I felt very uncomfortable with this clinic’s approach. I called to find out the process, and they schedule an ultrasound (mandatory) AND the abortion for the same appointment! What if you need extra time to think after seeing the ultrasound? In my opinion, it feels like pressure to have the abortion because you’re already there. Maybe this is for “convenience”, but when I found out they charge $650 for up to 12 weeks, then $100s more after that (up to over a $1000!!) it really makes me think that they don’t want to risk you not coming back. There’s a medical clinic behind TW called Choices. I talked to them. They’re super nice and do free ultrasounds. To me it makes more sense to get an ultrasound outside of the abortion clinic first, where there isn’t a conflict of interest. Let Them Live on IG will get you housing, diapers, free support, anything you need - all for free. It’s a gem of a resource.

I would NEVER send anyone here! Went here for 6 years and within the past few months has gone down hill. They no longer show that comfort and support to make you feel comfortable. I had gone for an appointment and the lady I had I never had before and she made me feel completely UNCOMFORTABLE. When I told her I felt uncomfortable she was extremely rude to me. Her name was Ashley. When I refused to have her do anything to me she got even more rude and told me good luck while laughing. To have someone working in that field treat me like that was devastating. I was told I could reschedule with another person, but I told them I don't feel comfortable with the way I was treated and would be best if I switched clinics. Two weeks later I received a bill for that visit even though I wasn't treated. I had to call my insurance and they told me that the clinic never even sent a claim and it was also covered if they would have. Thats a little suspicious on the clinics part so be careful!!! Definitely NOT organized. BRING YOUR OLD CREW BACK BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT PATIENTS!!!! UPDATE 6/6/2022 After all that time and 10 months later the manager at this facility named Debra would not help me to figure out the problem. After weeks of going back and forth with her (keep in mind the staff kept telling me to call back in 30 min., an hour, or shes still in a meeting) and the facilities billing company they just kept saying they were waiting to hear back from my insurance. I called my insurance, which is state insurance, and they told me that the facility was NEVER supposed to send a bill and should have never contacted me or had me go through any of that for that period of time. I was told by my insurance that they will be starting an investigation because 1. They didn't send anything to my insurance. 2. They did not have permission to contact me. 3. The facility put in a false code when sending me the bill (which was a charge of almost $1100.00) making it the facilities error and puts them at fault. ***BE CAREFUL GOING TO THIS FACILITY!!!*****

Jessica At the front desk is absolutely amazing and sweet she went above and beyond to help me! I walked in with tears in my eyes and immediately after talking to her I felt 10 times better. Katalina the medical assistant Is such a beautiful person inside and out she also went above and beyond to help me. They make you feel safe and Comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. I would recommend this place to anyone! Best place I've ever been to with such caring people!

I live in Oklahoma and had to travel to kansas for my appointment...And all i can say is that those women there are AMAZING! A big shout out to Melissa!!! When it came time to do the surgery she stood by my side holding my hand!!! I could feel how much she cared just by being there next to me!! No judgment! Just a bunch women supporting each other!! Thank yall so much for taking care of me!

This place is absolutely AMAZING. The staff was so kind and supportive throughout the entire process. The nurses held my hand, assured me I was doing great, helped me breathe, and even talked to me to distract me lol! Super caring and made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. My abortion was tough, but they made the entire experience a hell of a lot better! 100% recommend.

Thank you for serving out of state residents giving women a CHOICE. Y’all made everyone feel safe and welcome and non judged. THANK YOU!!!!!

Considering the reason I was there, it was a non-judgmental professional clinic. The staff were helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I had driven 6 hours to get to this clinic and the process was smooth. That says something. Fortunately, it turned out I needed a less invasive method, and a refund was issued straight away. I was so impressed with this clinic that I donated the refund. Fortunate to have found this welcoming safe place during my time of indescribable self conflict. Thank you Trust Women!

I drove here today from out of state and my appointment was at 8:30& I was done with the whole procedure by 11:30. All of the woman were so nice and comforting I will recommended this place to anyone if ever needed

I had my procedure done here a month ago and I just want to say thank you!! All the ladies here were so helpful and caring. I drove from out of state arrived at 10 am and was done by noon. I would 100% recommend this clinic.

Phenomenal group of women! Educated, well mannered, helpful, attentive, caring, informative, patient, kind, protective and nothing short of amazing. I don’t want to give names due to privacy reasons. But, the doctors, the nurse, the ENTIRE team will have you in great hands! Trust Women!

I could not have had a better experience at this clinic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and felt comfortable. I saw a previous review stating that someone by the name of Ashley was rude, but that’s exactly who helped me and I wouldn’t have rather had anyone else help me through such a difficult time in my life. I’m so thankful for the services this clinic provides.

I’m still here at my appointment and I love these people already. They are so kind here and so considerate of our situations. The waiting area is small and a tad bit tight but It feels very comfortable. It’s cozy and it doesn’t give you a super medical vibe at all… they have snacks and tea and hot chocolate packs for us. I think all the girls feel as comfortable as they can be considering the circumstances. There’s a lady that keeps coming out and asking us if it’s too hot or cold or if any of us need need blankets. And they seem to be moving down the list as fast as possible to try to get us out. They’re pretty great here. I’ve been to the one in Dallas and it’s not nearly as comfortable.

This clinic is awesome. During my procedure the nurses were very comforting and made me feel very well supported overall. It took less time than expected, which was appreciated. The facility was very cozy, they had snacks laid out for the ladies, as well as comfortable couches in the waiting area. My experience was a 10/10 here.

Will not even answer the phone so that I can ask for information or make an appointment. I've called several times and they have ignored me or hung up on me every time. Don't think I would trust them at this point even if they did finally answer.

Great place to go from out of state for a procedure rapidly. Called on my lunch break and was booked immediately after a short hold. They offered financial help transportation and lodging. Be sure to read consent form in email. Only one visit is necessary for the procedure. I booked a 9 am appointment and was out by around 1:30 pm. the wait was reasonable but I would recommend getting there early. The clinic is divided into about 7 different stations in which you wait (check- in , vitals , ultrasound, consultation , iv/prep , procedure , & recovery) so the time passed by quickly. The nurses were all very kind. Also they have snacks and juice / water scattered. The procedure didn’t hurt much at all. I also got my IUD replaced w/o having insurance. The drugs didn’t last long after either. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to go somewhere and be seen to receive help rapidly while also feeling safe. thanks Kansas!!

Such a good experience even with a sensitive situation. All staff seemed so inclusive, kind, and gentle with everyone there. The building is very secure & protected from protesters also. Give them grace with answering the phones, they’re incredibly busy with such high demand. I believe they’re 1 of 2 places in Wichita providing this service. I had to call quite a few times to get through but I was so thankful when I did. <3

This clinic and the staff was amazing. So comforting, and understanding. Dee, the nurse treated me so well given all my concerns. My visit couldn’t have been better.

They where friendly, nice, accommodatin, resourceful, simple, and fast to schedule me. They helped me apply for funding and my appointment is now at no cost. All I have to do is just get myself there in time. Thank you for all the help. This was the most simple process. With anyone else they had beat around the bush with me and ended up being dead ends.

The staff is professional, courteous, and compassionate. Super clean and comforting wait rooms/facilities — everyone makes you feel comfortable, welcome, and safe from start to finish. Amazing team!

They provide great hospitality and they were all so kind and caring, the reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars is because of the wait time. My appointment was at 11:15am and they didn’t even call me back until 1pm and all they did was check my iron before sending me back to the waiting room for about another hour then I got an ultrasound and another hour and got my consultation and another 3 hours or so until the actual procedure . I didn’t get the actual procedure done until 6:40pm ish and then I had another several hours on the road because I was out of state which sucked. They provide snacks and they have fidget toys and coloring books couches blankets heating pads but the waiting room was just packed I had no personal space from strangers at all. Other than that the overall experience was great

Super friendly. Super comfortable. Thank you Keisha for taking care of me, talking me through everything. Heather is my girl. Lol she is super informative. And so friendly. She made the whole recovery process smooth and easy. And a special thanks to The Dr. she was gentle.

The dorman was very polite. There's plenty of parking, and an 8-ft tall privacy fence around the whole building. Also, they have snacks! And free Wi-Fi, big fan

I was very nervous about traveling so far from home & just going through the process overall but for the ladies like me who are Anxious, nervous , scared …. These ladies are heaven sent…. Judgement free zone. They literally held my hand through it emotionally and physically… they treat you like a person … everyone was amazing … EVERYONE … any questions or worries from the process to how your going to pay for it is addressed , just ask … Thank you so much ladies!!!
