help me with many options . Was in there recently... Saw a roach crawling on the floor. NOT a hissing roach, NOT a wood roach, NOT a Red runner or a Dubia roach... A GERMAN ROACH... You know, the ones you find in some dirty persons' house crawling all over the place. Sometimes next door to you... I don't think I'll buy any household items or electronics from here, thank you.

I just love all the employees at A-OK they are the greatest. Kind, Friendly and very helpful. Jeff and Chris are the best they definitely helped me out.

I brought in some guns to get a loan on them Jeff did his best to get me as close to the amount I needed is he possibly could everybody in the store seems to be very polite and knowledgeable I will definitely be doing more business here.
