Best prices on jewelry repair with fast service and nice staff. I trust this place with my expensive jewelry, The inside was very clean and smelled good. The exterior was very well kept up with no signs of degradation. The other clientele were well spoken and nice. The owner was very knowledgeable and had a good aura about him.

Went in to have my wedding ring resized and the only thing they did was clean it. What a ripoff!

Went in to get me and my girl a piece with our names on it and decided we wanted the display piece PAT size and he said $500. Paid him $1000 for both pieces and decided to text me saying it’ll be $250 extra for my girls Pat size necklace since I was ok with downsizing my piece from a previous convo we had —mine would stay 500. But when I brought up on the receipt it said 2 Pat size $500 each totaling $1000. Which I paid in full. Didn’t even finance. But over the phone he said he knows he said that but the gold is more and if I don’t like the price change then I can come get my money back and I did. It’s the principle of things and how you run a business I felt like a number and i was only a price tag to them. Granted I heard good things about this place and my mom knows him personally. I’ll take my business elsewhere it’s a shame cause he does have some nice pieces. Just poor customer service when it comes to a total price and it was paid in full why charge me out of nowhere $250 more. It was all on paper ! Can’t really read his handwriting but the pic says 2 Pat 10kt and the names and price and then he marked it paid which is the word scribbled and circled. If it’s paid why am I paying more out of pocket 😭

I really don't want to give them a 1 star. I went in to repair my necklace that needed an extension. Let me tell you horrible decision I ever made in my life. I spend over 300 for my boyfriend necklace which was a remembrance to his son and they jacked up my necklace gave me a silver extension and the necklace was 18 gold. They act like it was ok to do that and damage the end piece of my necklace. I had to go to Kay jewelry and get it repair. I will never use there service and if you go please take a picture of your item. Very disappointed 😞

Was quoted a price over email, then got there and we told another price. They honored the quoted price. I took in personalized rings to be sized, the lettering was black. He never told me they'd look different when I pick them up. The lettering is not black anymore. If I knew that would happen I wouldn't of taken them in. Why wouldn't you tell a customer that? I had to call to see if my order was done, they didn't call me. Very disappointed.

The lack of communication when it came to my rings not being perfect affected the way my bridal set turned out. A simple call would have prevented frustration when there is now a gap in my bridal set that could be avoided not having them sauntered together.

Keep losing the pin in my watch been there a few times I think they thought I was doing something on purpose, but I was not if I hit my arm just right the pin would come out.
