My wife went here yesterday to replace a necklace that had broken. This has been the her ritual for years with Moonstone. Once the necklace breaks, it's usefulness has expired and she replaces it with a new one. She said that upon entering she immediately felt under suspicion. The employees followed her around and hovered over her at all times as if she was going to steal. She was looking to purchase more than just the necklace but felt unwelcome and was not able to look around comfortably. So she bought the necklace and left. The negative energy really bothered her to the point she may not go back when that time comes again. It's really sad because we have always felt relaxed and welcome in the past. If this is how you prevent shoplifting you should reconsider treating all customers as potential thieves. If that is not your motive then retraining your staff to not be so overbearing would be wise. I really hope you can get the energy right in this new location so you can still be that place that is welcoming and relaxed. Much love.

Absolutely LOVE this store. The environment is calming and welcoming. Staff is very knowledgeable. Karla(owner, sorry if I got name wrong) introduced us to a singing pyramid. We ended up buying one. She is very kind and full of positive energy! If you are in the area, check out her shop. She has TONS of herbs, bring your own jar for slightest discounted price!

I went in for a reading, and felt pretty light and airy before I went in. After shopping around for a bit I realized I wasn’t able to look at anything without a staff member hovering near. Huge vibe killer. At one point a staff member actually took what I was looking at and moved it to the counter where he was and said I could look at it there instead. Idk if they suspected me of stealing, but they sure treated me like it, which is why I didn’t purchase anything but my reading. While the reading itself was fine, I did have to sit through this woman mimicking my mannerisms in a condescending way as she explained the reading. She basically said that my happy outward appearance was just a facade and I needed to be more real with people. Truth was, I had just received amazing news and was in a great mood, so I was being bubbly and personable, as most people are when they are bursting with excitement. Without asking, she also assumed I needed her advice about how to not have such a “fake happy” outward appearance. It was all pretty laughable.

I was super excited to come to the new location today. Upon first impression it was very clean, looked great, and I was greeted immediately by a seemingly friendly staff. Each staff member asked if we needed help handling anything, which I appreciated. However, one of the shopkeepers asked my partner if they needed help, and upon walking off started talking rudely about how awkward our energies were to the other staff members. It felt very off putting, and saddening to hear the staff talk badly about us especially after putting on a friendly front. Walking in, my energy felt calm and happy, leaving I felt very dampened. Which is ironic given the typical high frequencies I tend to feel from other metaphysical shops. Overall, my first impression was good, and I am glad Wichita has this shop to purchase items from. But I hope they address the energy and customer service of the staff.

An inspirational shop in Delano that is so much more than just a store, on Douglas between McLean and the clock tower roundabout. Here is a Wichita highlight that has a vast inventory of metaphysical products and gifts that are beautifully merchandised, making it an incredible place to visit. Readings and classes are also offered that are oriented around healing and spirituality. Staff and ownership are also incredibly welcoming and engaging, adding to the experience of each trip inside. I give my highest recommendation to all Wichita residents and visitors to stop by and check out Moonstone.

What an amazing shop! This was my 1st time and I will definitely be back. Employees were all so helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely nice. My questions were gladly answered with a smile. No bad vibes amongst them! Such a pleasure to enjoy all the positive feelings while perusing beautiful jewelry, crystals, aromatic teas, & much more. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! P.S. Don't forget to have your aura read while there! 1st time for my daughter and I. Amazing how spot on they were for both of us!

I am surprised by the one star reviews for this place! There are many wonderful metaphysical stores in Wichita! With the recent pandemic, things have been hard for all small businesses! So much negativity in the world, MoonStone has been a great place to get away! If you have had a bad experience in the past you really need to talk to Karla about it. She has been working wonderfully with her family to insure the best experience, while still being safe. The business is family owned and ran! Her husband and her children are great at trying to help you with your own personal path, and experiences! If you haven't been in recently go in and talk to them! They are very interested in your journey!

Moonstone is the Chuck E. Cheese for adults I kid you not! So much fun to look around and instead of coins you get to play with rocks and crystals! Smells amazing always! The owners and staff are wonderful and super informative! Most of my beautiful rings come from here and they always have new, neat, and unique items!

I absolutely love the vibe. I called for sphere holders and they had lots to choose from when I went it. They showed me all sorts of options and gave me ideas. Very helpful and patient while I picked out a couple rings and answered all my questions. I will definitely be returning.

Absolutely my favorite store in Wichita! I always feel the best vibes inside and hate to leave! Not only is the staff friendly and helpful, but they are so knowledgeable and really take time to explain anything you have questions about. I appreciated the personal shopping assistant during the height of covid pandemic and felt very safe and comfortable in their store. I also have always enjoyed the diversity of different paths, cultures and backgrounds that are not only invited and accepted, but celebrated. I am so grateful for the store and staff and I enjoy every shopping experience and class. I will forever recommend this store and their classes to anyone! I'm very proud to have introduced several friends to this amazing store! 10 out of 10. Beyond thrilled every. single. time.

My sweetie and I made a special trip here from Salina. Well worth the drive!!! Awesome & helpful staff, great vibe in the store, no pushy sales, just a pleasant and relaxing time. We learned a lot, and spent a lot. WORTH IT!!!!
