I always love to walk through this store. Checking out what new style would look best on me. Now granted I can't afford anything in this store, but none of that will keepe from dreaming about maybe one day. Staff is always friendly and must get frequent people like me.

Loved my luxurious experience here!!

Went there with wife today to purchase new bag. Greeted by the mask police salesperson. They lost their sale to Dillard's who has the same bag but no mask police. Shame to loose a $500 sale over a mask. Nobody else in mall is enforcing. Wont be back. Dillard's for coach from now on.

I went in here over the weekend searching for the perfect bag but wasn’t able to find anything. Not to any fault of Coach but I am just extremely picky. Shaquayla was wonderful and suggested bags that had features I was looking for instead of just randomly recommending things to try and make a sale. She took my information and let me know that a new collection was launching soon and she would let me know if she saw anything I might like! She was extremely helpful but not pushy. Thank you Shaquaylah, you’re awesome!!!!

Not a bad place I guess, not my cup of tea personally, those are some kind of pricey items they have in there but I suppose if that was your thing it'd be fine. The women were very pleasant and the store was clean and orderly, so I guess it was exactly what a mall store should be, a place where you can actually see a product firsthand and feel the material and decide for yourself.
