Dr Porter (sports medicine) is the best doctor I have ever been to in my entire life. I have several rare conditions that the average MD knows nothing about, which makes it hard for me to get help. I'm used to being either completely dismissed or sent on my way with no options. That was not the case this time - Porter took his time to listen and understand. He knows his stuff and asked all the right questions. He didn't treat me like I was crazy. I don't think I've EVER had one appointment where I was able to discuss all my issues, and get answers, and have a plan, and go over my history, and get x-rays/blood work, and talk to someone knowledgeable about all my syndromes, AND feel heard. In all my 40 years of life, I've had to be my own doctor because it just doesn't happen. But it happened here, and that's because of Dr. Porter. I saw Dr. Dagg as well, who was also amazing!! Still in shock and so grateful for this experience. Excited to return in 6 weeks, and feeling a little less hopeless now <3

Dr Porter and his helpers were the best and far exceeded my expectations. I can tell they cared about my situation and listened to me and reviewed my recent previous medical records in details. I was able to get many of my questions answered that we're not answered by other doctors. My experience with the clinic was very good.

It was not good at all I set on my bed for 2 hours for the bathroom and with fall risk and I.V going I peed the bed to and I thought I would get out of bed they would come alarms going off. Also and a teche Let me fall in bath room yes I told the R.N

Dr. Porter was the first medical professional to make me feel heard. He seems to genuinely care about his patients, which I have found to be a rare quality in the modern medical field.

Dr. Porter & his staff always deliver honest, efficient, & considerate care! Unlike my mother's care in MICU when she was suffocated April 12, 2011 with an NG tube that curled in her throat. All of the staff "covered up" the event! 😡 Still plan to make the "accident" & "cover up" known to the regulatory agencies.

Dr Cleland was so amazing. He explained everything and made us feel comfortable and confident. Andrea was so patient and helpful with the MRI and follow ups

We have nothing but compliments for Dr Porter, Dr Klug, Mark, and Andrea. Everyone we have come in contact with has been so kind, caring, and has given us complete confidence in the treatment plan for my son’s spinal fractures. They took time and answered all our questions. My son is an athlete and they spoke in his “sports language”. They understood he was losing the remainder of his Senior football season and gave him hope that he could rehab and be back for wrestling. We appreciate everything you are doing for Bryson!

All the Dr's and Nurses were very kind and thorough. . I appreciated the top level care that I received.

Dr Porter is great. He listens and is very knowledgeable. I wouldn't still be running if not for his expertise.

First off the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The doctors were helpful and nice. The problem we had was that the treatment we received had some side effects that turned out to be normal thankfully! But we left the office and these side effects started and really scared us. (In lays our problem) When trying to call the office the only way to talk to a person was to say I was a doctor or the pharmacy. There needs to be a heart beat to get ahold of!!

All aspects have been very, very good. Only complaint is that I had to wait in a room for a very long time before Seeing the physicians.

The doctors was very professional and took time to explain what treatment would help me and made sure that I understand what they was talking about.

Dr. Porter in Sports medicine is amazing. I appreciate his concern and stick to itness. He never is judging but strives to solve the problem. He is an excellent teacher to his students but diligently watches what they do so as not to make mistakes. I would recommend him and his staff for their professionalism and bedside manner.

Dr. Porter is the best! He relates with athletes and gets them back on the field/court as fast as possible while being safe.

Dr. Porter and his team have been so great in working to help my dgtr recover from an ankle injury. They take their time, answer questions and genuinely care to provide the best and safest tx options. For the first time we have hope she may finally get the relief and healing she needs. Been very happy with the care we received here.

I had a sonogram done for a shoulder instead of an MRI. This was a much more pleasant experience.

If I could give this place a zero I would! Im new to town, and I am looking to establish a new a primary care physician. I was recently seen by the sports medicine clinic, and the staff were really nice so I decided to become a patient and find a primary care doctor with this institution. I called today to establish care, and I spoke lisa over the phone. They put me on hold, and that was fine so I waited. After waiting about 5 mins lisa came back on the phone and started taking my info, and in the middle of that she put me on hold. I waited about five minutes, and hung to call back and i tried to explain, to the lady I had spoken to earlier, that I was in the middle of making my first appointment, and she had put me on hold. The lady was really rude, and could care less and said we have patients please hold. I held for about 3 minutes, and then hung up the phone, & called back and when they answered the phone someone whispered into the phone then hung up in my face. When I called back & spoke to Jami, i told her someone hung up in my face, and wanted to get everyone's name who were answering the phone so that i could speak to the manager. Jamie then put me on hold. This literally went on for almost 30 mins. I was not able to make an appointment, or speak to the manager. I will not be establishing care with this place anymore due to the lack of professionalism. I advise you to look elsewhere if you are looking to be treated with the respect you deserve as a paying customer.

Dr. Porter is amazing. I love watching him interact with his Fellows and Residents as he explains why the patient is there, how the treatment works and then guides them through it. I don’t mind having the Fellows & Residents examine me or give me trigger point and Botox injections because he guides them through the process so carefully and it’s a good experience for them.

I had a great bunch of Doctors take wonderful care of me. I went in for PRP in my hip they did such a great job I hardly felt anything. I did have some pain that night so I iced it and it felt better the next morning. The second day I felt better with a little stinging once in a while by the third day I felt a lot better. The third and fourth day I felt better than I had in months. Now I am a farm girl and do a lot outside so if you have a bad hip and you waddle when you walk from pain ask theses Doctors to do PRP on you it works.
