Today
I
was
extremely
disappointed
in
the
care
my
family
and
I
received
from
AFC
Urgent
Care.
It
was
completely
packed
and
they
were
super
busy,
which
is
understandable.
We
waited
patiently,
as
we
always
do.
My
2
girls
and
I
had
to
use
the
restroom,
but
come
to
find
out
there
was
no
toilet
paper.
I
went
to
the
front
desk
where
there
were
4
ladies
up
front,
one
was
on
the
phone
AND
assisting
patients
at
check
out.
The
other
3
were
standing
and
talking
to
each
other.
As
I
continued
to
wait
patiently,
all
3
of
the
ladies
went
to
a
Doorway
to
continue
to
finish
their
conversation,
instead
of
having
at
least
one
of
them
assist
me.
So,
I
continued
to
wait.
When
I
realized
I
wasn't
going
to
get
any
help,
I
had
to
leave
the
facility
to
take
my
girls
to
Walmart
to
use
the
restroom.
Before
leaving,
I
was
completely
frustrated
and
had
to
inform
my
husband,
whom
was
waiting
with
our
son,
that
I
had
to
take
the
girls
elsewhereto
use
the
restroom.
A
patient
heard
me
and,
with
surprise,
informed
me
she
had
already
told
staff
there
was
no
toilet
paper
in
the
restroom.
Such
a
shame!
Once
we
were
called
back,
we
all
were
tested
for
the
flu.
Dr.
Mansoor
came
in
and
stated,
"You
ALL
tested
positive
for
the
flu.
I'm
immunocompromised,
so
you
all
need
to
put
your
masks
on!"
How
completely
rude!
Not
only
that,
but
we
already
had
our
masks
on,
except
my
2
year
old
son!
We
are
the
patients,
and
for
you
to
come
in
and
make
it
seem
like
we
chose
your
career
choice
and
we
need
to
only
protect
you
is
completely
selfish!
We
came
in
to
get
help
in
feeling
better.
Not
for
a
doctor
to
come
in
and
make
it
seem
like
her
health
was
more
important
than
ours.
That's
disgusting!
You're
a
doctor,
so
act
like
one!
Not
only
did
she
say
that,
but
asked
if
I
had
questions
and
when
I
did,
she
interrupted
me
and
walked
out
when
I
still
had
a
question.
I
had
concerns
about
my
daughters
eye,
and
not
once
did
she
take
a
look
at
it.
She
brushed
it
off
and
said
it
was
because
she
has
the
flu.
Once
we
were
rushed
out,
after
patiently
waiting
for
our
turn,
we
had
to
find
a
pharmacy
for
the
medication
we
needed.
Once
we
got
lucky
with
one,
we
were
informed
by
the
pharmacy
that
Dr.
Mansoor
mixed
the
dosage
up
with
our
2
year
old
and
5
year
old
and
they
could
not
fill
their
meds.
My
2
little
ones
have
it
the
worst
with
their
symptoms
and
I
feel
extremely
frustrated
and
sad
that
I
can't
help
them
out.
All
because
we
were
rushed
and
AFC
did
not
take
their
time
with
my
family
and
I.
I
have
been
here
before,
multiple
times,
and
yet,
I've
never
been
so
angry
and
disappointed,
until
today!
