I went to sell silver and gold, different types of jewelry. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and helpful, he seemed to be very knowledgeable. I feel that what they offered me was fair, and I excepted their offer and sold the items they would purchase. Some items I had were plated and they do not take plated items, they need to be solid of the types of metals that they are made from. Overall it was a quick and pleasant experience. I had noticed a Jonny cash record he had which sparked an awesome conversation with even more awesome stories. I could sit and chat with him for hours. I have used this place for years and buy years I mean like a decade.....yes they have a very nice spacious location they were there way before Cabelas and other additions made....but they treat u Right the First time and Everytime u come in you get a feeling like seeing a Friend Ryan the owner is great guy with a heart of actual .999 gold. Stop in as soon as u can I only suggest and recommend this place !!!!!!!

Don't waste time and money online, this place has the best prices. Just pennies over spot. Plus, a laid-back atmosphere and great service from super knowledgeable folks. Selection varies from week to week, but that just makes me want to go back.

went in there to sell some stuff and we werent greeted when we walked in one guy was literally just texting or playing games on his phone and noone even asked if we needed help..very rude.

Decent prices, but products are confusingly scattered, and give the appearance of a museum afterthought rather than a functional store.
