After I was scheduled here for imaging to troubleshoot a recent foot surgery, I read the reviews and was a little worried. Thankfully I had an excellent experience. The place was clean, the people were nice, the process was painless, not a lot of paperwork even though I'd never been there before and the tech was a great guy. He explained everything thoroughly answered all my questions very carefully and was extremely helpful. I arrived 15min before my appointment time and was in my scan 2min before my appointment time. I elected to wait for the disk and it took about 10min and I was out the door. Less than an hour passed from entering the parking lot to exiting the parking lot.

One star only because ZERO wasn't an option! This circus is run by clowns! HORRIBLE customer service skills! There's no rhyme or reason to the way they do things! They're rude and have no compassion! I was accompanying a friend and a lady walked in who was told she was added to the schedule today to be seen at 9am. My friend was scheduled at 9am so they double booked an appointment. Told my friend to "be on time" (their first visit/appointment) or they wouldn't be seen today and THEY WERE 30 MINUTES LATE not to mention the lady who called my friend back stated "they forgot to mark STAT" as they took my friend back! Everyone there seemed like they couldn't be bothered and it was ALL about the money! They DON'T CARE about your health or well being by the way they treat you! Not to mention this place is just FILTHY!! I would certainly NOT recommend this place!! I've never been to a place where they seemed so clueless!! They DEFINITELY need new management or something to get the place running like a business!! EVERYONE there NEEDS to be trained on how to treat a human being that's for sure! Also while sitting in the waiting room? The front desk clerk was talking to one of her co-workers and said "Great! We just lost a client"... THAT was so unprofessional to say that in front of God and everybody to hear especially with patients sitting in the waiting room! I'm just disgusted with this place! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

The staff here is amazing!! After hours and hours of calling places to try to get an MRI done and not have to wait weeks to get it they got us in on a cancellation within 24 hours. Friendly and quick!!

I had a poor experience day of appointment with front staff but was later contacted by Jamie who helped me with my inquiries to our account. I appreciate the time Jamie took to speak with us and provide the support we were requesting.

My experience getting the actual MRI was ok, but the customer service was the worst. I have a medical sharing plan - it's not technically insurance, but for the 6+ years I've used thus coverage, no Healthcare office or facility has had any trouble understanding or using it. It always bills just like insurance, and I told them that at my MRI appointment. They kept telling me it didn't and wouldn't let me keep my appointment unless I paid the upfront out of pocket cost and signed the form saying I was self-pay. I waited so long for my MRI which I needed to show the herniated disc in my spine that was compressing my sciatic nerve. Anyone who has dealt with that injury or chronic nerve pain before understands how excruciating it is and how important it is to get the MRI. A neurosurgeon or even pain specialists won't even see you until you have images for them. All that to say, they billed me that night for self-pay and billed my health share company as well. I've been calling for months to get it straightened out. All I ever got was excuses and the run around. Nobody wants to admit they handled it incorrectly. My medical share plan had a pre-set write-off agreement that was about $300 less than what I paid up front. Not only have they refused to refund me, they say they billed my medical share company as a courtesy to me. Terrible management and customer service. Steer clear. They take advantage of people at their weakest, and that is despicable.

Convenient appointment scheduling after normal business hours. The MRI was a fascinating experience. I barely felt the insertion of the IV for the contrast dye. Ashley was very professional & answered all of my questions. Highly recommended.

I have been to this establishment 4 previous times. Every time I have needed a pay plan and have always paid on time. This does not matter any more. Over the last 2 months I have been to a doctor at least 3 times a week and 4 times for a couple of weeks. This has cost over $3000 with the emergency room included. I have emptied my savings. I was still able to scrap together $100 for the appointment. They refused to see me with this. They said I could make another appointment when I had the money. This means I will continue in pain with no diagnosis. I finally pulled out my grocery money so I could get some help. I am really happy that all of them are able to keep more than $4000 in their savings at all times, but most people are not. I used to brag on this facility, recommending them always. This will no longer happen.

Just got off the phone after attempting to make an appointment for an MRI but the lady was so condescending, rude and just made me feel so uncomfortable that I decided this establishment wasn’t even worth the time or energy. Here’s a tip, working in a field where you are dealing with peoples lives and health maybe have a little more empathy and less terrible attitude. I’m thankful I didn’t even have to come here once to figure out what kind of place this is, and judging by the overall reviews sitting at 3 stars with most being negative I can safely assume this is the normal here.

Awful customer service. Gave 3 hours ONLY to confirm an appt and they had only called ONCE and took me off the the schedule. Lady was rude! Not to mention my husband and I have taken off work to make this appointment and arranged childcare. Most people work 8 to 5 jobs and cannot confirm within a 3 hour time frame from the time of notification of needed confirmation.

First they wanted me to pay approx $1500 out of pocket to even have the MRI done, even though it was due to a car accident and I have insurance. The worst part was the prep for the MRI with contrast. I have a HIGH pain tolerance. But this process led me to tears because of the pain. They couldnt find the correct location for the needle to administer the contrast in my shoulder so they had to reposition the needle at least 10 different times, and at one point they hit bone. I cried out and had tears streaming down my face. That's when they finally decided to being in a REAL Dr to do it who got it on the first try. Not to mention that they don't tell you how much you would have to pay out of pocket (totally disregarding your copay) until the day of the appointment. And the front desk lady, I think her name was Jamie, is EXTREMELY rude and has no place working in customer service. Seems to me that she has had a lot of complaints. Never again!!!

Trash services. They cancelled my appointment and tried to reschedule half a month out. Chad Rowell “ manager” tried lying about a conversation we had the previous day. Go somewhere else it will be cheaper!

Not a good experience. I was referred by my PCP and this place called me on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment 4 days later. I showed up for the appointment they made and they said that I was not on the schedule. They told me if I wanted to complain to call back on Monday. The receptionist's attitude was unprofessional. I asked my PCP for a referral elsewhere.

A fine location, patients can now have their driver wait inside, which is nice the parking lot at night isn't the safest feeling. They'll redo the image CD and send the info to DR.

I'm not sure why there's such bad reviews. My experience was amazing! I was very nervous and kept waiting for the negatives, but they never did happen .

We had a great experience, Chad the manager was empathetic and listened to our needs and made sure we were taken care of when no one else in the Wichita area was able or willing to. The entire staff communicated fantastically and followed up and made sure we didn’t have any questions. Thank you!!

Do not let the 3 stars sway your direction. I have had nothing but good experiences with this facility. Anywhere from the process of completing imaging to having the facility send my imaging to other doctors. 5/5. Shout out to Chad in patient records for being so kind & explaining multiple options for obtaining my records to me.

The staff here is awesome! Chad helped me get in faster in cancellation list. They made sure all was well with my pre authorization and noticed me if what to be expected when I come in for the tests. Really an awesome place and they are much more affordable than hospital facilities!! Remember that and always check first yourself!! Best place in Wichita!!

😠 I've seen both Dr. Morgan (before he retired) and Dr. Rainbolt several years prior. Dr. Morgan was fantastic and performed a conical to remove precancerous/cancerous cells. He was great, professional, and quick. Dr. Rainbolt on the other hand not so much. She's sweet and bubbly but when she did th...
