My
wife
had
a
stroke,
and
was
sent
here.
They
inforced
visiting
hours
8
to
8.
I
drove
everyday
for
2
weeks
from
the
Oklahoma
border.
Exhausted
most
of
my
resources
and
ended
up
sleeping
in
my
car
at
the
nearest
24
hour
laundromat
before
they
informed
me
that
other
patients
were
allowed
overnight
visitors.
That
totally
ended
my
4
kids
Christmas,
and
this
was
just
the
beginning
of
the
problems
that
they
caused.
My
wife
told
me
never
to
leave
her
alone
again
there,
because
of
highly
questionable
behavior
by
staff
that
scared
her,
broke
her
trust,
and
fought
with
her
husband
of
30
years
and
advocate.
They
flat
out
ignored
me
as
though
I
didn't
even
exist
until
my
wife
repeated
my
words.
We've
had
to
threaten
leaving
the
facility
AMA.
Were
only
waiting
one
more
day
so
we
can
leave
with
her
prescriptions
but
I'm
having
my
doubts
about
it
panning
out.
I've
already
had
to
dismiss
one
of
these
Doctors.
Daily
I'm
shocked
about
more
bad
treatment.
I
was
employed
in
a
hospital
and
ER,
so
I'm
not
a
stranger
to
bedside
manner,
or
hospital
protocol.
Never
again
will
I
trust
this
establishment,
or
allow
any
loved
ones
to
come
here.
I
will
not
be
using
this
establishment
for
her
aftercare.
Oklahoma
city,
here
we
come.
Her
Dr
attacked
me
for
allowing
her
to
have
coffee,
yet
her
Dr
had
coffee
on
every
breakfast
tray
of
hers
even
after
she
reprimanded
her
patients
husband,
advocate,
and
elder.
She
also
complained
about
her
having
tea
yet
same
thing,
she
had
tea
on
EVERY
lunch
tray
even
after
the
fact.
This
establishment
reminds
me
of
a
trainwreck
in
slow
motion.
I
understand
video
monitoring
in
case
of
patient
fall.
But
that
system
was
considered
a
sitter
for
understaffing.
And
when
her
husband
is
present
24/7
to
assist,
wasn't
it
time
to
move
the
camera
out?
Nope,
they
used
it
to
infringe
on
any
and
all
privacy
for
the
remainder
of
our
time.
Visitors
treated
like
insects.
The
trays
were
always
cold,
and
the
kitchen
staff
was
not
friendly.
Nurses
Aids
believes
it
is
ok
to
argue
with
family
members
in
front
of
the
patients
in
their
rooms.
They'll
ask
you
a
question,
then
talk
right
over
you
when
you
attempt
to
respond.
I've
been
hit
by
the
door
daily
by
staff
who
refuse
to
knock
first,
and
I'm
in
my
50's,
when
I
remind
them
to
knock,
they
lie
and
say
they
did.
I
found
out
they
understaffed
themselves
on
the
12th
of
November
when
they
let
go
of
every
employee
that
refused
the
Corona
virus
shot
for
Religious
purposes.
I
read
the
staff
is
the
lowest
paid
in
their
field,
and
turnover
rates
are
high.
Ascension
via
christi
is
an
all
profit
organization.
Their
visitors
trays
are
$10
yet
worth
$2.
They
like
to
scan
aspirin
cream
into
my
wife's
billing
computer
whether
she
used
it
or
not.
Their
pastor
came
only
to
talk
about
living
will
and
power
of
attorney,
not
our
father
who
art
in
heaven.
