I have been to this office twice. I fell in the dark down stairs to my patio in the early morning hours. I called & was able to get an appointment that day. I was then given a Dr note, had an RX & was sent down the hall to get x-rays. I was taken back for my x-rays almost immediately. I have not had a bad experience thus far but it is concerning when I see all of the 1 star reviews. If the time frame for these reviews had been a year or months ago, I could rationalize, that they had an issue & have worked to make it better. These reviews are recent & this office has been receiving these type of reviews for quite awhile. I don't see any response from PCA stating they will or plan to follow up with any of these patients or asking the patients to contact a liason person so that they can be helped & make the situation better for them & future patients. This is concerning. I will post this review & see if anyone contacts me to ask me what my concerns are & ask how they can address them for the future. I will post again either way to let you know if I am contacted.

I have been seeing Dr. Claudia Wendell since 2012. I went in to see her about two weeks ago and had the worst visit of my life. When she entered the room she did not ask how I was doing. I brought up a couple of symptoms I was experiencing; long term head cold and facial dermatitis. While she was checking my vitals, I also brought up that my back was still in pain. She ordered me an x-ray and MRI a few months ago, so she knows the history of my back pain. When I brought that up, she literally ignored me- did not respond. Dr. Wendell told me she was going to prescribe me a steroid for my face- I told her I did not want a steroid, but I will trust her. Her response was "well you should trust me since I am your doctor, and if not maybe you need a new one.' Dr. Wendell never took the time to discuss with me why I did not want a steroid nor did she take a culture of my derm. Dr. Wendell then opened the door, and I asked her again what I should do for my back. She told me to keep exercising. I began to cry as I had just felt so worn down from chronic pain, being sick, having an uncomfortable face rash, and on top of that I explained to her that my dad's death anniversary was a few days away. Dr. Wendell handed me tissues and then just left me alone in the room to find my way out. I can acknowledge that PCP's don't have a lot of time to give out, but I was at my low trying to find answers or some type of relief; and she didn't even spend more than 5 minutes in the room with me. I contacted the office manager and left a voicemail in hopes to share my negative experience with her, but she never returned my phone call. I don't have much experience with other doctors in the office, but Claudia Wendell does not care about her patients and has lost all bed side manner or care. I will never return to her.

The facility itself is fine, but I saw Dr. Claudia Wendell for over a year and she had the worst bedside manner. I don’t think she smiled at me one time the whole time I saw her. It made me feel more anxious about going to the doctors than I already do, and just made me feel insecure.

Have had nothing but good experiences with this office and Dr. Angela Leiker. She asks questions and doesn’t gaslight you like a lot of other doctors I have had. She is very kind, attentive, and offers options. The nurses and front desk staff have always been amazing to me too. These bad reviews are concerning but maybe they have fixed the issues they were having? I only started going here in the new year.

Dr Hannah Lai is The BEST DR I'VE EVER HAD!!! I Wish Everyone could have an AMAZING DR Like Her!!! Ten years ago I started seeing her, I had been dealing with Extreme Back Pain for 5 years and my Drs at the time couldn't figure out why I was in Sooooo Much Pain... I had been to the emergency room at least 8 times a year for 5 years but the ER thought I was just looking for drugs... My Pcp nor the ER had Ever bothered to do a MRI or Ct scan on my spine. But Dr Lai ordered my MRI & CT scan Right Away!!! My second visit she broke the News to me... "I'm Sooooo Sorry to tell you this... You have Degenerate Disc disease and you need surgery As Soon As Possible!!!" I felt Relief!!! Finally Somebody is Listening to Me and My Pain!!! It took me another seven years to find the Courage to have surgery done on my Spine... I was Terrified because I could become wheelchair bound and I had my youngest daughter at home who was only 10... I had 2 disc's fused, one completely replaced, and 4 metal plates and 16 pins placed in my lower back. It took away 85% of my daily Pain. But without Dr. Lai I would have Never Gotten this Far!!! Thank You Sooooo Much for Everything You Do For Your Patients Dr. Hannah Lai!!! We Truly Appreciate You!!! And Love You As Our Doctor!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Every time I called to make an appointment I would be on hold for 30 minutes to an hour. I only met a handful of staff that were actually kind and the others looked like they hated their job. The lab was always slow and the workers there were not outright rude but they were not nice either, very short and condescending if you asked questions. I was never satisfied and never felt like my concerns were addressed by the various doctors I saw there. You can tell they focus on quantity of patients and not quality of care. Would not recommend.

First time going here and this is a negative review for one doctor. Based on what I witnessed today if your on medications this doctor "doesn't take herself" she will not take you as a new patiant. Basically turned away. Do not see HAI K. TRUONG, DO: FAMILY MEDICINE unless you are well. All the other Doctors may be fine. Staff that we interacted with were all very pleasant.

We were on travel and my husband realized hed left his medication at home. We contacted these people and Vickie and Heidi went above and beyond to get my husband covered with the necessary meds until his arrived where we were headed. Can't say enough about the kindness and understanding they showed us. Good people.

I can't seem to find someplace to ask my question (the website is not working), so I'll have to leave a review. I went to the doctor last morning and was advised to take pain relievers for my injuries.  But, I try to get my medications from CVS, seems like either their communication systems are having issues , and I am still in pain and no medicine.  It is a complete waste of my time, and I am really disappointed.

I am very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Rivera for almost 30 years. She has taken great care of my entire family after Dr. Tom Hays passed away. She is extremely thorough & takes the time to get a full story of symptoms &/or concerns. I have never minded waiting as I know she will take all the time necessary to make sure I understand what needs to be done, a diagnosis or meds I’m on. A great doctor is worth the wait!

As a retired military officer I am authorized to use our local V.A. or the clinic at McConnell AFB. Due to those doctors always changing I chose Primary Care and have Dr Rivera as my physician. I’ve been with her for over a decade. She is an excellent, caring and competent physician. She does research about medical concerns/issues and always finds an answer. I trust this lady with my life and highly recommend you give her a try.

I have had great experiences with all of the staff friendly outgoing funny caring I don’t know why everyone is jumping to conclusions before thinking. Doctors follow protocol as like any medical field would. The people complaining are the ones who need desperate care but are to cranky or lazy to get the help needed. Have never had any problems great staff great doctors and phlebotomist and X ray tech and many more.

I don't normally write reviews, especially with negative experiences, but this practice is criminally negligent. They denied us care (including tests and referrals to specialists when our conditions became severe). We spent 1.5 years fighting with them. Now, we have irreversible conditions, including nerve, eye, and ear damage and potentially liver damage. A special shoutout to the administrative staff we interacted with, who were nothing short of abusive until our final conversation. They assume that dark-skinned people all use Medicaid and so should not be seen by the practice, and didn't believe we have private insurance (despite billing our insurer for 1.5 years). They have anger management problems and shouted at us on more than one occasion. I'm not sure how a place like this stays in business - I assumed they would have been drowned by lawsuits. We're certainly considering.

Bad customer service at front desk as well as on the phone. They way they talk not professional, unpleasant, and unappreciated of my business. They don't seem to care. They keep calling me schedule and an appointment, and once I call back they said they can't schedule me because my doctor just retired. When my doctor retire, there was no communication via mail of such.

Been going to this practice for decades . Never had an issue with the doctor ,nurses or staff. If anything they went above and beyond for both my parents and myself. I am really unsure about all the negative reviews but I treat the staff with courtesy and have always received it in return.

Dr Rivera is a great physician. I have been a patient of hers for 7 years. She listens and will work until she finds out what is wrong. If you have issues with medications, we will work to get you signed up with different programs to ensure that you get the medication you need. She is a great doctor!

Best PCP I’ve ever had. Also make it easy and fast to set appointments, receive recommendations and test results all quickly and online. Love PCA and Dr. Angela Leiker, her nurses and staff.

I have been a patient here for almost 20 yrs. My doctor retired in August and prior to her departure, I called in late July to see if I could go to another doctor in the group and was told no because I had to wait for a new doctor start on Sept 6th and call back to schedule. Well just called and now I am told no one is taking new patients. Had they just said this 2 months ago I would have been searching for a new doctor and now I probably will have an extra long wait to get in with a new practice. All they can do is apologize which does nothing for my situation.
