Surgery staff prior to surgery were okay. They were all very dry, no sense of humor. People should understand that it's okay if a patient is nervous and joking that comforts them. Knowing your patient is also part of their care. The post-op nurse was HORRID!!!! If you don't want to work, then stay home. I didn't realize that the last patient of the day is such a chore at 11 am.

Full disclosure I am a health professional empolyed at another facility. The care and attention to detail demonstrated by the staff from dietary aide to physicians is some of the best I have ever seen or worked with. My medical problems, stable normally were carefully monitored. My pain control was excellent ( Total Knee Replacement) . I had the luxury of a slower day and I asked staff how they liked their jobs. And I was answered honestly they are reasonablely satisfied there. This reflects down to the care that is given delivered . This is a excellent facility I can recommend it and the people who staff it without any reservations

The care was fine, but the business department was horrible. They called and said they needed $2000.00 up front and then day later said they needed $5000.00. I told them I had already paid the $2000 and they stated that must have been for someone else. After my surgery the business office was rude and said I should have told them that I had already paid $2,000 as they are not capable of figuring out what they have already collected. I called and said I needed at least $2000 back and they said that this was not possible until insurance had cleared. I told them that the 7000 was more than the total bill with no insurance. When I called them again they said they issued a $4500 credit but could not credit it back to the credit card and I would just have to wait for the check to arrive in the mail. They have no sense of the frustration the patient goes through when they keep your money tied up and other doctors are wanting to get paid. I will ask for another surgery center next time

Amazing! My husband just had surgery 9/19/2022 on his knee which was an absolute mess. It took about 3 hours for the surgery and we was in recovery for a few hours, only reason we were in recovery longer, was because of my husbands vitals, which is pretty common just because surgery is a big deal, big or small. However, this place was so Dedicated, Devoted, Kind, and just overall Great people! The place was very clean, they offered beverages, and even had like a little resturant type place inside for the people waiting for their loved ones. I was super impressed. The Nurses during pre-op and recovery were Sweet and kind, and just Very very sympathetic! Overall, these are how and what nurses are supposed to be like, GREAT GREAT Job guys! The Anestegiologists, Were very informative, Dedicated to their patients, made sure they were comfortable and walked you through every procedure and the process of it. It wasnt a Wam, Bam, Thank you Maam like a lot of my expierences. They generally wanted to make sure everything was going well. Front Desk, These ladies are who you see first as you walk in the door, any place you go to, they are the ones thats going to tell you if its going to be ok. In my view, I feel as though if you have a great expierence with the Receptionists, than you may just be okay. They are what the patients see first, so its important to get that good 1st impression. They were GREAT! They made you feel right at home, and comfortable. They answered all the questions you have, and if they didn't know the answer, they would find it. So it was a VERY good impression. Great Job girls! The building was very calm, clean and comfortable. They have like a little resturant inside, however i am not sure about the costs in there as we didn't have money or anything to go inside and eat or anything, but what I could tell it was a very nice little place, and actually very first time I seen any type of surgery center have one. :) Most importantly, the whole team, Surgeon and surgery staff and anyone who I may have missed. outstanding work!! I would absolutely Refer all of our family and friends at this location. If I could leave a 100* star review I most definetly leave one. They deserve it. So Thank you so SO SO VERY MUCH! You guys did an Outstanding job, and for that you guys may not hear it much, but thank you so much for all the kind words, the information and caring for my husband the way you guys did. You guys are the PERFECT example how medical professionals should treat their patients. You all did a great job with everything. Much Love to all of you!!! The surgery and recovery center is amazing. The staff is very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They were there for my every need. And as a bonus the food was very good. Not typical hospital food. The facility is very clean and the room was spacious. The pt staff was very informative as they put me to the test. What more could I ask for.

The treatment at the surgery center after my total knee replacement was wonderful! The nurses, food service, and therapy were top notch. They were so friendly and I never had to wait when I asked for anything. You all were wonderful and I would recommend you to everyone. Thank you so much!

My impressions are mixed. While the facility is too-notch, the experience I had the first night after a total knee replacement was AWFUL. I had nausea and dizziness after sedation, then while I was in the bathroom I fainted; the nurse wasn’t watching me as she should have. Luckily the knee was fine. Then, after taking my pain pill, I threw up. All these side effects are common after major surgery, but somehow none of the nursing staff knew how to handle it. When my knee started hurting, the nurse’s aid refused to give me more pain medicine. I had THROWN UP everything in my stomach. How hard would it have been to add something to the IV instead of giving me pills? I called them and called them. After 4 hours I finally got more pain pills. By then I was hurting so badly that I had started punching the bed with my hand to focus on something else. I left with bruises on my hand. When I told the day nurse what had happened she said the side hadn’t “written down” that I threw up. Wow. How about listening to your patient? It was pretty traumatic and I checked out early knowing that I couldn’t trust them to control the pain.

My mom was in the recovery center for knee replacement. They did such a wonderful job taking care of her. This is a caring dedicated staff you need for any major surgery pre and post op care.

Full disclosure: The scope this review is based solely on a single MRI visit experience that was billed through work comp so there was no billing experience. I had accompanied a family member here for their appointment and was pleasantly surprised at the process and the location. The place was very clean, the people were friendly and helpful and the wait time was near zero. Everything from the scheduling to the actual exam to the receipt of all promised information and items was polite and quick.

They were amazing! Everyone from medical staff to cafe staff were friendly, paitent, pleasant. They were professional, knowledgeable & efficient.

The staff is AMAZING! Compassionate, caring and knowledgeable...I am so happy with my care here. I've had 2 knee replacement her, both with Dr. Enns who is fantasic. My until nurses and CNAs as well as pre-op and post-op were fantastic too. Dietary is so kind and compassionate. I truly can not sy anything bad about my experiences with this facility

First time at this surgery center today and the care given was awesome! Everyone is very friendly from the check in area to the nurses in preop all the way to recovery. Very personable staff. Was in and out quickly for my surgery.

My girl at the check in was not very kind or welcoming but everyone else was very kind and professional. My overnight nurse Katie was phenomenal.
