After
a
week
in
the
hospital,
only
needed
a
wheel
chair.
Spoke
with
them
at
115
pm
on
Friday,
was
notified
that
they
couldn't
get
a
hold
of
insurance
(leading
into
holiday
weekend,
no
big
deal...)
but
they
said,not
an
issue.
I'll
just
sign
a
waiver
and
they'll
call
right
after
the
holiday
and
get
it
sorted.
Awesome!
And
if
not,
I
would
pay
the
$85
for
a
month
rental.
I
said,
ok,
let's
do
that.
I
will
be
there
before
5
to
pick
up
the
chair,
we're
working
on
discharge.
Show
up
just
about
4pm.
Was
told
it
wasn't
ready
bc
I
didn't
call
to
let
them
know.
Well,
that
was
a
lie,
I
said
I'd
be
in
that
day
to
pick
it
up,
go
ahead
and
set
everything
up.
Then,
I
wait
around
for
10-15
minutes
to
get
the
"most
up
to
date
information"
the
chair
wasn't
ready,
and
they
couldn't
get
a
hold
of
insurance
but
I
could
sign
a
waiver
and
just
pay
the
$85.
I
explained
that
wasn't
at
all
what
wasn't
explained
to
me
on
the
phone.
The
chair
was
supposed
to
be
ready
and
there
would
be
an
attempt
to
work
with
insurance
after
the
holiday,
if
not,
I
would
agree
to
pay
the
$85.
Then
again,
"the
most
up
to
date
information"
stated
that
they
couldn't
bill
insurance
AFTER
the
pickup
and
I
would
just
have
to
pay.
That's
not
"the
most
up
to
date
information"
that's
just
giving
out
the
wrong
information.
Ended
up
leaving
and
owning
a
chair
for
$100.
Yes,
it's
more,
but
I
wasn't
going
to
give
money
to
any
place
that
either
has
liars
or
poor
quality
assurance
for
their
workers.
Please
don't
waste
the
time
of
people
coming
to
you
for
medical
needs.
I
stood
behind
a
gentleman
that
had
no
idea
what
was
going
on
for
a
breathing
apparatus
he
needed.
Apparently
the
prescription
had
items
that
came
with
hoses,
but
the
script
also
added
the
hoses
too.
"Well,
what
do
you
need
then?"
"I
don't
know,
I
just
need
what's
on
the
prescription..."
"Well,
can
you
go
to
the
waiting
area
and
call
and
figure
it
out?"
Jeeze...great
customer
service.
No
one
looked
at
the
script
and
saw
it
had
"doubles"
and
called
back?
Thankfully
I
haven't
seen
a
pharmacy
act
like
this...
