is
mainly
for
this
billing
department;
however,
I
will
note
that
the
surgery
I
received
with
Bunting
was
a
complete
waste
of
my
time
and
money,
and
I’ve
seen
no
improvement.
I
wish
I
had
gotten
a
second
opinion
before
signing
up
for
this!
I’ve
been
working
to
pay
off
my
medical
bill
and
made
an
agreement
with
this
billing
department
on
monthly
payments.
Each
month
I
have
to
play
phone
tag
with
their
billing
office
to
make
a
payment.
I
typically
leave
a
voicemail
and
then
they
call
back
a
day
later…often
while
I’m
in
the
middle
of
a
work
day
where
I
can’t
always
answer
my
phone.
I
missed
my
payment
in
October
because
of
this
runaround.
I
realized
this
in
November
and
made
a
double
payment.
I
was
shocked
to
find
out
I
have
now
been
sent
to
collections!
When
my
November
double
payment
was
made,
the
billing
office
did
not
informed
me
that
my
account
had
already
been
sent
to
collections
and
I
didn’t
receive
any
calls
or
warnings
from
their
office.
I
was
only
14
days
late
on
my
October
payment
when
they
sent
me
to
collections.
I
have
yet
to
receive
a
return
call
from
this
billing
department,
but
I
did
talk
to
the
collections
company
who
informed
me
that
the
ENT
office
didn’t
report
my
double
payment
to
the
collections
company.
Now
I
have
to
get
the
ENT’s
office
to
report
my
double
payments
to
the
collections
company
and
re-arrange
my
monthly
payment
budget
to
get
this
paid
off
before
it’s
reported
on
my
credit
score.
I
have
never
had
so
much
trouble
making
payments
with
a
medical
office.
If
they
are
not
going
to
have
any
grace
for
1
late
payment
(after
a
history
of
on-time
payments),
I
would
like
to
see
their
billing
department
get
a
little
better
at
taking
payments
when
they
are
called.
