The band in my wedding ring snapped, so I took it to Christopher to be repaired. He informed me that the thingies that hold diamonds were also wearing down, and I got those fixed as well. He had it completed and looking shiny and new in less than a week! In a few days, my band broken again. I took it back and not only did he fixed it, but he strengthened it for me so it wouldn't break again at no extra charges. I am so impressed with level of service and dedication to customer satisfaction I received.

I’m not one to write these kinds of things often, but I was amazed with not only the work Chris did for my watch and ring, but moreover his professionalism and politeness. Not a lot of folks like that anymore. Greeted with smile, eye contact, and a genuine concern about how to make his customers as happy as possible. What a wonderful experience! My engagement ring broke and instead of taking it back to the big box store I bought it from, I wanted to shop small. I'm so glad I did! I went to see Chris Daniel’s because I had 2watches that needed batteries. I saw a necklace in a case and loved it. It was silver and gold with a heart and a round opal in the middle. Since it was close to my birthday I decided to put it on layaway until I could afford to pay for it, which he worked with me on that. I paid it off today and wore it home. I love it. I will keep going back to his store in the future.

I was in town and needed a watch battery changed for my Father and Chris Daniel's was on it! In and out in less than 19 minutes for a very reasonable price. While looking around the shop, I noticed very unique sports related jewelry and things for the ladies too!

I went to Chris to have my wedding sized to get ready for my wedding. He sized it and it still didn't fit right He assured me that it was sized to a 4.5. A couple days later my diamond fell out of the center. I took the diamond and the ring back to him to fix. I told this wasn't something he could do in his shop and he had to send it out.... You call yourself a Jeweler.

Went in to get ring sized, was happy to support someone local who owned his business, but then was told it would be 380 dollars to just size a ring up one size,called around, 2 different shops and stopped at another all were under 80dollars ,got it done for 60,yeah not today bud,.....update on review, the shop I chose to resize my ring is where Christopher would have sent my ring they said , and they did it for 80bucks,they said he sends alot of his that he can't do himself, lol what a joke
